the country on the part of parents a culture war and dismisses it. the way thee described fox viewers i could just hear her saying deplorables. so, you know, and then i love it. this is a woman who says, you know, the democratic party ought to be, you know, carrying about the real problems of ordinary americans. well, sounds good, but it's a bad messenger because she doesn't care about the ordinary americans and never really did. she looks down on them. she looks whether their secret service detail or the people out there in the middle of the country saying pay attention to us. you are ignoring our concerns and our values. and disrespecting us. she ain't going to be the nominee. i love your monologue, good for you. get a couple more versions of it so can you take every six months. she pops up and real it in again. she ain't going to be the democratic nominee. they are not that dumb. >> jesse: so her answer on this indictment, and the filing by durham. and this is something that is

going to be picked up by other democrats and it's the denial line. nothing is real, everything you are hearing about me is a lie. fox, trump, don't be stupid, that's it. i mean, that is it. is that going to play. >> no, let's go over the facts. let's be clear about the facts. in the indictment, durham says on september 19th, 2016, sussmann, who is on the payroll of the clinton campaign, and is billing them for his work on -- literally in the billing saying i'm working on the russian bank issue, sussmann meets with the fbi general counsel james baker and says i have a tip. and then tells him i don't have a client involved in this. well, he is billing the campaign for working on the russia bank issue which is what he is giving the tip about. and then on february 9th of 2017, after she has lost.

he is still getting paid. he provides an updated set of allegations to a second government agency. one of the intelligence agencies. and, again, says no client. now, imagine what would have happened on september, in accepts of 2016, if he walked in and said you know what? i have got some information, it's been collected by me, being paid by the clinton campaign and i'm working with a tech company and an outside investigation firm that's working on behalf of the clinton campaign but we're hiding the money so it doesn't show up on the federal election commission report. but i'm working on behalf of the clinton campaign and donald trump is in touch with a bank in moscow. do you think the fbi would have wasted one minute on it? no. that's why he lied. he lied then, he lied again in 2017. and he has now been caught and one of the key things that is going to, in my opinion, convict this guy. is that he has billing records to the clinton campaign saying i'm working on the russian bank issue pay me more money.

party that is appealing to the middle class more than the very wealthy, the democrats are the very wealthy and the very poor. this party is starting to transcend race and replace it with class, middle class concerns. they don't have a lock hold on hispanics or african-american males or asians as they used to. i think they have a problem. so i think they are going to select door a and go down to glorious defeat as revolutionaries. >> jesse: okay. so you are saying they are going to go for broke. they are not going to buy their way out. they are not going to lie their way out. they are going to go woke. going for broke. >> yeah. >> do you see the race card playing a factor in the midterm elections? because that's been so effective. the gender card, the race card. i mean that is their bread and butter. with inflation and gas prices and crime affecting broad swathes of the population, rich, poor, you know, black, white, everybody, is that going to

i think that decision speaks to my humanity and not to political beliefs. but attacking our children, attacking our teen, that's unconscionable. and i think never in my 56 years i have ever experienced a country so divided, so full of hatred towards friends and neighborhoods, sorry i lost you there. so full of hatred towards friends and neighbors. you know, they might have opinions that differ from theirs. but they are still willing to publicly shame and humiliate and view angry vitriol. we have been called terrorists for the first 36 hours. we were inundated with hatred, with threats of violence. people threatened our team on the phone telling them we are coming to get you. we are going to go bricks through your window.

he has five total although he has not publicly acknowledged his daughter and neither has president biden acknowledged her. she testified earlier this week, likely because of how she was a junior staffer at rosemont seneca. we also learned last month or earlier two weeks ago that the bank that was handling a lot of hunter biden's business had been subpoenaed for details about transactions with the government owned communist chinese bank of china. now, that bank started to do a deal with hunter biden shortly after then vice president joe biden took hunter on a trip to china. this has been a very lucrative business for hunter biden and for james biden, the brother of joe biden. they have made a lot of money from foreign oligarchs and it does appear that that is being investigated either for tax evasion reasons or corruption of the organizations that they were working with. >> jesse: yeah, like the mob. they always get you on the tax situation. well, we'll see if they ever do

get them. because joe controls the doj and i find it highly unlikely that hunter is going to pay a steep price for any of that but we will see, won't we, mollie? thank you. >> thank you. >> jesse: moving along, president obama is building his library near the university of chicago. and now the locals want $1 billion in reparations from the first black president. why? well, students at the school are demanding that reparations be paid because the university exists as a legacy of chattel slavery. moreover, it has been an active participant in segregation, red lining, and supporting development that work to isolate the university from its neighbors and put south siders at risk of displacement from their home. well, one of those racist developments includes the construction of the obama presidential center in chicago.

so are people upset because this is some big expensive library situation it's going to be a lot of drilling, traffic, noise and hammering and it's displacing a lot of people. >> no it's not really about that. i will explain it to you. it's not exactly about the construction of the library. a lot of these organizers actually helped participate in the bid to get the library to be built there but the issue is when new investment comes into areas like this, and the university of chicago has kind of a terrible history when it comes to this, it tends to displace local black communities and local black residents because rent gets hiked up. and there is predatory lending practices. >> jesse: rent is too damn high? >> the rent is too damn high. so the issues issue here is that if the center is going to be built and construction is happening there.
