white supremacists and other sedition-minded forces backed by foreign saboteurs -- sound familiar -- threatened the very existence of canada. the truckers were effectively an invading army. over the weekend, trudeau defeated that army. they were unarmed. he's not. trudeau cleared the truckers' strike by force, yet his emergency powers remain. today, justin trudeau explained he'll remain in full control of canada indefinitely and that's essential, he says, to keep canada safe. but the video tells a very different story. in fact, it's trudeau's crackdown on human rights that's put canadians in danger. watch trudeau's forces tell this woman she's no longer allowed to record what happens in her own city >> i just want to get a coffee, ok? >> why is the camera in my face right now? are you here for a -- right now, you're in the red zone? >> i'm scared and i want to go for a coffee down there. >> if we see you again, it'll be different.

when he told him to back off, hey, this is canada, they turned on him. >> get out everywhere now. get it out they're saying they're going to break the window. they already walked around back, you guys so -- >> they're breaking in. here's your tax service. here's your taxes at play, everyone. welcome to absolute tyranny. >> tucker: so that kind of thing is happening all over the capital city of canada. the virus is in retreat but there's a new crisis and that crisis is disobedience. last week, we showed you the footage of trudeau's forces trampling a woman with horses. now, internal text show the officers who rode those horses celebrate what had they did,

"just watch that horse video. that is awesome!" said one officer. awesome, an elderly woman being trampled by a horse. canadian government confirmed those text are real but none of the supposedly progressive politicians in canada care in the least. no one on the canadian left or the american left for that matter has condemned any of this or any other protest violations of human rights in canada. the media aren't even reporting it's happening but it is happening. over the weekend, the show obtained footage of a particularly brutal beating in ottawa during the crackdown. watch as the man in the orange jacket got kneed repeatedly by trudeau's man >> you can hear the noises of people getting shook around outside. being arrested. a man being kneed there. >> tucker: kneeing him again and again and again.

he wasn't resisting. and the man who shot that footage is called david paisley. he runs a website called shedmedia.pa. police arrested paisley and seized the camera equipment he used to shoot that, $5,000 worth. we thought that video was remarkable. we alerted several canadian news outlets over the weekend to this footage and gave them david paisley's contact information, news organization to news organization but none of them reported on it. so we looked into it ourselves. several protesters who were there said that a truckner an orange jacket was attacked by police officers during the crackdown. we reached him him and he confirmed it providing this footage. it shows him exiting his cab calmly, kneeling down in front of his truck and clasping his heads behind his neck. watch >> i don't speak french.

i'm going down. i'm going down on my knees and hands behind my back. i'm ready. i know. i'm peacefully protesting. >> tucker: so the man surrenders on camera and then he's kneed repeatedly into submission. now, we'd love to show you more footage but it turns out none of justin trudeau's men was wearing a body camera at the time. that's pretty weird. no one in state media cares to follow up on that story so they're not. they don't care either. in a moment, we're going to speak to the man who you saw being beaten on camera, csaba vizi. he'll give you all details. he joins us in just a moment. the brutality is one element of

this crackdown on saturday, ottawa's new police chief promised to hunt down the regime's enemies no matter where they are in coming months and ruin them financially. watch >> i will stand here today again and say this demonstration is over. go home. if you don't go home, we will remove you from the streets. if you are involved in this protest, we will actively look to identify you and follow up with financial sanction and criminal charges. absolutely. >> tucker: if you are involved in a protest, you'll be sanctioned and charged. what does that mean exactly? well, last night, justin trudeau's government announced that's also going after anyone who "directly or indirectly participated in the protests." mark is a member of the parliament [indiscernible] one of his constituents, a woman called brionne. her crime is to donate $50 to the truckers. in response, "her bank account has now been frozen. brionne is a single mom working

a minimum-wage job. she's got no on money at all. under trudeau's new order, she won't simply lose access to her bank account, she'll lose access to credit unions and co-ops and loan providers. this is what the collapse of democracy looks like. not simply beating people in the street, it's making it impossible for them to live because you steal all of their money. you reward yourself the power to control every dollar in your country. what's the power come from? self-appointed power that justin trudeau has. you prevent anyone who -- condemn anyone who is speaking out against you. trudeau is crushing anyone who supports the truckers in ottawa. going after their employers. over the weekend, owner of a trucking company in ontario received this threatening call from trudeau's authorities. listen >> my job is to phone the registered owner of the trucks to ask them to if they're still in ottawa and if they are still in ottawa, i was to tell the

registered owner that now they could be subject to the new measures under the emergency measures act so they can, like, seize assets and freeze bank accounts and all of that kind of stuff. >> tucker: so trudeau's government is promising to seize company assets and zero out bank accounts because one company's truck parked on the street in ottawa. it's not simply an overreaction, grotesque overreaction to the peaceful protest, it's a wild and unprecedented expansion of powers that's permanent and it makes democracy impossible. canada's finance ministry explains trudeau is not going to give up this power ever. >> we will be putting forward measures to put those tools permanently in place. the authorities i believe do need to be expanded to cover crowd sourcing platforms and payment platforms and their payment providers. that is something that we need

to do and we will do and that needs to be in place permanently. >> tucker: you'll notice that some of the harshest authoritarians, not simply in canada but across the west, speak in light, wilting voices going up on the last syllable them don't sound like mussolini, but they've awarded themselves greater powers. by the way, this all seems to have happened overnight in canada. that's simply because most americans don't pay attention. a year ago, canada's government started debating c36. that bill would allow activists to head to court and accuse someone of "contemplating free speech." not even saying something unauthorized, just thinking about saying it. so what is hate speech exactly? what's it look like to contemplate it? well, back around 2020, a man living in british columbia wrote to a complaint to the government official called bob ray. the man wrote, "you and your government have blood on your hands for not quarantining

canada's borders before we imported covid from around the world." it's hardly a wild opinion. of course, it'll always be permitted in an actual democracy but the canadian officials' response to bob ray's response, "worthy of a hate speech. criticize me, the person in power and now it's hate speech." now, contemplating saying something like that is itself a crime stating government officials like bob ray could send people who criticize them to jail. trudeau's government is going to reintroduce that bill as quickly as possible. the biden administration you should know and not forget has encouraged all of this. vladimir putin is the tyrant, he tells us, not justin trudeau. at this point, it's pretty clear if you want to know the future what they're planning for us in the united states, look north to canada. as promised, we're joined by csaba ziti.

>> tucker: district attorneys backed by george soros refusing to enforce certain laws in this country against certain people. if you live in this country, you know that because it's all around you. new jailhouse audio shows criminals including child molesters also know it. here is the story for us tonight. hey, bill >> reporter: hey, tucker, good to see you. this case has to do with a 26-year-old transgender child molester who was sentenced to only two years in a juvenile facility because l.a. county attorney george gas cohen refused to prosecute him as an adult. this was 26-year-old hannah tubbs recently convicted of assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a denny's restroom in 2014. at that time, tubbs' first name was james. he was a couple of weeks away from his 18th birthday.

dctv showed tubbs going into the denny's restroom and fleeing the scene after assaulting the little girl. tubbs wasn't connected to the sexual assault until being connected to another crime in 2013. despite having multiple violent crimes on record already, gas cohen refused to prosecute tubbs as an adult. just last month, a judge sentenced tubbs to serve two years in a juvie detention facility at age 26. get this, tubbs won't have to register as a sex offender. i've obtained some of tubbs' phone calls from when tubbs was in custody in l.a. county in november before being sentenced. in them, tubbs is on the phone with his dad. he talks about gloating about avoiding prison time. take a listen >> don't worry about it. i'm going to plead guilty. they'll send me on probation and it'll be dropped. it'll be done. done. i won't have to register once i'm done >> for offender, you don't have to register?

>> i won't have to do none of that >> what are they going to do to you then? >> nothing >> reporter: in that same call, tubbs went onto make extremely crude disparaging sexual comments about the 10-year-old victim openly discussing the sexual attraction for her and laughing about it, so crude we've decided not to air that audience. that victim is now 18 years old. she's speaking out for the very first time telling fox news in part, "the things he did to me and made me do that day were beyond horrible for a 10-year-old girl to have to go through. it's something i struggle with and it's insulting that this is all he was given as punishment. i want something done about it." as for d.a. george gas cohen, he says he didn't know about the -- gascon, he said he didn't know about the jailhouse recordings until i reached out to him last week and told his office about it. now, gascon is claiming he plans to change policy. moving forward, he says he'll consider prosecuting some juveniles as adults but only in

assault on democracy itself than preventing voters from voting for the candidate of their choice. how close are they to preventing you from running for office? >> they're very close. now, what's going in north carolina is that the state board of election, a panel of five people asserting they have the ability to bar 740,000+ americans in my district from being able to elect me to send me to washington to be their weapon to fight the deep state. why they're saying this is a viable choice in north carolina is because of the 14th amendment to the constitution. i'm sure you were puzzled by it as i was after following january started saying you're insurrectionists, seditionists, traitors. i thought they were trying to get flashy headlines. the reason they were trying to set this basis for fact is because thad plan to execute a version of law fare hashed by mark alyas, quarterback for hijacking our election in 2020,
