have it in 2008 and we went down by almost 3 million barrels in one year, we are vulnerable. that waves the flag and putin gets an appetite. the second thing is when nato, remember, tucker, it's got 1 billion people and economy eight times larger than russia. when it meets its defense commitments and most people pay the 2% and turkey and germany, which are the two largest countries in nato like the united states better than they do russia. and russia more than us. then putin seems to stay where he is. finally and most importantly, when the united states is confident in the united states talks softly, but it has capability rather than loudly with a twig, putin is deterred. so if you are barack obama's and you call and say russians can't do anything, and they are incompetent but at the same time you invite him into the

principle that the biden administration has destructed. i'm not sure what the principle is. do you know in 25 seconds that we have left? >> i think the principles a word and i'm a realist, i think the principle is simply pump three more million barrels of oil quickly and get more in the market. stop demonizing him and start showing strength. get germany and turkey back as members of nato. and don't call him a killer unless you can back it up. we are not going to back it up. so that is what has caused peace. 20 years and he's only done this three years. speed went that is an entirely fair principle worth defending. victor hansen, great to see you. thank you. we will be back. >> thank you.
