it is so abysmal. she has failed on the border and even as a former prosecutor, issues of crime around the country. she's failed on -- i mean, inclusion policies but even on the side, these reports coming out of the staff should be taken seriously. the staff is saying she has had a toxic work environment. that is the kind words they are saying. by the way, these are far, left liberal staff and not like partisan effect. these are people who have worked for her over the years. you go back ten years and staffers are saying the same thing. and so, something is deftly a cause for alarm. in fact, commanders would be assessed based on the type of environment they provide for their soldiers. soldiers with basically a moment to say what kind of environment is this? what is going on? now, to be fair and our commanders can be tough sometimes, but here's the thing. if it came over the years that everyone is saying the same thing, treating our soldiers

with respect, it can be tough to treat them with respect, then commanders would get in a lot of trouble about this. i'm not sure vice president harris would still be in the military today given some of the comments coming out of her staff. so this is really a serious thing we should be concerned about. we want to add character and competence but kamala harris has given us cause for concern on both of those accounts. >> todd: that is a fascinating comparison. the white house said this is normal attrition in year one of a presidency. what is your rebuttal? >> yeah, clearly those are talking points, right? the same thing, time to think. it is like we've gotten so lazy now in some of the ways to pivot. and so now they are saying that is normal attrition. but if you look at the staffers, you can zoom out. senator, you zoom out and you can see the same kind of story.

can you imagine? here is the reaction with the story as the truck driver ron hill and a couple stranded for 21 hours on i-95. casey and john, first up, thank you for being with us this morning. i want to start with casey and john on this one. and then ron, i will get to you. but guys, what was the reaction? i mean, it might be kind of normal, i guess if there is a wreck or inclement weather to stay on the highway for a couple of hours. but after four, five, six hour mark, what were you thinking? >> it was definitely stressful. we had gotten there around 8:00 p.m. that night where we ended up sitting around 16 hours. as the hours kept ticking, definitely it got a little bit more stressful. i have no clue when we would be able to get off of the highway. we were just trying to make the best of our time. >> ashley: casey, you said not only were you guys getting

hungry and i can only imagine not having a bathroom, no water, all of your basic amenities basically gone there. so, you have the idea of calling the bakery and you saw that it was advertised on a truck. tell us how that conversation went with chuck, the owner of the bakery? >> actually the bakery, my mother was really worried about me and he called her back and left his number. and i walked up and just kind of said, hey, look, chuck, chuck wants to talk to you right now. i think i scared him a little bit originally. but chuck, the nicest guy in the entire world and we have kept contact with him. >> ashley: and when you saw casey was walking up to your truck, i assume you knew chuck called you to let you know what was going on? >> yes, she said that chuck was

talking to a truck on the phone. and i knew to coat chucks at the bakery. so she gave me the phone number. i called and he said, "hang out as much as you can but be careful so you're not overwhelmed." >> ashley: where you overwhelmed with that because i can imagine people looking at to you like a god write them because nobody had had anything to eat? how did you feel about that? were you concerned about your safety? >> i was not concerned for my safety. my army training set in. and just keep your vehicle running, keep it running. and just crack a window so there is no carbon monoxide. but i wasn't concern about my safety. i was glad i was in the right place at the right time. >> ashley: john and casey, what was your reaction? were your nervous to walk up to run? i can only imagine how you guys felt because in that situation

a risk to the parents or themselves. but the media narrative now is that the hospitalization rates of children are skyrocketing. when you look at the teachers union, it's never been about the children. it has been about ease for themselves, getting more money n ey for less work. and so, they are using children as they've always used them. meanwhile, you look at the achievement levels of the children in america that is dropping and falling far beyond in the nation and we look at the suicide rates of our children. it is a fact that it makes them miserable. the masts, lowering iqs and making it harder for children. we act as if we don't care about the children. we see this not just with the covid, but we see it with abortion. we see it with transgender and children under 18. we see it scait is putting themr
