a subsequent lawyer. there was a section called factual background and got into this information about how they campaign. hired people to infiltrate the service. it is a very big development. who might be getting indicted would be those involved in the campaign around the campaign, that type of thing. it's been follow up carley's question, what are the charges that would be attached to this? >> well, generally, first of all all throughout this thing, todd, we have had processed crimes, which is lying under oath. i would anticipate that could be -- i know i'm reading your mind, which is a larger question but i think president trump, he came out very, very fortunately, talking about trees and then it should be the death penalty. that it's a little bit much but the fact of the matter is, you can get into illegal usurping on

statutes and specifics having to do with illegally left hand the information. it is interesting, they talk about a tech executive and apparently they can't identify the name. they talk about a particular company. all test infiltrating and getting information that was confidential, not available to the public and all of that. so he would be talking about this section of title 18 having to do with illegal electronic surveillance to answer your question. >> carley: doug, you are right, this talks about internet company one, doesn't name either and we don't know who they are, but the allegation is they did infiltrate trump server in the white house. that is a huge deal. and people have brought up the point that the servers are protected. so, then you get into a

situation of, could other people in the government have known that the servers were being infiltrated and how big does this get? >> no, that is a great point. because in any criminal investigation, obviously, the goal up, up, higher and higher and not necessarily thrown around the highest levels. but the fact of the matter is, crystallize it together and the reality is she would start calling in people involved with the campaign, okay. get them to start speaking and cooperating extensively, and you would be surprised stuff taking up the ladder there. again, it is worth repeating what you said, which is, of course, people must have known about it, okay? that is exactly the testament they want to develop using witnesses that were specifically involved with the campaign, hiring a law firm, you know,

being discussed. russia wants veto power over ukraine's foreign policy. they want ukraine in sphere of influence. they want to have some control over ukraine internally, domestically, they want to destabilize ukraine and make ukraine hospitable place for commerce. we are seeing capital flight from that country already. so we can come of vladimir putin is winning right now, even though he hasn't fired a shot. >> todd: how much is the biden debacle in afghanistan with the interactions with us? >> i think there are three things that are guiding putin's actions, he has seen fodder for political division within our own country and heath might think we might not be able to arrive to bipartisan consensus o deal with this and then second, russia and china are long-term strategic adversaries, but right now they see eye to eye on opposing the united states and the west. and third, exactly what you

very bad. not only have they become increasingly difficult to get, but we are also having cost issue, the ones you can get. now cost more than 50% more than they were a year ago. we are paying $132 for cups and lids now for the same price we use to get it around $50. so very, very difficult. >> todd: how bad could it get? >> well, listen, my supplier said, if i were you, by as many as you can because i don't know when i can get more. that is really scary has a small business owner. i don't have limited space. i don't know what to do sometimes, but i have to survive so i buy it and figure it out. >> todd: this is scary, as you know, cost of everything is going up. you mentioned the lids, other type of to go containers as well, straws, and of course, the coffee itself is going up here and how much of that gets passed

on to the consumer? >> well, obviously, we tried to make our prices as competitive as possible. obviously, you have other competitors that are large corporations. you know, can we stand some of these increases? we cannot. we have other things that attribute now and we can't use plastic straws but we have to use composite straws. those are more expensive. there is a lot of little things happening right now. we are still dealing with pandemic and you know, the restrictions that we have in new york which makes it more difficult. >> todd: part of the situation is a lot of these things are stuck on ships coming in from china and other foreign markets. another reason is those produced domestically can't find the workers to make it happen. combine that with inflation and we are in the mess we are in. what do you need the biden administration to do to solve this? >> we need like you said the

rules, you are making that decision. you are making the decision that you will not follow the rules of getting vaccinated. >> carley: joining me now, came out of retirement to work as a substitute teacher before being fired for not getting the covid vaccine. cassie, good morning to you. this has affected you and what is your message to mayor adams this morning? >> good morning to everyone. my message is the vaccine is not one-size-fits-all's. some people have side effects to this but most importantly bring back the option, weekly covid testing for all so that way you ensure anybody enters your facilities, restaurants, jim, they are covid free. bring back the option of weekly covid testing for all, unified the city, and bring in more revenue. >> carley: that seems like a reasonable solution right now. if you don't want to get

vaccinated, you say you are willing to get tested weekly. why isn't that on the table? >> to be honest with you, i think the city of new york is not moving in a wise direction. and they are treading really deep waters because it deals with people's civil liberties. and just like the people who are advocating for abortion, they are staking their body, their choice. so again, unified the city, bring back that option of weekly covid testing. and i think it should be all, do it randomly. people who are vaccinated, unfortunately, tested and found they are positive. >> carley: that is a very good point. there is this trucker convoy going on in canada that that can come here as well. their message is not anti-vax

people a choice, a mandate. and it also feels like the working classes rising up. because they feel tired of being silenced and bullied. does that message resonate with you? >> yes, most definitely. because they went about this, it's a decree. and they went about it in a mean-spirited manner, not giving people that choice, that option. that is why the people are rising up. it is not going to be good for the country. again, advocate for weekly covid testing for all. you can do it randomly but for those who are not vaccinated, they should have the weekly covid testing that is updated, many are asking for 72 hour covid checks. and this way, we all are being accommodated. but most importantly, the safety

of the city is assured and we come back as a unified city. >> carley: you know, you came out of retirement to start working during the pandemic because there was a teacher shortage so you went from being a hero to getting fired over the span of just a few years. and you are not alone in that. thousands of people could lose their job because of this vaccine mandate. what do you think that will do to new york city and new york city schools? beco well, you can't replace, i have 25 years plus of being a math teacher. you can't replace that type of experience in the few months, even if you hire new people. so again, they are not being wise. they didn't think this out. i was in this school, again, i came in, had my weekly covid test to show. and there were people come with
