his lawyers say he is the real victim but no sober person on the planet believes that. jussie smollett faked a hate crime. how did anyone anywhere ever fall for this story even for a moment? looking back, particularly it was the most obvious hoax ever perpetrated. in case you forgot the details, here's what smollett claimed. he left his apartment in chicago at 2 a.m. to pick up a subway sandwich. he walked down the street and 2 white men screamed in his face for being black and gay. you are not allowed to be either one of those things in chicago. they called him the "n" word and punched him in the face and poured a chemical on his body

and wrapped a noose around his neck because it's chicago. they didn't bother to rob him. their motive was political. this is maga country if a city that voted 80% for hillary clinton. that's the story jussie smollett told the list with the noose hanging around his neck. the police were skeptical. the leaders of the democratic party were not skeptical. the story he told was the story they were lawyeringed telling. that same year several democratic senators including kamala harris a friend of jussie smollett sent a letter to the justice department claiming that the white supremacists trump voters were the country greatest threat. harris elected the doj saying black supreme sift is

a fabricated term -- indoor only trump voters commit hate crimes. the media was telling that ever since. one recent headline from cnn. hate crimes reports in the u.s. surge to the highest level in 12 years fbi says. where is all of this hate coming from? according to cnn it's anti-him anti-him -- anti-government rhetoric. kamala harris told us white supremacy is the problem. where do these numbers come from? all these lies are told. here's how the department of

justice under joe biden concluded we have more hate crimes than in 12 years. first they changed the definition of hate crime. how is that different from a crime? it include discrimination based on gender identity. that's a crime. 10 the fbi noticed that 90% of law enforcements across the country reported no hate crimes. most people are not racist. they are kind. they are americans. but that's not a conclusion we can sell to cnn or npr. the biden justice department badgered local police departments into reporting hate crimes under the new expanded definition of hate crimes. hate crimes didn't rise in frequency. the number of agencies that were

commanded to report hate crimes went up dramatically. then the fbi encouraged law enforcement agencies to present hate crimes even if it came from a falls report. -- false report. more than 80% of the hate crimes suspects were never prosecuted. why? because they are fake but still show up in the system and allow npr to tell you people who disagree with anthony fauci are beating up asians on the street in new york. it's yet another lie engineered by the biden administration and carried forth by the media. they did it for political reasons. doing it for years. they have done it for so long they believed it was true. that is why they took jussie smollett seriously when no normal person would.

racial and homophobic slurs at him. >> tucker: jussie smollett in addition to being an actor is a musician. this is america in 2019. we just heard from cnn. that's true but not on the way they meant it. by 2019 in america, it was getting difficult for the average black person to get beaten up on the streets for the wrong skin color. as jussie smollett found out. if you want racists to hang a noose around your neck you have to buy body builders to do it and the growing rate was $3500. that's not cheap but it's a rare commodity. but abc news was not aware of any of this. it's always 1958 in mississippi.

in the sex lives of minor children without the knowledge of the parents? that seems like a crime to me. >> well, in one of the videos i watched put out by the california teacher association, teachers instructed educators that children as young as 7 need support in their sexual identity and they believe that's their job to provide this. if there was a matter of parents coming in and saying their child had a gender identity and wanted the school to support that's one thing. but they are deciding how to recruit students to clubs and coach them in this gender identity and deceiving parents. telling teachers how to keep the existence of the club and the membership from the parents.
