12:01 am
he's going to tell us about t biden's big day out on the town fauciville a attempt to cancel snow white what that can't be happening, seen and unseen has answers. but first, rubber-stampat justice. that's the focus of tonight's f now i want all of you out there to understand that there is no point wasting any time debating the philosophy of any advisees potential supreme court picks. it really doesn't matter whomr he chooses to replace justice stephen breyer because we already know how to vote in any important case. oh , wait, did i say he oops. >> i committed that ifde i'm elected presidentnt i have s opportunity to appoint someone to the courts will beo appoint the first black woman to the courts. it's required that they haveiron representation now it's long overdue now the democrats media proxy suffering through let's face it, what has been a very
12:02 am
rough first year of biden are keenly prattling on in anticipation of another. have to it's going to be a black woman. joe biden has said it's going to be a black woman. he has lots a ofma amazinglych qualified choices for had>> the luxury of leaving any partfo of my identity atre the door before i walked intom. a courtroom for a multiracial democracy. >> if wewe c can keep it. ofy course for them diversity only matters if and when the prospective justice subscribes to the views of the new woke legal world. so justice thomas doesn't count amy coni barritt. she doesn't count no minorityr who rises to the top of his or her profession counts as diverse unless he or she checks all the progressive boxess. bo look at what they said about the race that , you know, elected virginia's v new lieutenant governor winsome sears or itste first hispanic attorney general jason morris the list and celebrate those first. instead they were outraged
12:03 am
and they claimed their entire for them,as racist selecting this court pick, it'ss really no different than, let's say, hiring a new dnc chief. r the only measure that matters for them is a political measures . in other words, t will this person stick with the left's ever evolving political priorities? if the answer is yes, that's all the qualification they need. all that matters is that person replacing breyer is a rock solid, reliable vote for their cause de jure . >>ke not even cnn is pretending like this is about judicial a pedigree. justice breyer wouldn't have said in januaryy that he is going to retire at r the end ofe the term if he didn't feel confident that he that president biden will get a replacement through a democratic led senate who elected them. a lot of people ofm? color, ck especially black women. so this is w allhis connected a
12:04 am
political level unless they try to foist kamala harrison on the court, which won't happen. it really justho doesn't matter who biden picks. i'm going to say s this over and over. we already know that she's going to vote with kagan and sotomayor on any cases of real consequence to the left.l she'll b be a reliable rubberr stamp for biden's policies allfor all policies of liberal democrats in the futuret . henceen why all the potential nominees get slobbering praise from the press poodle's every single one of these attorneys that we're seeing on this list are highly qualified, not just qualified, highly qualified. >> you don't get more galbi than a brown jackson j or leande krueger or justice siles. or you'll get more qualified. these are phenomenally talentedc ,capable, intellectual, revered advocates ofct the court
12:05 am
. a there is almost an embarrassment of riches in the bevy of choices that are availablef now from my own experience as a law clerk on the second circuit court of appeals and then on the supreme court, i know that when lawyers and petitioners go before the highest court of the land, they don't bother usingme their time. not now trying to sway justicesi breyer, kagan or sotomayor. everyone alreadyce knows how they're going to vote. attorneys are trying to sway the other six justices, especially chief justice roberts, justice kavanaugh and justice gorsuch all and allnominated by republicant all with a slightly different judicialight outlook. it's anyone's guess how roberts is going to voteg t in the roeso challenge or how kavanaugh is going to vote on some of theseen geother challenges to the covid mandates coming out. liberals will often say that they believe in something called the living constitution . well, that's not a philosophyno that justt means that they tret the constitution like silly putty so they cann stretch itsii
12:06 am
words to mean anything or nothing at all. the interpretation is dependent on what the founders intendedn,u what the language says, but what the progressives of t pro tthe day demand. then it becomes that on our side we actually have argumentso about what the constitution means,s, how its words should be applied to the case at hand . but their side believes the constitution is meaningless at best and racist at worst. our side respects the judiciary and the constitution. the role it has the left juste sees it as a tool to give them more power and when the court doesn't give them what theyey want, they threaten to destroy it. >> the president is being pushed by progressives and democrats to expand the supreme court, add more justices to the supreme court, put 15 16 m, 20 justices on the court bench and change the supreme right now to the nineteen member body. li
12:07 am
wow. now the dark money bullies who pushed ryan to retire this year did so becauselo they know that they're going to losese the senate. let's face it, this may be c their last chanceha in many yeas to get the most radical nominee possible confirmed for them it's go time they only real interesting question on the table right now is how the so-called moderate senators and the democrat party will vote on whichever radical nominee biden puts forward. think of all the dems elected in red states, states i that voted for trump at least once or where biden is o crateringr in popularity now. i mean, does anyone in his or her right mind believe that the voters in any of these states who supported trump recently elected a gop governor want the supreme court to be dominated by hard left partizans? you know, peoplee who care more about the views of the news york times and the views of the framers of course not
12:08 am
in west virginia, ohio, and montana. they just voted in twenty twenty to have donald trump pickto justices. obviously if you're a senator from one of those states and you rubberstamp a justice who will simply be a rubber stamp for the hard left, you're working against the interestsd and the beliefs, the core beliefs of your own tfs, voters now as a man who has some semblance of common sense, joe manchin should never go alongra with biden's courtde charade. w now what are the odds that thevi state of west virginia would ever win a case in front of a hard left court voting for one of these picks would end manchin political career in west virginia. it shouldrt a state that is inn open rebellion now against biden's policies. if any of these so-called moderate dems were living up toi their campaign pledges to workr with republicans, they demand that biden's nominate nominee
12:09 am
be someone who could actually win real support, not just a couple of votes from the republicans. so both sides someone who could be trusted to look at the cases through an unbiased lens with a 50 50 senate. . the only way biden's nominee gets through is if every single one ofne these senators votes fr her confirmation. a every senator named above has enormous leverageus. they weren't elected to represent msnbc. they were elected to represent their constituents and their constituents do not want a hard left judiciary. so if you'reia representeded ine senate by one of those l so-called moderates, let your voice be heard now callca their officesll always be respectful, demand to them. telleche them you want them to oppose any hard left nominee. remember the left? they started this fight a court opening should mean open
12:10 am
ideological warfare. look back on justice scalia's confirmation and i think it was a unanimous or near unanimous in a democracy. unelected officials shouldne not have this muchch power. we're in this mess because thanks to judicial activists,oo the court has become a far too powerful tool to invalidate the will of the peoplef decisions that should have left to the people and their elected representatives are instead heavy footed by nine unelected justices as we saw with roett that didn't settle anything for the country instead of just spread rancor and bitterness. so today the court has lost much of its legitimacy, much of its respect because of its overtly political nature. atea least that's the perception . so chalk this up as another example of the collateral damagege the left leaves in its wake whenever they attack our history, denigrate our foundersr and ignore the plain language of the constitution. ti so let's hold senate democratsdo
12:11 am
to account. if they do the right thing, they'll prevent biden from putting a rubber stamp forto the new york times editorial page on the court. in ifg, they don't do the right thing, then they'll come up forw reelectionil and we'll have the chance to teach them the folly of putting the interests of msnbc ahead of their own voters. in fact, tonight i'm axiosos reporting that the gop iss already planning smartly to target vulnerable democrats who vote for a farar left nomine . those democratic senators work and it's time to remind them of that fact. >> and that's the angle. joining me now is robert dunn, n former law clerk for supreme court justice clarence thomas and carrie severino, another former clerk to justice thomas and president of the judicial crisis networke. carrie, we got three former law clerk to justice thomas in thisr discussion right now. but let's start with the odd yeah, i know a good company with the odd timing of
12:12 am
this retirement. >> what do you make of the forces behind this ? yeah, you know, i was even saying earlier in the daye this is a really strange timeye of the year to announce that normally we get these announcements atally or near the end of the term. and then later today we saw shannon bream reporting.al it seems like from qualified sources that this is not actually the day that justice breyer intended to retire. he may havedede given the whitet house a heads up, but somehow that was leaked. i think most justices want to do that on their own terms, make their own announcement, tell their colleaguesemen firsth and so he was as surprised as we were today. i think that might have been forces in the white house maybe some of those dark money forces have been trying to kick him off the court already, maybe trying to make sure he, he wento through with it and did retire or to b bring it on their ownew terms. this has been an awful fewde weeks for the president. maybe he wantsntnt a change in e storyline. i mean, robert, does it really n matter of the nominees that the namesam are being bandied about? most americans don't know anything about them, but abo is
12:13 am
there any doubt in your mind that whomever biden select , if that's the group is selecting from i mean, they might be perfectly great people personally, but let's talk about a judicial outlookudicd that they will be a rubber stamp for whatever the hard left wants. >> i think that's highlyi likely. i was looking back to lawyers opinions and the interesting thing to me iss i'm not sure it's actually going to make that much difference in the voting patterns maybe in thee the framework or, you know, the tone of the opinion. but on really every singleio issue down the line abortion, affirmative actionirma, free exercise of religion, the power of the administrative state. breyerren has been on the other side from, you know, scalia, thomas, alito in every single d one of those downow the line and it's interesting that he's going out right now when g the court just grantede the harvard affirmative action case because that's been one of the sort of biggest sourcesac of difference between him and thomas in their outlook was looking back the parents involved case and he is still
12:14 am
of the view. he's like anchch old style libel in this view that the state can do good at racial discrimination,oo that there is such a thing as know good race balancing by the staten and presumably universities as well. and thomas has a long taken the view that there is no such thing as good racial discrimination by the state. so it's fascinating that , you know right as he's leaving thatt issue is sort of coming right back to the front. so so i think the tone will likely be more stridently progressive whoever biden nominates. the end resultt er i don't think the court is going to change i much in terms of how it rulesnk kerry thinking back on the nomination of what would have been another first, whichul is the nomination of janice rogers brown and she was filibustered by none other thant joe biden. so this idea of appointingac a black woman tok the judiciary ,he voted three times againstga confirmingin her just to be a us
12:15 am
circuit judge. i mean, this wasn't even toth the supreme court. so race and gender, they only count if you're you're thought to be a committed judicial activist, judicial leftist. yeah, that was the case i was actually thinking about during your angle earlier, talking aboutli how it only it only cuts one way because if you really just cared about trying to getrt more black women on the federal courts, he wouldn't have beene holding janice rogers brown nomination up for so long and at such length. it's really's ironic to have the president saying he's going to condition his appointment of someone on their race or on their gender . and i thoughtho that went out with the civil war .'s it's amazing it's coming i back and it's ironic. it's coming back just as the a supreme court agrees to hear a case about racial discrimination, i think it might be interesting if some of his jennifer sung, one of his asian nominees to the courtw won't be able to siton in theas case. ai
12:16 am
itns says asians are being discriminated against by harvard because h the president has said that he is going to pick someone based on her race as well. it's a little ironic. yeah, i don't i don't think the first asian conservative nominee to the court would count as a first. that would bee out the window. that wouldn't matter. robert, on this idea of the so-called moderateil democrats and how they'll votel on this, how do you see that playing out? is it just going to be lock step for biden or would someone like a mansion or a cinema or even a tester in montana ormo montana? ntno desire to have a far leftur person on the court, that's for sure. would there be any possibility of leverage being exerted against the biden pick? well, that's that's far outside my wheelhouse. butth my prediction on that ishi that i think those senators tended to be fairly loyal whent' it comes to nominations both in the executive branch and in
12:17 am
the judiciary and they've taken issuee mostly with legislation unless a nominee wasre on the record with espousing policies that were really harmful to that state.i i have a hard time seeing either manchin or tester blocking someone. i could be wrong about that .eha butt p my prediction is that thy will take t the view that the elections have consequences the president has the right to n nominate. so we'll see how that will be the rubber stamp of they'll be the rubber stamp off a rubber stamp. se right, kerry, senator claire mccaskill, she was on at msnbcin where they wee celebrating all day trying toayy spin what biden's philosophy philosophy will be with this pick what joe biden wants to get back to that place she was in during the campaign that he is looking out fore the whole country. he wants to unite the country. he doesn't wantdo to make the supreme court anye momore political than what it hs become. kerry, that i hear you laughing
12:18 am
during that soundbite. what got your reaction to mccaskill? yeah, that is entirelywa laughable. i think the only reasonnt biden wants to maybe tack to the center here is because he knows it's another election h year and he stands to lose big time right now because he haseri been so radical compared to the person he campaigned as . but c what do we know aboutoc democratic court nominees? it doesn't matter if they have a long record, a short record, no record at all. they vote rely arguablyig straight down the line. and youht know, i might take issue with robert. i think there are issues at l least in some point, justiceea breyer, if there's one or two liberal justices that compromise on an issue, it would be him. i guarantee you t the person that joe biden nominates will not compromise on anything. this is going to be the most strident person he can find and the most guaranteed voted he can find. and it's p going to be someonerk picked, it seems to m appease the dark money groups in the left that paid hundreds of millions of dollars to get him and the the democrats elected
12:19 am
last time that has been his m.o. for allas of his appellate nominees. and we're going to see that m0 again. he'll tell you he'll tell you to moderate. it's going to be a lie. the conference is going to be i just likes harvard faculty lounge. i mean, the conference of the three justices is the same o old same old robert carey. great to see both of you. and his o old joe stumbles downh the path to war with russia. china t watches on with interes. plus the ccp is getting a boost from that unexpected source. house republicans, you won'tou believe two former trumprm officials react in moments so your home is expensive and stressful. >> so we set out to create better homes to experiment with a network of the most successful real estate in america. it'll sell your home for as little as a two percent commission. the icing on the cake with the ideal agent was that we see twelve thousand dollars in commissions. we would definitely use our agent and got the whole process was so positive for us . excellent, excellent service

genexa is the first clean medicine company. what does clean medicine mean anyway? it's the same active ingredients you know and trust but without the synthetic stuff you don't want. well i don't want artificial dyes in my kid's medicine. is genexa right for me? yes! genexa uses clean non-gmo ingredients. well i don't want some hippy medicine! is genexa right for me? yes! -well i have a gluten thing. -yes! -well... -yes! -us? -yes! is this just another stupid big pharma ad? -no! look for genexa, the first clean medicine company. yep, it's go time with wireless on the most reliable network. look for genexa, ok, that jump was crazy! but what's crazier? you get unlimited for just 30 bucks. nice! but mine has 5g included. wait! 5g included? yup, even these guys get it. nice ride, by the way.
12:24 am
and the icing on the cake? saving up to 400 bucks? exactly. wait, shouldn't you be navigating? xfinity mobile. it's wireless that does it all and saves a lot. like a lot, a lot. healthy and two forty four fourl . earlier today secretary of state tony blinken all t admittd that they have no clear idea as to what they're doing now listen. his justification of our currently failing efforts to findus o some sort of diplomatic off ramp with putinmp, you mayri well be right, but russia isou not serious about this at all. but we have an obligation to test that proposition to pursue the diplomatic path. it's far preferable to resolvero these differences peacefully consistent with our principles that it would be to to have r renewed regretfully renewed conflict. but the point is we're prepared either way.
12:25 am
he oozesfi confidenceoe and strength, doesn't he ? but do you hear here arein they prepared either way, including a renewed conflict? so if russia isn't willing to negotiate, then why is it t left to the u.s. to waste this time? my next guest has beenex monitoring the situation closely and says it'se more dangerous than it actually appears. herer, now is retired colonel douglas macgregor, american conservative senior fellow and former trump administration adviser. now colonel macgregor, you find some irony here as it relates to nato's role. >> explain it. well, nato under the pressurehe of a potential conflict appears to be crumbling. it has virtuallyas no cohesion. and tony t blinken, who as you point out iss a rabbit of a man has been flying all over europe trying to pull things together . and i think as a consequencequ the dutch, for instance, have now offered to fifteens to fly
12:26 am
to bulgaria in april as part of nato's magnificent response to a crisis that frankly we've helped to create w in eastern europe. ra well, germany seems to be shifting its position on providing military aid to ukraineli. they're reportedly providing is this actually true ? is that the onion 5000 ivprotective helmets to ukraine now, colonel? not that helmets. we we need helmets, but isbo that a country that really isut worried about what happens to ukraine? the helmets? noe h. germany has no army law effectively, practically no air force. so they really haven't anything to contribute militarily re and they're not interested in doing so. everybody in central europe b wants to buy russian natural gas is cheap, easily delivered through nord stream two and other ways they don't want
12:27 am
to freeze this winter. there's no real enthusiasm for provoking a crisis with moscow over what happens in eastern ukraine. and they've lived with ukraineim for a long time and theyha understand what's real and what is it they know that ukraine is notis russian and those are the people that live in easterni ukraine and that's the population that putin is interested in andio if he does move it, i think he will move. that's the occupation he's going to go in and occupy up to the upper river. s know that theyr don't fear a theater offensive a on the soviet scale becausebe they can't do it. now michael mccaul, who is a kind of a war hawk and he has spoken out about the problem with our not showing strength to putin after that blinken lavrov face. >>sa i want to play what he sai.
12:28 am
yes,>> she's watching and he's watching what's happening in ukraine. if we look weak, if we don't project strength and putin invades ukraine, which is likely i hate to say that he will take that as a signal c that now he can go into taiwan with no consequences. i mean, is anything right about what he just said anything? >> no. t th no.e there's no evidence that the chinese are going to make war on taiwa that right. ce the ground forcess of the united states, the army and thehe marines are effectivelyre constabulary forces. we have no means to transportnu large numbers of troops tomb the area. we have no infrastructure insidenf europe and ultimately e can't depend upon our europeania
12:29 am
allies to evenns let us in the country because the russians have made it very clearry if we try to interfere with anything they do that they will unhesitatingl attack airports, airfields that belong tos, the u.s. air force in germany or in italy or anywhere else. no one wantstsno to be drawn in that . and effectively the europeans right now canths field one true army and that's the polish army of about three hundredsh and forty a thousand. t that's it. we we're sending paratrooper and submarines. oill, that's a five minutees job for the kinds of russian forces that are going to move into eastern ukraine. >> yeah, well, i also think she is watching this . if we dissipate what's left ofil our military strength in russia, that'sruss the best thing for us because then we're already occupied and doing something. colonel macgregor, always great. remember uncube okay, we got to roll down excessive. thank you . and speaking of china, the u.s. navy is desperately trying to retrieve its most advancedre air or plane the f thirty five from
12:30 am
the depths of the south china sea. but guess who's going to try to beat them to it? the cpac of course. speaking ofn which, on the eveve of china's hosting o the games in beijing, some house republicans think it's a good time to go soft. the washington examiner reporting in a letter to house mccarthyleader kevin and a bipartisan group of lawmakers including 60 repub urged president joe biden's top trade official to expand tariff exclusions on chinese goods. joining me now is elbridge kolby, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for strategic strategy and force development under president trump is alsoegeg me the author of the strategy of denial elbridge . this doesn't seem like the right time to be takingg economic pressure off china now that we just learned we had a onee trillion dollar overall trade deficit last year. lldeyour thoughts? great to be with you, laura .
12:31 am
i mean, i think in generalbe you're absolutely right. we should not be removing any leverage. i mean, i think what were what president trump and the administration that he ledni really shifted correctly on was understandingg that this is nota purely a commercial situation with china, but it's intimatelyi connected to our nationalt' security and it's been associated with the deindustrialization and tremendouscicial number of problems that our country faces. so look, there are companies out there lhe we're going to tre with china, but we should not be giving up leverage where we can avoid it. i haven't looked deeply into the end of the tariff letter, but i think i the attitude of saying, look, these are this is not a fair dealing counterpartye . this is somebody t that we're going to have to buildai and sustain leverage in the economic space is the way to go everyit now republican voting to lift c the trade sanctions on china now given china'shi sustained cheating and everything else why're doing, i don't know do you need.pu why do you need republicans at all ifth that's how they're voting?
12:32 am
it's it's outrageous. now therere are serious security concerns for anyoneng going to the olympics. we find out the communication services are going to be provided by china unicom, beijing and that's going to bely relying on huawei technology for the games. now both weiwei and china unicom, the parent company, have been blacklisteded by our government and the ioc chose alibaba as its exclusive provider of cloud services for the entire games. ir company wer consider a national security risk elbridge how can any of this be good? well, it's not and it's sort of a sort of a vision of our future. we'reas trying to get to set the terms it has the money hass the power, it has the technology. everybody's got to play along. and i think the reality is,k yeah, the ioc is weak but it's not alone. i mean, yeah, the women's tennis association stood up buta that's pretty unusual. australia's standing up. but if we allow i chinaow to gan the kind of economic leverage that we were talking about
12:33 am
over us, that will be ourwe future because you know, everybody works for somebody and we've already seen with john'v saina and the nba and you name it,h people will kowtow. and i think the critical issue here is that that's also going to be determined by the de balance, the military balance, which is severe and deteriorating dramatically even as we're dithering in europe and not getting the europeans to stand up, which isuropop what they shoulde doing and they should be taking the front line on the ukraine situationon. if the chinese move on taiwan, which i differ with colonel macgregor, i do think that's a very real possibility that'sne going to determine determine the geoeconomictermine map. and if we don't get that right, we won't be able to preserve our prosperity and ultimately our freedoms at home. yeah, i thinke his point i think his point was that it's not necessarily more likely that they're going to go into taiwan if we don't take on russia. e i think that's the point. but the idea that if we don't takeke on russia, they're definitely going into the taiwan. i agree with you. i think going i try to moveeth t against taiwan either way. elbridge thank you . and still ahead on big day out

increase his viewership lower among the demo. but this curriculum is being pushed by a groupll called the news literacy project. lookokproj, i've got no problemh media literacy. the problem is withth the approachch. the question is who's determining what misinformationw is, particularly when stelter comes in there. i mean, this is a guy who pushed the steele dossier russia gate. he pushedag that narrative for years. so it makes all of this a little bit hard to swallow. i have a question.n. is part of the curriculum playing sound bite after sound bite of cnn slobbering all over michael avineri or all the nonsense between the quadros during the covid misinformation eraet which realy qunol million and study? yeah, exactly. yeah. well,>> the ladies of the view got on the misinformation bandwagon as well or this was sinftheir reaction to joe rogans podcast. they're still on there. i do think as the podcastod

platform you have to have someo sort guidelines. how about a disclaimer on on on his podcast that says, you know, this is misinformation. how about removing some of the podcast that disseminate information and you can try to gett rocks off your cable vision if you want. i should be disclaimer you know, now they're calling forng networks to be removed ored podcasts to be. removed. now that would be bad enough, but nowrn government officials m are joining this misinformation crusade. this is the surgeon general of the united states of america. this is not just about what government can do.an this isd about companies and individuals recognizing that thehe only way we get past misinformation is if we are careful about what we saymi and we use the power that we have too limit the spread of that misinformationsp. hi this is sb54 and you know, you know and you you've been subjected to this too early on you were reporting things t about covid that people didn't want to hear a lot of it most of it turned out to be true about the masks, about

the vaccinesas, about the efficacy of things like hydroxy chloroquine that they labeled misinformation. yet they they don't they lack the humility to say, you know, we were wrong. e first of all, that vivek murthy creeps me out. i don't know what but he does there's this i don't know what it is. any talk that i run away. but well, the fact that you're going to have you have government officials who seemm to want to limit speech in the united states. where are the liberals are the true liberals who believe in an open exchange of o ideas and they're like to letik glenn greenwald and bill maher iss censor content, lobbying corporations, robust debate is part of understanding and critical thinking even uncomfortable ideas and opinions need to be heard. and sosod longan as we're talki about misinformation, peter dinklage, the little person best knownpe tt for his role inl for gameof of thrones, he's not happy that disney is doing

a live action. snow white and the sevenen dwarves or i was a little taken aback by the very, very, very proud to cast a latino actress as snow white. yeah, but you're still towne's story of snow white. yeah, sevenen dwarves. you'rey progressive in one way, but you're still making that backward. >> oh story of the sevenen dwarves living in a cave.s what the you're doing man. m >> now look, first of all, the sevenn dwarfs, as you know, did not live in a cave.y they lived in a house.or they worked in a mine of mine where millions of diamonds shine. while there are some concerns about stereotyping, it's snow white and the seven dwarfs or offensive. if you're counter casting every role, don't do a live version. it's really simple. disney says it's consulting with the dwarfism communityfi law, which i find hilarious since the dwarves will be cgi characters and not real actors .
12:44 am
well, first of all, that peter dinklage is a terrific actor. >> he's a very talented actor. is he cast for being a little person or is he cast for his talent? he's cast for his talent, correct. so i don't think anyone iss using for both. yeah. i meant they make fun oft his game of thrones, butwa that was part of the character. yeah. so i mean you know so here he was being cast me as ago hispanic guy. they'rein y going to catch you a a blond lady. i mean that's what you getre you are what you are right. you look raymond you look aboutn as hispanic as i look hispanic, okay? i know you're hispanic but you h know they're not going to catch you, baby . cutl me open. you'll see more nice try. nice try. but first of all, snow whitees and the seven dwarfs is a beloved tale and i'm suree there's something that offends i everyone. if you're offended by eminem, you're going to be offended by everything. okay, i do nothing to counter cast. ve if you don't like the story and it's offensive, don't do it do pocahontas with

that's lta and 244 to score all truly disturbing news out of quantico, virginia where a male, afghan refugee has just been convicted of molesting a three year old girl. what's also sickening was his defense. he claimed that assaultingg the toddler washe part of his culture that's truly frightening and made even more so by the fact that the biden administration right now is trying to expedite the resettlement of more afghan refugees into the united states and already about one hundred twenty thousand. that means more unvettede and potentially dangerous people being brought into

with a particular kind of childb abuse targeting little boys that has been very overlooked i called bacha bazi. and i think what this means is that children are vulnerable toe predators and have been in an afghanistan that's been almost impossible to govern for decades and may be here as well. this little, girl's life has been altered permanently by this assault. we must do everything to protect her . well, dr. ahmed, i remember during the afghan war our own military was witness to the you know, all the testimony by victims, young boys who had been, repeatedly assaulted by people who had been worked with oro in conjunction withco the u.s. military and the ones o who started to report this , they were told to kind keep it. you know, quiet is a huge controversy. am and as americans we think we hear this and it just makes our
