compared to a month ago and the president bragging today about how the jobs report beat expectations. but americans better not even dare think that this means we can get on with our lives. >> america's job machine is going stronger than ever. after almost two years, the physical and emotional weight of the pandemic has been incredibly difficult to bear for so many people. the covid crisis has been cut in half, down and have been just three weeks. still too many cases, still we have to be on alert. the historic news and economic progress we have made throughout the past year, we still have a lot of work to do. >> jesse: and how many times have you heard we have to follow the science? democrats in the media only do it if it doesn't interfere with their narrative. major study from johns hopkins, a source democrats in the media love, show lockdowns did very little to save lives and instead destroyed the economy and ruined

education for an entire generation which is why most of the media didn't even coverage. with the white house admit they are wrong? >> it suggest that lockdowns shouldn't be a part of a future pandemic response. is that the shared view of the administration? >> the president has been clear we are not pushing lockdowns, we are not pro-lockdown. that has not been his agenda. most of the lockdowns actually happen under the previous president. what are objective has been is to convey we have the tools we need to keep our country open. >> jesse: so what are they doing now, judge? what is their message now? i can keep track of it. >> judge jeanine: i have to tell you i have to laugh at that, we are trying to keep the country open, really? why don't you get rid of the vaccine mandate and the mask mandate and the schools because you just lost in the united states supreme court, that is how much you want us to get back to our normal existence. all the way up to make sure

employers of more than 100 people mandate the vaccine. so everything they've done is inconsistent with what they say and that seems to be the policy of the whole administration. they want us in a perpetual state of submission, in a perpetual state of fear. rachel wolinsky said today or yesterday, she said even though the numbers are going down, we still have to keep checking the numbers. check them, they are either down and it's time to open up or it isn't and they just don't want to come up it's against in their narrative. what they want is for people to be afraid and by the way, during this whole time they shifted the power and the money. they shifted $190 billion to the schools and the school unions, i should say, and shifted from mom-and-pop stores to the big box company, and it is almost like socialism, we are watching it happen before our eyes, we're being told what to do and what to say and we will talk about china later, and what not to say. >> jesse: we will talk about

expected. my take on that as people went back to work. they were like whatever coming you are telling me it is still going on, it is obvious for more people, they got a micron in her cool for a few days and other husbands and wives are saying enough already, go back to work already, and people have decided their own learning curve on this thing is better than the learning curve of the government and they are doing what they feel is right and they're going back to work and back to school. >> jesse: some of the bravest people out there, the children. i think we have the sound of the kid who says we are not taking this anymore, i'm going into school without a mask and throw me out. >> we are all walking to school with no mask on. you can get me in trouble, they can suspend me, i don't care. we are done with this. and obviously all of you are too. we want this to be a peaceful, respectful movement. we are just trying to gain back our rights as citizens. >> jesse: we will have that guy on prime time tonight at the

top of the hour but what did you want to say about that piece? >> greg: it is something i've been saying for a month, if they don't end it, it never ends because the white house is waiting for this. they are waiting for the american public to tell people to stop because they are terrified. if the american public doesn't say stop, it will never stop because they don't have the stones, because of this testicular month, to actually say that and about the kids, there is a disconnect between the politicians and the media from the public that completely missed this groundswell. first it was the parents' movement. now it is a kids movement and i'm telling you, you cannot say no to kids when they are pissed off or they are suffering. so this thing is on, it is going places, it's good to see joe biden finally unite people against him. he's got families, parents, but

the kids finally realize they hold the power. it's not the administration or the president. if they civilly disobey no one will enforce them, especially if they do it in a group. they are not going to arrest you because they need the money. they need to have the student so i don't know how the leaders don't see what they are doing. they are creating future republicans, creating future libertarians if they continue down this road, the democratic party is going to be done and i love the fact that these kids are civil and responsible, it's restoring hope and society, they are saying the teachers are on their side. that is a good thing, you got to love it. >> jesse: it is also why they shut down the trucker protest because they couldn't have massive amount of people saying enough already. richard? you are very dapper today. in gray. he is the heart. >> richard: care about all people. >> jesse: your thoughts on what we've seen question works

before let's take politics out of it -- >> jesse: let's not take politics out of it -- >> richard: respectfully, your honor, let's go down here. first, restaurants are open. 99% of schools are open, check. the economy is open, check. this idea that there will be some sort of shutdown happening, it's not happening come happening, period. wait a minute. to martha's point i do think where this administration is nervous is any administration would be, what happens if there is another variant and what happens if the variant spreads too quickly? we learned with the omicron variant is we were open, we were learning the right direction, the omicron variant came and it took out the city of new york, it took out washington, d.c., the whole eastern seaboard as far as people getting sick, hospitals almost collapsing. that's exactly what happened and i've interviewed health care workers across the board and what they will tell you is if you learn to the omicron variant is our health care system is

very fragile. we may not be able to manage another variant. >> greg: he could go on forever, another variant, another variant. >> richard: the point i'm trying to make here is the economy is open, everything is open, vaccines are working in the president wants to keep it that way, period. but what that requires is also making sure we are keeping track of the numbers, that is common sense. >> greg: but what is not common sense in saying what if something else happens, what if something else happens. >> richard: that is with the job of the cdc is. >> greg: it's a terrible job they're doing. >> martha: people are taking it into their own hands and i love what he said about the kids, my kids and their friends are like we are not doing it anymore. we are not doing any more shots, any masks, we are not doing it anymore. it is like a rebellion. kids make parents for glenn youngkin, kids for whoever and it will probably be republicans who want to lower the voting age now.

>> i am about the defund movement, because this is about the investment in our communities of which historically been digested. >> martha: that didn't work out very well. we have increasing crime on the side, car crime is up 52% in cities all around the country. judge jeanine, what did you think when the president said when he came to town of what he focused on? >> i didn't think much of what he said because this is a president who was quiet during 2020 when the streets were burning down and when they told us that these were peaceful protests with buildings coming down i'm a police precinct being emptied, federal courthouses being bound and arson being committed there. you know, they are literally just, they talk out of both sides of their mouth but let's talk about the focus. he talked about guns and he talked about bringing the fed then. i'm going to bring the feds an end they are going to have all these gun crimes. i said the other day, the fed across the nation have handled

in 50 states a grand total of 10,000 gun crimes but he said we can now work together. we are thinking of ways to work together. what are you thinking about? we've been working together for years, the state, the feds, the d.a., we put together task forces. we don't need you to come to new york to tell us the spirit of the they are all talk, whether it is adams and i want o give adams the benefit of the dt and whether it is the president and i will tell you why with adams. adams said yesterday, i don't control bill reform but we need to give judges the danger system component and raise the age or part of it and i don't control that because there are federal laws. are you stupid? they are not federal laws! they are state laws that you can control, that you can change, that you can appeal. they are all full of it. they don't have a moral core.

that was the deadliest city in the country, she did something that was actually pretty remarkable. she created a program called cops and clinicians and they bring them into crime situations, so they can de-escalate. the second thing she did is she hired people who live in communities to intervene in crime, helping folks find jobs. when crime happens committee escalating crime and the third thing is she pushed police officers to solve unsolved murders. as a result of that until it was the homicide rate is down 36% from a crime is down 10%. if we do some of the policies that democrats and people with common sense have advocated for. they're not all calls that police officers show up to. i've spent 24 hours with gobs and gobs will tell you we don't want to show up to drug crimes because when people have an overdose we are not the best people to deal with it buta therapist is.

there's two questions joe biden needs to answer in the media has to press him on that. one, if you are an ex-con and you commit a felony, should you be able to get out on no or low bail? yes or no, mr. president? the other question is do you believe armed robbery should be a misdemeanor? yes or no, mr. president? if he tries to wiggle, hit him with a specific case and ask him if he is with that. the problem is the media doesn't ask about crime. they ask about ukraine. >> martha: not one person asked a question on crime. >> jesse: we want answers to this question in the longer joe biden is silent on those things, he gives air cover to d.a.s and local legislatures to keep putting bad people back on the streets. >> greg: on this defunding thing i will hold a grudge, i'm not going to forget the reprehensible movement because it directly affected me. unlike politicians are the media. it still affects me. we had another smash and grab in

my neighborhood yesterday. i think about how the media and the democrats defending and helping leaders and writers under the guise of justice, i will not forget that. we need to hang deep on the police around every democrat's neck and they will say wait, i was in pro deep on the police but you didn't have the guts to speak up. biden didn't have the guts to speak up. he was hiding like a coward and he allowed these destructive, deadly policies and by not saying anything they helped the massive dehumanization of police which caused the murder rate to go up. it's important that democrats deal the pain for creating this climate and people should not forget. last thing, the media and the politicians about crime speaks to the fact that they don't experience it. what do the reporters do, those heroic reporters? they show up and report on the protest. they gin it up until there are riots and there is arson and

perspective, one charge is a mandatory two year sentence. how long do you think he will be in jail for or what is next in the process? >> judge jeanine: it depends upon the judge. i don't know that there are grounds for a serious appeal here. of course he can't claim ineffective counsel, he was his own lawyer. [laughter] which i think was a smart move because he is very shrewd, he can talk and i think he felt he could intimidate stormy daniels. and it was clear he was faking her signature, rerouting these wire transfers and kept telling you, the publisher isn't giving you the money, i don't know why, meanwhile he was depositing it. he should get some serious state prison time. this is his second felony, there is a mandatory two year on the wire fraud but i think he should get five to ten years. >> jesse: he was convicted of the nike shakedown.
