a brand new 40 year high on top of last month's 40 year high. it's even worse. accelerating to 7.5% in january. high inflation jacked up the cost of food, gas, cars and rent and little relief in sight. americans are paying twice as much to fill up their tanks under biden than under president trump and gas prices will only continue to rise. democrat joe manchin called it an inflation tax. a new study found the average american household is spending an additional $276 a month

because of record setting inflation. it's hurting the poor and middle-class the harder. and biden's own economic advisor sees a full-blown inflation on the way. a frail looking joe made his way all the way down to central virginia. he really went far. he was greeted by large crowds of protestors including one man with a special sign that reads "build crack better." biden vowed to work like the devil to get these prices under control. take a look. >> i will work like the devil to bring gas prices down. i am working to make sure we strengthen the supply chain to bring the prices down and changing a range of things.

but i am not a veterinarian. i need an expert to help him. think about los angeles and venice beach, california, and san francisco, when you see the homeless population and the mess outside, doesn't that mean the whole city is a mess? couldn't we judge a city by its homeless population? if you see someone going down the street in a car and there is a broken window and there is foil over on it and you go that person is a mess? i would not want them running my business. imagine how they run their city. you can see how they run their city by going outside. imagine all of the other horrible decisions they are making inside. >> sean: this guy said in this interview he gets $200 in food stamps and $620 a month cash.

he said it was not hard to get. all i had to do was make a blanking phone call and gets free transit passes and state i.d. and career and mental health counselling. i don't believe the biden administration they were going to spent $30 million. they said we are not buying crack pipes but the program said they were along with syringes. i don't want to aid in somebody's suicide. if you are smoking crack or shooting heroin you are committing suicide. you are doing it slowly but killing yourself. i don't want to it assist in your studio. -- suicide. is that fair? >> i am with you. the problem of throwing money at the problem is the problem. they do it with everything. they do it with schools and homelessness. we will throw more money at it. it never fixes the problem.

the problem is mental health and drug addiction and family and education. that's the way you solve this. they won't even say what the problem is. these are addicts with mental illness. it's not a mother of 3 fired from her job and liveing to the street. that person doesn't exist. it's all drugs and mental illness. call it what it is -- and work on the problem. >> sean: if nancy pelosi lives with all millionaires, why doesn't she donate a million? go around the neighborhood and get money? put in some showers. serve a hot meal and put in a couple of drug counsellors that could guide people in the right direction to get off this crap that will eventually kill them? >> well, maybe nancy pelosi is

just for the needle program to save money on the botox. >> sean: there you go. you could not control yourself. the reality is liberals are only generous with other people's money. that's the point. the point is if they creel cared, we will throw billion dollars of taxpayer dollars in this and that program. it's right in their neighborhood and they don't lift a finger. it's that kind of hypocrisy that drives me insane. the last word? >> well, i am in l.a. the super bowl is coming on sunday. they have cleaned up the homeless encampments between lax and the stadium. when they want to put on a good face for the world, they will activate and motivate. it can be done. they just don't do it unless the super bowl rolls into town.

activity. that's what the assignment was using pizza. the school district said it was a mistake. we meant to use a revised version. how wonderful would that have been if you had not been caught isn't reality is this is not a suburb of new york. they had a republican town council until 2021. this is a rank-and-file school district which could go either direction. they thought it was okay to assign something like this or a revised version for our kids. sexualizing our kids to create confusion about identity just like they do with race. we have been all over the critical race theory. they are doing the same thing with sex-ed. anatomy when i was a kid. now it's sexual preference and activities.

>> sean: rachel, you have kids. what is your reaction? >> it's outrageous. they said be teaching math and science. they are grooming. pete is right. this is not an isolated case. many friends say in elementary school the kids are taught the ginger bread man to explain gender fluidity. >> sean: you can't make this up. >> no, you can't. there is a state senator in rhode island. a former teacher. she wrote on twitter excited for the house sex-ed bill teaching queer inclusive pleasure based sex-ed was a highlight of my time teaching. this is happening in schools. this is my opinion, gets your kids out. save your kids and grandkids.

i am encouraged by the people fighting. the changes needed to change this rotten system won't happen in time to save your kids. pete and i talk about this. stop the bleeding. take your kids out. i know it's hard. you will have to make financial sacrifices to do it. find a good charter or religious school. i don't think there is any hope for these systems. >> sean: the problem is even very expensive, hard to get into private schools in new york, for example, it's like a war. you have kids pre-kindergarten that have to go through interviews to get into elite schools because the new york public school system sucks and parents won't speak up because they are afraid the kids won't get in the schools. kids in many schools are not learning the basics, pete. am i that old-fashioned? >> no. the elite schools are the worst!

they are the most woke. parents try to escape failing public schools and pay money and go through interviews and applications to give their kids status. they are giving their kids the false values they don't need and not teaching them reading and writing in basics which you can find in catholic schools or home school. the miseducation of america on fox nation lays it out. >> sean: rachel, let's make you it learn the basics. if you want your kids in a sex-ed class with pizza
