and suburbs on the west coast, east coast, down south, and in the heartland, their job is to rip and tear and pulverize their way into the nation's shooting gallery and c. >> the crack is in. >> jesse: after years of death and decline, the people of new york had had enough. things were so bad the democrats actually elected a republican mayor. in '93, rudy giuliani promised to clean things up and actually did. by 2001, rudy's last year in office, homicides had fallen from six murders a day to less than two murders a day. and mike bloomberg kept it in check. until lurch from the adam family, worst mayor in america took over. crime exploded while bill slept in end.

we elected a former police officer as mayor, eric adams, who does not look like big bird but sounds a lot like him. >> my administration will launch an unprecedented summer youth employment, youth and youth engagement program for summer 2022. we know that gang violence and gun crimes spike in the summer months. >> the summer youth antiviolence employment effort. this has been an effort to ensure that young people who are at risk get opportunities for summer youth employment, get steered in the right direction. >> gun violence is a public health crisis. and it is one that must be addressed at every level of government. we must see immediate action from congress on guns. >> we need the congress to act on the issue of guns once and for all. we all see it with our eyes. >> jesse: if there is one guy you don't want to plagiarize, it is bill de blasio.

speaking of which, president joe biden came to town today. this is a man who knows so little about law enforcement, he told police to shoot people in the leg. >> instead of standing there and teaching a cop when there is an unarmed person coming at them with a knife or something, shoot them in the leg instead of the heart. >> jesse: that is not exactly what we should be doing, mr. president. >> are you okay? >> my leg! somebody shot my leg! >> jesse: biden did not utter a single word today what dangers democrat das org unveil laws. he just promised to shovel cast down the governments show throat to prove he does not want to defund the police. >> we need more money. >> i'm also calling for increased funding. >> funding $300 million. half a billion dollars. >> jesse: also, biden said the constitution doesn't let you own a canon.

are jaded but you are not. i think what happened is some advisors got into the oval office and said "mr. president, this is the most disastrous first year in modern history and we had our ideologically driven agenda and it has turned the nation off and we are in big trouble, so let's try to feign like we want to be moderates, so crime, crime is starting to affect beverly hills, carmelo california, joe you are empathetic and support -- get this photo op in new york and people say we've lost deterrence in afghanistan, the foreign policy is a mess, go after isis, so it looks like we are on the offensive. and then we get a john hopkins and everything says the lockdown cost more lives may be then covid and people got cancer. say you are going to have a moon shot type of operation to cure cancer. it's a media-driven, popularity-driven effort to see what they are not, and the problem is -- i don't want to be too cynical, jesse -- >> jesse: yeah, we don't want

to be cynical on "primetime" ever, vdh, that is not what we do. >> no, i don't, but they don't believe it. when they are saying they have to go and address crime, joe biden said something crazy about shoot them in the leg like he used to talk about shooting a shotgun and then jen psaki says, oh, everybody is paranoid about crime, or susan sarandon tweets all the cops are on the street in morning at a funeral, why is there any crime or there is no crime, you don't need them, so they say stupid things because they think stupid thoughts, and the same thing about the isis operation. it's not going to restore it -- i am all for it, it got the right people, but it is not going to restore deterrence, but they are in a vice. they have this ideological agenda that they know doesn't work and turns people off, but they have to act moderate to get reelected or to win the midterms or stave off defeat what they are not moderates. and so this insincerity in this

cynicism hypocrisy is evident on everything they are doing. that's damage control. it's not sincere. >> jesse: biden -- didn't he threatened to hit them in the face with a knuckle sandwich? how joe handled corn pop. joe used to be tough guy, right? >> he can bring back -- he got a 6-foot chain he can bring back the or remember he said he was going to take donald trump behind the gym and beat him up, sam going to take these criminals behind the gym and beat them up just like i did donald trump. >> jesse: he is tougher on trump than rapists, gang bangers. trump is the enemy, he glowed he didn't say a word. >> he could have gone to the funeral. if he had gone to the funeral of the slain policeman it would have been sincere and heartfelt and meant something, but when he goes afterwards and talks about shooting people in the leg, it is old joe from scranton

[laughs] if these kids ever decide to take off the masks, school officials go after them, and they go after them really hard. listen to this radical assistant principal in loudoun county, virginia, who's threatening

charging maskless students with trespassing. >> until you arrive, held in an in school restriction situation here at school. they are not allowed on campus or on loudoun county public school property starting tomorrow, it will be considered trespassing. >> jesse: so keep in mind, trespassing is a class one felony in virginia. it holds a 12 month jail sentence or a $2500 fine. we emptied the prisons because of covid, and now we want to fill the prisons with kids because of covid. hmm. but there is good news. that has been the theme since "primetime" launched. we are not taking this lying down anymore. children braver than their own parents are starting to step up. check out what is going on in washington state. this high school there where kids are staging a walkout against these mask mandates. >> we are all walking into the school with no mask on.

you can get me in trouble, they can suspend me, i don't care. we are done with the spirit and obviously all of you are, too. we want this to be a peaceful, respectful movement. we are just trying to gain back our rights as citizens. if a staff member asks you to put a mask on, you say "no thank you" and keep walking, and if they kick you out, then go home. >> jesse: here now, someone who is constantly being fined for not following pelosi's mast mandate, colorado congresswoman lauren boebert. lauren, i think next times you pass nance in the halls of congress and you don't have a mask on, just hold your breath. it works. >> that's right, just like waiting to exhale garcetti and blame it on the salon owner pelosi, you know, jesse, i am just so proud of these young men and women who are standing up and being a voice for millions of students who feel the same way. >> jesse: and it's funny that they are the ones fighting back, some of their parents are still

cowering in their own basements. if enough students go into a school with the mandate and they are not masked, what are they going to do? it is power in numbers, it is civil disobedience. do you actually think they are going to throw high school students in prison? >> no, it is unbelievable how extreme it has been so far, but we needed someone to stand up and say it first, and i am so glad it is the kids that are saying enough is enough in the schools, this is why i ran for congress because i was so frustrated by what was happening and i decided to do something, just like they are. good on those students for standing up to antiscience school bureaucrats and saying kiss my mask, we are done with this. biden is too busy playing president on his oval office playset to realize there is a revolution afoot. it started with parents at school boards. bennett was the truckers in the streets. now it is the students standing up for their medical rights.

schools are mandating masks not based on facts but on fear, and it is not about the science, it is about the political science. >> jesse: couldn't have said it better myself. when you are now getting fined on the regular by nancy for not wearing a mask, how much are the spines costing you? >> well, jesse, the first fine is $500, and then every find thereafter is $2500. i told nancy pelosi to kiss my mask a long time ago. i'm not putting up with this. congresswoman thomas massie has a lawsuit that other members have signed on to. i was not fined before that lawsuit started so i did not have standing to join them, but i am really hoping they are going to be successful in this because it is completely unconstitutional what is taking place in the house of representatives, and jesse, it's absolutely political theater. it is only where the c-span cameras are rolling that members are fine, and if you go to the senate chambers, well, the air must be extra purified there.

because there is no fine whatsoever. >> jesse: so you are saying the democrats when they are not on camera on c-span have their masks off, that is what you are telling me? >> jesse come all throughout the capital, yes, yes, yes. as soon as they come off the chamber floor, the house floor, the masks come off and the b.s. is over. you know, just like in the real world, facts are stubborn and hard to ignore. just looking at our children, the fact is that since the start of covid, 748 total deaths have happened to young americans ages 0-17. let's compare that to the 2400 teenagers that died from a car crash, or this 2600 teenagers that have died from suicide, from these unjust lockdowns, depressing them, but i don't see little fauci or the center for democratic control, a.k.a. the cdc, trying to outlaw cars or social media. >> jesse: i would agree. and if you see a democrat

and women to compete against each other athletically. in officially sanctioned events. don't believe me? this is mma fighter straight up pummeling her contra competition in the octagon. this is her when she was a man. listen, i love sports, and i understand why a transgender woman would want to compete in them, but i also understand why her competition, biological women, would have a problem with that. there at a disadvantage added their chances with scholarships, meddling at the olympics car, or enjoying the spirit of the games. so what is the solution? at 5:00 p.m. today, south dakota governor kristi noem signed a bill to limit collegiate and k-12 athletes to the sex given on their birth certificate. the bill is the strongest in the nation so far for protecting women's sports. >> this is about fairness. this is about making sure our girls have a chance to be successful and to compete, to

win scholarships, potentially go on and play professional sports beyond that. we want them to have the opportunity. >> jesse: joining me now, governor kristi noem. all right, governor, if we decide to move to south dakota, and i bring my twin girls who are ten years old, you're saying -- and i might do this for tax purposes anyway -- so you are saying that they would never have to compete against a biologically born man, if that person has a m on their birth certificate? >> it is true that your girls will have a level playing field. they will get the chance to compete only against other biological females, as reflected on their birth certificate, because we want them to have a chance to be successful. we recognize there's a lot of different competitions, such as academic, debate, speech, that your biological sex is not that much of a factor but it is when it comes to sports and here in

south dakota in our k-12 system and at our college level, we are going to ensure those girls have a chance to compete. >> jesse: is there any wiggle room here? because there are some issues with the ncaa and sponsorships and boycotts. is this thing airtight? >> it is, and what it does is it allows the girls that didn't make the team because a biological male made the team, it allows them the chance to go after litigation for the opportunity to play. it doesn't create a trial lawyer's dream and create a lot of new, litigious opportunities. what it does is say, i want an opportunity to play, and it gives them a chance to cop a challenge that school district to be part of that team. >> jesse: i think everyone knows how much i dislike trial lawyers and how much i love my daughters, and how much i want my daughters to win, and win in a fair way, and i think that is important. we want to compete, and we want to compete fairly, so hopefully what you have done there in

"jesse watters primetime" took it one step further and brought in a former cop to teach us how to deal with carjackings. we are here with wild bill stanton, former nypd, former bodyguard, he is going to give me some tips on how to avoid getting carjacked. we got this? >> we got this. >> give me the keys. >> no, this is my car. >> i've got it. >> you did it the wrong way. >> why did i do with a long way? >> you are fumbling, you are fighting me. i've got a gun in your face, that is a good way to get shot. now let's do it the right way. >> what do i want to do? >> you want to give me those keys, and you want to run in the opposite direction of where i want to go because the quicker that you can get this off of you and me in that car, it's how you are going to be prepared, not scared, to save your life and

live another day to get the cops to get that car. >> so don't try to grab the handle and go boom, boom, boom. >> the car is not worth it. >> even if it is a really nice car? >> i think this is nice. >> give me the keys to the car. give me the keys. >> so when i am parking, where do i park? how do i park? what is the strategy? >> a lot of these carjackings occur in parking lots. what i advise, go 25 yards away where nobody is and you want to back in. >> what if i want a really short walk to the store? >> that is why they have scooters. >> a lot of times you are in the car, and someone might swerve into you and then you get carjacked. how do you deal with that? >> a big trend right now is they bump you and then they jack you. >> bump and jack. >> bob and jack. you're at a red light and all of a sudden we get a jolt in the car. what you want to do is quit, use

those mirrors, and what i will do sometimes is throw it into reverse, just so i can see the backup camera. it's a judgment call. you got that funny feeling inside, and that little voice is going off, you want to throw it in drive, take off, head to the local police station, call 911. >> don't take any chances. >> you want to be prepared not scared to get carjacked. >> trust your gut. a lot of times you see on these protest videos where a mob of peoples around the vehicle, and if you drive through them, they can prosecute you for vehicular manslaughter. >> you want to check your local laws and ordinances for self defense weapons, for instance, this is a legal pepper spray. >> okay. >> so god forbid someone came up and they're sticking hands in the car, i have it at the ready and they are going to get a mouthful of pepper, and then i'm going to take off. >> what happens if i am at a red light, stopped, and someone approaches the window with a gun on foot?
