totally cool because equity or something? how can anybody respect the laws of the united states when they are being ignored by the people in charge of enforcing them? there is a massive cost of that. here's a second point to make. you cannot overstate this scale of demographic change underway right now in the united states. it's a direct assault on our democracy. democracy is the priceless if you changethe population, yoe political power on the people who already live there. that's a assault on democracy. on what scale? customs and border protection, more than 170,000 foreign nationals crossing into our country from mexico last month. how many people is that? that's equivalent of the entire population of knoxville, tennessee. in a single month! that's a record. it's happening every month, month after month under joe biden. those are just the people we are

catching. so this, and let's not lie about it, this is a democratic party's reelection plan. new york is allowing noncitizens to vote. expect that trend to spread. because equity. it has nothing to do with equity, it's about politics, the whole point of this. a lot of these people may turn out to have political views democratic party does not expect whatsoever. particularly latino women, will have a lot more on that in a minute. but purely as an economic matter, this is a disaster. no wise person would do this. this country is getting poorer in part because of inflation but nobody wants to face that truth but it is true. is this really the time to import millions of low skilled laborers? probably not. what are all the people going to be doing for work in ten years? that's a real question. the current labor shortage has accelerated the automation of low skill jobs.

desolate terrain? 10 miles inland from the rio grande. they were ready made it past border patrol. only texas dps troopers are patrolling these private ranches. if they went out here, all these runners being caught and arrested with make it into texas without any resistance whatsoever and we were with them five nights in a row watching them arrest dozens of these guys every single night. these people are not coming here to get themselves up or claim asylum, they are trying to evade and trying to sneak further into texas and when the texas state troopers catch these runners, they don't hand them over to border patrol. they arrest them and they take them to jail for criminal trespassing. they've made more than 2,000 of these arrests on private ranches just on the last couple of months or so. real quick, we'll show you this video we shot yesterday where we are in the rio grande valley here in la jolla. migrants continue to spill in this area. everywhere they are crossing is federal land, there is no federal law. essentially no resistance.
