great distress, some received the vaccine and think the mandate goes too far, support those who remain vaccinated and many of us who are unvaccinated are concerned for our jobs, many of us have the opportunity to apply for religious or medical exemption but many based on the guidelines we've been given may not qualify for such an exemption if such an exemption is granted. laura: you are an anesthesiologist, a medical professional. during the beginning of this pandemic there were tributes and tearful thank yous. how do you feel now given what is happening? >> i don't take it personally but for all of us on all sides of this i feel sad and kind of may be ashamed might be a word

and school officials trying to brush this under the rug but the county's soros back prosecutor as well. scott smith joined me now exclusively. thank you for coming on the show. i know this is an emotionally grueling time for you and your family. tell us if you can what happened to your daughter and how loudoun county officials handle it. >> thanks for having us on the show. this is been a crazy three months but my daughter was sexually assaulted at the end of school in may of last year and, you know, i went to the school board meeting to see what was going on because i had seen this crazy stuff on tv after my daughter had been assaulted. there was some crazy stuff being

talked about, people for things or against things. i wasn't there, i'm good with gay people, cross gender people, everybody, anybody wants to be a good american i'm good with. i went to their to find out why our children weren't safe. and the next thing i know another parent activist approached my wife and started antagonizing her and i turned around and said stop and then i tried to tell the lady what had happened to my daughter and she looked me did in the face and said that's not what happened. that just struck me, how do you know what happened, you don't even know me and she kept going and the police came and the

officer was trying to help out, he said we needed to be kind to one another and i said okay, i turned my head and she started in on me again and threatened my family business, my livelihood, everything that gives my family was we need. she threatened to ruin my business on social media. the next thing i know i'm getting touched from oliver the place, i didn't know who was touching me, who was grabbing me. i turn around, the police are grabbing me and next thing i know i'm tackled to the ground. i'm just shocked and horrified. >> do you feel -- >> i do want to say we support our first responders and law enforcement. this didn't have to happen and this could have been handled a lot differently.

laura: i to ask, the prosecutor new about your daughter but the school board officials drinking their diet coke seemed bored by the entire conversation citing some article in some media publication that had nothing to do with what happened to your daughter or any other possible assault. today seem to have a compassionate or concerned reaction at that meeting in june? >> to what, to what was going on? laura: all of it. all the concerns of all the parents? >> know. they were tuning us all out. they were looking away, reading magazines. laura: the county sheriff's announcement last week, a teenager from ashburn has been

charged with sexual battery and the reduction of a fellow student at broad run my school, that suspect remains at loud county juvenile detention center. the name of the suspect cannot be released due to the fact that he's a juvenile. you say this is the same boy who sexually assaulted your daughter. how do you know that? >> this is in fact the sexual predator that assaulted my daughter. we were under the impression from the prosecutor that this sexual predator was being held on house arrest with an ankle monitor and would not return to school until these sessions were done. you are innocent until proven guilty, i understand that but we do have to protect everyone at the same time. laura: wish you all the best luck, your daughter especially, pray a special prayer for her tonight at all victims of sexual

assault, thank you for being with us. we all know the loudoun county school board of virginia is one of the worst, most radical in the united states, not only have they tried to brainwash kids with the city's divisive racial narrative but attempted to cover up sexual assault to protect the trans-agenda or what kind of agenda they have that hard to believe a single reasonable person among them but there's one and he joins us now. the loan conservative never loudoun county school board. take us behind-the-scenes of what it is like when you have in person meetings. what is going on? america wants to know. >> it has been a crazy past couple years and the most important part is i am grateful to be part of this busy voice for the parents, standing up for

all the things going on. they need a voice. many parents in the county think the school board doesn't listen to them. they come to public comment and speak and think the school board, listening to them, reading their emails, making sure their voice is heard when they have deliberations. laura: when you say voices heard that is political speak. what does that mean voices heard? don't they want their kids taught, they don't -- they want their kids taught the basics. they don't want politics. >> they don't want politics. that's what the critical race theory ideology, the teaching plans, they encourage teachers to read how to be in antiracist, he's a big proponent of critical race theory, they encourage teachers to use the learning for

justice teaching materials. it is in all the material. laura: didn't the naacp get you kicked off the diversity committee? is that what happened? >> they sent emails, pressure the school board because i don't agree with critical race theory ideology. i wanted to be on the committee to understand why they were pushing sexually solicit material such as strong support from this equity committee and it is part of this idea, this critical theory, gender theory, ideas that we have to teach these awful ideas to parents and students. laura: really quick, what's your message to parents across the country who are sick to their stomachs by what is happening in the public school system, your message to them, get involved presumably, run for school board, don't be afraid.
