a glide path to the $4 trillion social spending bill and will help stop the social spending bill but in the end you predict manchin will as always cave on that. >> i watched the back and forth with cassidy, he made a fool of himself, he is a disaster, made it so much easier to get the second bill through which is really bad and they did things like all of a sudden congress is writing the rules of the senate. what mitch mcconnell has done is incredible. he gave away our biggest and strongest bargaining chip. we could have gotten rid of the build back worse bill as i call it and that is what it is, we could have won everything and he gave up. the best chip that we had. it's not even the debt ceiling ship. it's not even believable what he did and he ought to be replaced

as the leader. he leads by handing out campaign contributions to senators. what he did by giving up on the debt ceiling and by the way i know plenty of democrats, the democrats cannot believe they got it and he got nothing for it. he would have been able to absolutely kill that. now they are going to use it for the supreme court and even worse than that they are going to use it for the voting rights which is a disaster for our country and disaster for the republican party. laura: i don't think that's going to pass but arizona and west virginia, your message to the voters in both states because kristen sinema seemed a little stronger on the spending side of things than joe manchin, looks like manchin which cave on build back better what is your message to the voters in both states were not approving of the way things are going now? >> it is don't let your senators

do it. it is a disaster for our country, two great states, when i won by a tremendous amount, the other one i believe i won very substantially, arizona, west virginia won big, they are really counting on their senators not to allow this to happen it if you look at polling that is absolutely so. they just cannot let these senators cave because it will be so destructive for our country and you talk about inflation that will double the number on inflation and inflation ultimately is bigger than any tax you could impose on people as you know. laura: hispanics are flocking to the gop especially in your old hometown of queens, new york, 50% of residents where they are hispanic swung towards you by 18 points the shift was more pronounced increasing 75% of residents are hispanic which had

a swing of 25 points toward trump, that's the new analysis of the election results. do you think this is the beginning of the reforming of the republican party started by your policies? >> it is a game changer, in texas, the border state, the biggest vote since they call it reconstruction, that means the civil war, the biggest numbers since the civil war and very proud of it. hispanics, they are ambitious, they want security and safety, they understood the border better than anybody and they are very entrepreneurial, they don't want to see what is happening and they don't want socialism and i would say better than anybody, flocking, i want to take full credit for it and think i will, flocking to us and i saw that in my area of queens they are flocking in numbers nobody has seen before but i tell you they are incredible people and they are coming to the republican party.
