>> fox news alert, america is awaiting the conclusion of a coup subscribed national attention. both sides have rested their cases and are right now hashing out jury instructions before monday's expected closing arguments. this comes as the media, hollywood elites, and democrats target and attack the 18-year-old defendant. this is "outnumbered." i am emily compagno joined by kayleigh mcenany and julie banderas and tomi lahren
9:01 am
and sitting in the center seat, raymond arroyo. kyle rittenhouse faces multiple charges for shooting and killing two people and wounding a third during last year's riots. he maintains it was self-defense. the jury is expected to begin deliberating his fate after monday's closing arguments. but long before the facts of the case were even known about those on the left were quick to deliver their verdict. watch. >> he was going out to shoot people and it's not good that a 17-year-old vigilante arguably a domestic terrorist picked up a rifle and drove to a different state to shoot people. >> majority has been peaceful and the violence has come from an outside trump supporter, kyle rittenhouse the armed teenage vigilante. >> running around, acting like a rent a cop. by trump and became a killer.

>> emily: meanwhile, rittenhouse's mother slamming president biden accusing him of using her son to score political points. >> i was angry. president biden don't know my son whatsoever and he's not a white supremacist, he's not a racist. he did that for the votes and i was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son. he defamed him. >> kayleigh: we are very careful in this business to use the word alleged and accused, that's what journalists do though we just heard was appalling and embarrassed. he was called the enemy, deeply racist.
9:03 am
before the facts were out -- there were some facts out. a video that seemed to show him acting in self-defense but the media could not help themselves. president joe biden could not help himself putting this young man's picture, 17-year-old boys picture in an ad talking about white supremacy, deeply irresponsible but you know why they did it? kyle rittenhouse for the narrative for them and msnbc said the quiet part out loud. a white, trump supporting blue lives matter social media partisan. because of that and that fact alone, that is not journalism what you saw, that his defamation. >> emily: the way people are to behave or speak or write when it comes to things like this, we have for you want a full screen now cbs which ended up deleting this original tweet stating that rittenhouse testified he "murdered" to men. they've deleted it but someone
9:04 am
put it up and that's the level of that let journalism stands at this moment with its 18-year-old defendant who was in a sit until proven guilty. >> julie: they are judging and they are not the jury. the word alleged is journalism 101. cbs is supposed to be flagstaff of serious journalism so use the word murder and you are not a murderer, you are an alleged shooter, suspect but not a murderer. the public is made their decision and convicted this guy. it is our job to save me has not been convicted yet and while the whole public may think he went there to intentionally kill two people, is not for us to decide that's where the jury of the media is very responsible. there should be punishment for
9:05 am
whoever put out that tweet. i like to hear about whoever made such a mistake having to be held was formidable for that. >> emily: the media supposed to be the standard of the rest of us can look to for objectivity but it's not and of course hollywood piling on as well. of calling him a murderer, tweeting out time for america to redefine what it means to be a promising young man and dave bautista tweeting out an expletivetive about this defendt was innocent until proven guilty. >> tomi: facts don't matter to the mainstream media and it said that we come to that place but we certainly have. they have framed this young man from the get-go and already already made their decision about him but let's imagine kyle rittenhouse was a blm or antifa

supporter and was being attacked or ambushed by trump supporter's. i think the media's tomb would be quite different when they use those terms about trump and being a blue lives matter supporter and they do that because there trump derangement syndrome is so thick and questioning the narrative of these mostly peaceful blm and nt five riots we saw for an entire summer long. no outrage about those, no outrage about the violence of vandalism, the destruction and the burning of cities that was occurring for an entire summer and i know in portland and seattle, those things continue to go on for months after the george floyd via spread they've got after him just like after trump and like they will go after every single conservative but helps benefit their agenda and their narrative. >> emily: the tragedy of this
9:07 am
can't be overstated. two lives were lost, one life altered forever in addition to the defendant and his family and everyone else involved so to the point about seeing this through a compassionate lens for what it is instead of demonizing versus black-and-white and all of a sudden somebody is automatically guilty and people have influence, people's words have certain power which is why we are highlighting those that do, the influence they have been public perception going to play for you a montage of members of the media criticizing the defendant including the fact that he cried on the stand showing emotionality about the depth of the tragedy that this is a period of >> that acting job of the crying because i can't even look at it. the worst acting job i've ever seen. >> white privilege on steroids. rittenhouse testified that after he shot all of these people, he

approached the cops and told him he did been involved in a shooting in the officers told him to be careful so you don't get pepper sprayed. >> raymond: you don't know where to begin with those clips but let's start with innocent until proven guilty. i hope everyone is listening because i thought everybody was oppose these days to mass incarceration of juveniles that narrative gets thrown out when is this boy involved. we need to put this in context. the reason you see everyone in the media so determined to convict this boy is because they went out on a limb very early on before rittenhouse never showed up. it is the media in their narratives about kenosha and the jacob blake shooting. they fan the flames of jacob blake which they claimed was a killing of a black man by the
9:09 am
cops, turned out he did a slashing motion and they shot him. the justice department determine that. i'm the whole scene, the riot that rittenhouse who walked into fomented by the media. when you break through this, and you watch this key is far closer than i but what i've watched and of this prosecution, there facts are scanned, they should have her brought a prosecution against this kid. it looks like if cure though my clear case of self-defense and chances are it's not going to be nicole kidman's close-up, that's all. >> emily: a perfect night to end on. coming up, president biden has set for months that no one less than $400,000 will be paying more in taxes but a new nonpartisan analysis says that is not true.
