should not have the mig-29 fighter jets a plan that biden personally decided to kill. he didn't want to anger putin. unfortunately i have zero faith that your government will ever make the right decision in this case. our top three leaders in this country that are elected are completely and totally utterly out to lunch. you have the disaster that is the weak, frail, cognitively struggling joe biden and disaster and train wreck vice president kamala harris who has long documented all of putin struggles and kamala harris' struggles on this program and perhaps she is worse. over the weekend kamala harris as everybody knows proud that ukraine is a nato member. >> so i will say what we all say and i will say over and over again, the united states stands firmly with the ukrainian people in defense of the nato alliance.

pinpoint accuracy and modern weaponry and technology, our military was pressing buttons in an air-conditioned room in tampa, florida. we don't need that option. you are a historian of ronald reagan. ronald reagan help the freedom fighters, the contras in nicaragua with weapons. he hoped beat the soviet union and soviet unit listing or missiles. i would like to think that we would do the same thing here and output a single american boots on the ground throughout this conflict ever. do you agree with that? >> sean might think you're exactly right. that we can and should help ukraine win this war and defeat russia and defeat putin, but we should not put american servicemen and women in harm's way. we should not put boots on the ground. it is the reason i oppose a no fly zone. tomorrow morning, we will have president zelenskyy with joint session of congress remotely. i think he may well ask for a no-fly zone. i understand why he wants that.
6:15 pm
there have been some democrats, some republicans who have foolishly echoed that call. a no-fly zone would be a mistake because american pilots and american pilot jets in conflict with russian fighter jets. that is an invitation to escalation, an invitation to world war iii. we don't want to see that. but that doesn't mean that there is nothing we can do. we can do a great deal. we can provide lethal military aid, as you said stingers, chaplains. twice last year joe biden halted military aid to ukraine, december and april of last year. he halted military aid to pressure zelinski to give into russia. critically, we should be providing jets, joe biden with the polish migs to go to kyiv. that is what zelinski said. we did a conference call and zelinski said the number one priority was to get those migs those jets so ukrainian pilots could defend themselves from
6:16 pm
russian pilots. you play that rather pitiful video of nancy pelosi that said gosh, we should get those migs. nancy emma there is an easy way to do it, pick up the phone and called joe. joe was the one stopping it. joe biden is the one stopping the migs and that devastation we are seeing in ukraine is the direct result of joe biden's weakness, appeasement, surrender to putin on nord stream 2. tragically among the casualties that we are seeing are those heroic fox reporters and my deep condolences to the families of pierre and sasha and the prayers with benjamin appear they are heroically being on the ground reporting what is happening and tragically they paid the ultimate price. >> sean: and you know, they did. what is the rationale? i understand your arguments completely as it relates to the no-fly zone. but i don't understand the resistance to arming -- what difference does it make --
6:17 pm
they've had such success with javelins and the stingers. so why this mysterious reluctance towards the migs or any other fighter jets? is joe afraid vladimir will get mad at them like he's afraid reporters will get mad and the staff will get mad at him if he answers reporters questions? >> well, unfortunately joe biden and kamala harris and his administration, they believe the way to deal with bad guys and the way to deal with enemies is through giving in and surrendering, through weakness and appeasement. we have seen this with russia, china, iran and with venezuela. that is they were ammo. it has been joe biden's ammo for 50 years is he's been wrong on every foreign policy question for five decades, literally since i was a toddler and joe biden arrived in the senate. he has been consistently wrong. so you look at right now, zelenskyy is saying, we need fighter jets. i have to tell you the senate
6:18 pm
foreign relations committee, there is overwhelming bipartisan consensus that we should provide those fighter jets here that we had a recent briefing where every democrat in the room and every republican in the room said "provide the jets now." about biden you is getting stingers and chaplains and okay stingers and javelins are right now shooting down russian planes and killing russians do michael russian soldiers but passing on the russian makes would do the same thing and shoot down russian planes is unnecessary escalation. it is just biden is afraid of putin. and not only should we be passing on those migs so the ukrainian pilots could use them but we also ought to be encouraging soviet bloc nations around ukraine to move air defense systems into ukraine's borders to be able to defend themselves from russian jets. let me be clear, to get those
6:19 pm
polish migs to ukraine, we should not have american pilots fly them. but rather we should do the same thing the same plan in poland to have the ukrainian pilots get them come up and if they engage with russia they are in the middle of an act of war. that is how we defeat them but not only that, we combined them. what boris johnson said in the clip that you played, which is really important, combined with undercut putin 'revenue stream by taking away oil and gas customers. we do that by unleashing american production, allowing the soup power, the energy superpower that is america to produce oil, gas and he has six pending applications to export liquid natural gas. he to prove mike approve every one of those to take away putin's customers. nothing will undercut his strength or in the old kgb thugs and oligarchs to rise up against
6:20 pm
him more and nothing will more we can speed 'ability to wage war in ukraine then taking away his revenue by stepping in and fulfilling europe's energy needs. >> sean: you know senator crimea was annexed when joe biden was vice president and obama was president. the caliphate grew out completely while joe was vice president and obama was president. nothing happened when donald trump was president. and here we go again now it seems putin has taken over the whole country. i'm not even convinced, senator and this is not a joke, i am not convinced joe biden knows that today is tuesday.
6:21 pm
and then i just played the tape of the presidency which would be the speaker of the house, nancy pelosi. and let's just point out that she seems to be struggling also appear the world is watching our three top leaders, senator. and i think they see nothing but vulnerability and weakness. the guy with the main tweets back. we got to have strength. >> sean, what you're saying is tragically true and what is particularly galling, these guys spent four years during the trump presidency saying "these guys don't know what they are doing" and the adults are back in charge. that is what they claim. today i was meeting in my office with a biden nominee to be ambassador and that nominee said, i asked her, what you think of the biden form policy this year? she said is working great, i said can you give me one example? ukraine we have enormous
6:22 pm
international consensus. you have to be freaking kidding me. since world war ii, you point to ukraine as an example of these guys success? my god! this was a disaster they caused. ukraine because of putin's weakness and withdrawal from afghanistan, because of his sanctions on nord stream 2. every single enemy of america is stronger, is an bolded pier the chances of the next shoe dropping in china invading taiwan are growing by the day because they see biden's weakness. and biden's adversaries in venezuela begging maduro to sell oil and vienna with iran to sell us oil. they want every enemy to get rich and use billions to kill americans. the one people they don't want to actually sell oil and gas are americans that produce american jobs. it is literally, if you set down
6:23 pm
and every enemy of america let's help them and benefit them. every friend of america let's eliminate them, undercut them, hurt them, sean you would not devise a different form policy than the one biden and comella put in place. >> sean: this is not a country that i recognize right now. it is not the united states that is strongly leading the world. and we see the consequences of no strength. senator cruz, we thank you as always. today russia announced a totalitarian sanctions against several americans glitzy joe biden biden, hunter biden, hillary clinton, vladimir sending a message and hillary rs on twitter with a bad joke if you want to call it that. i want to thank the russian academy for the lifetime achievement award. well, i guess a well-deserved award for the clintons, the dirty russian misinformation dossier that hillary bought and paid for, $50,500,000 payout and

mass graves. and actually not making it about you and making jokes about the war, especially given your family is pretty disgraceful relationship with russia and putin and the life you pushed for years. here with direction former senior counsel and president trump kellyanne conway along with former trump white house chief of staff reince priebus. let's get your take on clinton and on the list. when i saw hunter biden and named joe biden and hillary clinton's name, obviously vladimir putin is evil, but is not dumb. obviously, he was, i felt sending a message. i got information on all three of these people. your thoughts. >> hey, sean, thank you for having me. i agree with you. sure, biden shows weakness but putin is a terrible person. he is a murderer, and aggressor. in this sanctions listed when i
6:26 pm
saw the list, sean, he is trying to undermine joe biden because let's think about it. hillary clinton has been out of the public eye since she lost in 2016. and secretary of state she has not been in ten years. so why hillary? hillary because hillary clinton is the thief of the democrat party. she decides a month ago to show up at the democratic convention in new york. bill clinton at the same time said publicly hillary clinton is the most qualified person ever to seek the presidency while joe biden's president. then, the op-ed comes in "the wall street journal." so, she selects this time to be out front. then, the worst of it is, she selects the time at the worst possible time for her president. you know what, i agree with you. she didn't tweet out, "hey, i support president biden. i support the united states themselves. you are right, she made it about
6:27 pm
or so. she is the thief of the democratic party. she did this intentionally. and i think it's -- if i was a democrat, i would be so done and over with with hillary clinton, it is ridiculous. >> sean: it is almost killing ants, like donald trump was prophetic. in 2018 without no one in front of him he is eye to eye the head of nato telling them how stupid they are being by number one we are paying the vast sum of money to protect western europe, and they don't nations from russia and they turn around and not paying as much as we are and not the same percentage of gdp we are paying and making russia and putin rich again by doing billion-dollar energy deals like germany was doing with vladimir putin. the president said, how stupid can you be? finally to date boris johnson caught up with donald trump,
6:28 pm
circa 2018. but amazing how right he was to warn nato and to warn western europe. sadly, they did not listen and we are all suffering the consequences tonight. >> sean, this is part of the america first agenda, pressuring nato countries to pay their fair share. i sat in some of those meetings as rants priest data, and had the percentages right in front of him telling those countries, you need to step up. and stand up and pay up. it is very similar to the trade deals but let me say something about hillary clinton and foreign policy. thank you for reminding people out there that may not know they have this checkered past, the secretary of state while the state panel is approving this deal that effectively gave russia control over 20% of the u.s. is uranium and go back and look, mysteriously $145 million shows up at the clinton foundation as a donation around
6:29 pm
the same time. this is part of white americans did not trust her and did not like her. in 2008 but again 2016 when trump beat her. so the reason you are talking about hillary clinton today is because president joe biden is so reckless. vice president kamala harris is so embarrassing domestically and internationally come even kids can memorize this week spelling list, the pledge of allegiance and timetable. give her something to memorize. just an hour trip, just give an hour, kamala harris memorize something that makes you feel supersmart and the rest of us fl secure. we are talking about hillary clinton and her future because these people are so terrible. to the point, even the best friend forever, bff of bill and hillary clinton would not buy either one of them to campaign with him in virginia a couple of months ago. so only in a world in which we have pelosi, joe biden in charge
6:30 pm
and kamala harris. you may have missed adding to your monologue, joe biden gave a 14 minute address. just import 2 minutes he said he had covid purity doesn't. he he referred to the mall here since the first lady. and he referred to the second lady. he's not. he referred and forgot the u.n. ambassador at a time ukraine is being pummeled. forgot u.n. ambassador's name, forgot the state in which energy secretary matt sumner. and now he's going to brussels and can i make a suggestion no joe biden to brussels but back in the basement. i never thought i would say that. we will be better and more secure if he stays in the basement and hillary stays in the -- >> sean: i will take the mean tweets back and the guy that kid the caliphate's ass and the world thought would do the things that he said he would do because he did do them. the guy that took out baghdad.
6:31 pm
we have, law and we have joe and it is a disaster. kellyanne rents priest, thank you both. the president zelenskyy will address the congress tomorrow morning and preview those remarks with all hitchhikers back to everything washington, d.c., chad pilgrim is with this. what do we expect tomorrow? i expect number one request for fighter jets, number two no-fly zone is not likely to occur but your thoughts. >> all of the above, sean. this is not a joint meeting of congress but really mega zoom call with volodymyr zelenskyy tomorrow. this is probably the most the applicant speech to congress by dignitary of foreign leaders since winston churchill in 1941. he spoke to a joint meeting of congress about three weeks after pearl harbor. saul alinsky will make his case and press for aid.
6:32 pm
listen. >> from sure he will use the opportunity to call upon congress to do even more. he has the power of communications. an an additional tool in his arsenal as he tries to fight off russia. >> we expect saul alinsky to make the case for a no-fly zone. the lawmakers are ready to help at a no-fly zone is a no-go zone despite lawmakers saying they are behind ukraine, they are about only to a point. >> my guess is everything he is going to request to something we ought to be doing. and so, my individual response would be yes. he already knows that the u.s. is not going to engage directly in ukraine. we are not going to enforce a no-fly zone in ukraine. >> ukraine's leader several years ago spoke to a joint
6:33 pm
meeting in 2014 after the russian invasion of crimea at the time he criticized president obama and congress. he said we can't win a war against russia with just night vision goggles and blankets. sean, back to you periods going all right, chad thank you for that. over the weekend iran fired missiles u.s. consulate in iraq. the latest provocation, by the way, joe, what are you going to do to iran after they hit us with missiles? this is the number one state-sponsored terror and you are letting russia broker a deal with iranian muggles? how insane is this? it appears biden is hell-bent then that nuclear deal with iran and russia and china are brokering this thing. ask yourself, why is there such an obsession on the part of leading democrats to appease
6:34 pm
iranian -- to american constantly? republican leaders in both chambers are calling out this insanity and telling biden to walk away from this bad deal. or to explain house minority leader kevin mccarthy. you know, i cannot believe i'm asking a question to be honest congressman. number one state sponsor of terror. this deal as i understand it would give tens of billions of dollars to the iranian -- another payday for them so they can get rich. and fight their proxy wars and funded terrorism. but it would also include importing energy from iran and we will bed venezuela and kissed the ass of opec nations on top of it when we can get it from canada? if we want to finish keystone xl pipeline would be done if they have not canceled it. we would be getting 900,000 barrels of oil a day.
6:35 pm
why didn't joe biden do that? >> what joe did this weekend is enabling the enemies. so iran since missiles after american consulate. you did not hear one word of denouncing this from the president or the secretary of state. not one word. but what is even worse, sean, he is utilizing russia to negotiate an outrageous, unacceptable agreement with iran. you know what the russian ambassador said today? iran is getting much more than they even thought. this is a country in the parliament to chance death to america and said israel ablaze. they would provide billions of dollars to iran. what this president wants and he said it to me directly, if he reverses and stops taking russian oil, replace it with iranian oil. he is going from one dictator to another, supplying them with money to fund terrorism around the world, and he's being silent when americans are being
6:36 pm
attacked. his actions were too late when it came to ukraine. why wait until after when the sanctions after the invasion? had he taken that action before hand, had he denied putin the pipeline allowed america to a pipeline and had not pulled out of afghanistan in the manner in which he did, none of this would be happening today. he supplied weapons earlier to ukraine. that would have been the deterrent that putin would not have entered this war. >> sean: let me ask you about the senate because they preemptively take this to the courts as it relates to their constitutional role as it relates to treaties? or is joe going to do what he usually does and bypass coequal branches of government and do whatever the hell he wants? >> he will not make this a treaty but in 2015 when obama created this terrible deal, thankfully, another thing that president trump was correct about pulling out of this. we have a bill signed into law that you have to notify
6:37 pm
congress. he has not notified us. can you imagine russian negotiating and they know more than the american public and iran knows more than the american public and what they are saying that iran got more than they imagined. >> sean: congressman... >> it doesn't even stand up to. >> sean: it is worse because china and russia are brokering the deal because they won't even talk to us on their own. we will bring in russia, putin, president xi, china, then brokering the deal that is not going to be in our best interest in any way. did not notify congress, as you pointed out. so, is there no legal action available to the house and the senate and republican party? >> i sent a letter to the president because i believe it is illegal based upon the law of what he stated today. they cannot move on this agreement without notifying and
6:38 pm
letting the american public no meaning the congress and the senate. you know what else is happening? it will be the destruction of the dollar with the world currency. now saudi arabia is talking about selling china oil and taking payment which would devalue the american dollar. a plan they have had for quite some time. not only are the enemies around the world dissing this president, now our allies disrespect this president. this is a weakness that he has shown time and again. he won't stand up for putin. give the ukraine's the migs pure let them fly the no-fly zone appeared ukrainians have never asked for american men and women to fight for them. all they ask is give us the weapon so we don't have to fight with sticks. one thing we have seen from the ukrainian president, he is willing to stand up. he will speak to us tomorrow in the middle of the city that is under siege with russians all around him with a desire to say "give me weapon so i can fight for freedom and defeat putin."
6:39 pm
while this president is having this president negotiate with iran. now more disturbing calls for brutal violence by russia state media tonight with one putin pundit and russia actually calling for a public hangings in occupied ukrainian cities. meanwhile, the nato secretary general is warning of the increasing odds of an accidental russian strike on nato territory as the strikes now on part ukraine all across the country that came close to the border of poland. and tonight the ukrainians, they were fighting for the very survival, their very existence. as the russian forces inch their way closer and closer to the ukrainian capital of kyiv. here with rich and u.s. navy officer and along with former cr dan hoffman is with us, kirk as a navy officer we ask you,
6:40 pm
albeit slowly, but they are, they have created a parameter on the outside of kyiv and they are making progress 18 miles away last week, 9 miles away this week. and the bombing, the shelling gets intensified as they get closer. your thoughts. >> a couple of things, sean you need to remember is the doctrine is to make sure that they specifically target schools, hospitals, mosques, other places because their mind-set is if there is any military in the area, bombing civilian targets will cause the military to withdraw. first and foremost, work rams right off of the bat by killing innocent civilians. secondly when it comes to an accidental firing going into a nato country, let me tell you three times the aircraft take off with the missiles, we have the intel that tells us where they are coming from probably with the mission said to them what they are caring onboard and if they choose to have an

accidental firing, don't believe it for one minute. they will be doing it on purpose with malice and forethought trying to draw us into conflict. but the reality is at some point the united states and nato cannot hide behind article 5 any longer. we have to determine as a nation, what is freedom worth? that is what the ukrainian people are fighting for. it is beyond their country at this point. it is for the larger goal because putin will prevent an attack west. >> sean: you know, dan hoffman, your 30 plus years as former cia station chief you know russia as well as anybody. you see the brutality and the tactics. i'm a little bit shocked at the number of people that are out there that are not really understanding that these are mass raids and these are dead kids and women and children onto streets and apartment buildingsd these are neighborhoods being bombed out. it seems that certain element of
6:42 pm
people that want to deny that reality. i am a no america boots on the ground kind of guy. i am doubt that the ukrainian people have shown they are willing to fight back and fight back hard and have been somewhat successful leading up to this point. the longer, i think, countries wait to provide all of the ammunitions including fighter jets, it works against ukraine's ability to beat back putin and russia, your thoughts. >> i agree with you 100%. ukraine's very existence is in peril. it has to weigh on the conscious of all of elected leaders, but most especially president biden and his team. they have to ask themselves, have we done enough? we didn't do enough to prevent russia's invasion. we could have given ukraine a lot of javelins and stingers and we could have given them migs way back a year ago when vladimir put in put 70,000 troops on the border and we didn't do it.

we are still not doing all we can, but vladimir putin is deterring us from doing the right thing, i think as you pointed out. i want to highlight, look we would know about the civilian atrocities if we didn't have those very brave journalist from a lot of networks, including our own out there on the street harm's way. truth right now is on ukraine, we lost two we lost pierre and sasha and benjamin hall recovering from a serious injury. i can't say enough about the work that they and our colleagues are doing right now to expose russia's barbaric invasion and deliberate targeting of civilians. without that, russia's effort to control the narrative and spin their propaganda machine. we are fighting back with that. it makes me proud to be a part of the team. >> sean: kirk, thank you, dan hoffman, thank you. bidens on the world stage all corners of the globe tonight. the world is feeling this and saudi arabia considering

6:45 pm
is this decision and how it turned out to be? >> sean, your program has done a really good job of exposing this administration for either total ignorance or the complete capitulation of america's energy power. as you clearly stated here, we got an enormous amount of energy at our disposal. the idea that our country led by our president going to venezuela, going to iran, going to countries that hate us and asking them to increase their production. one loss on the saudis. they watched that. they see a president who attacks the natural resources in their country. and then, they see this president go and deal with the iranians.
6:46 pm
this is a country that hate saudi arabia. it is entire conflict with them every day, that attacked them while i was secretary of energy at one of their refineries. and you expect them to take your phone call, mr. president? this is a stunning lack of either political acumen, which i don't believe it is. i just think -- he really dislikes the oil and gas industry so much that he's willing to jeopardize, not just our future, but the future of our allies around the world. it is unconscionable. >> sean: now the premier of alberta said that the keystone xl pipeline if joe didn't cancel it would have been complete. he said that that would have meant 900,000 barrels of canadian oil would be flowing into the u.s. every day. canada has also said by using means we have available now,

they can give us 400,000 extra barrels of oil a day. why isn't there any, any urgency to take them up on their offer, get back to energy independence? it is not even on the table. i don't have an answer for that, do you? >> this message from the biden administration to the rest of the world, but particularly to the woke left, that i am going to do what you demand need to do. and that is to bring the oil and gas industry to its knees. that message is being heard loud and clear from the boardrooms across america to the federal reserve. all across this country. every agency of government, they have their esg, environmental concepts of which they are pushing into all of their regulations. and it is not lost on oil and

6:54 pm
off for americans? at least donald trump had to put an entire website together because he could not keep track of all of his accomplishments. and at home a quick preview of joe biden's list of accomplishments and for that we need a 32nd moment of silence. obviously we won't do that because it is live and joe biden, zero for the american people. all bad decisions not just for america but now for the world. so should, sean we have a country to salvage at the end of this term in an office whether joe or somebody else in there? i have to tell you people are ready, as i said for a strong leader, for somebody with god's, intelligence may be, sean while we won't break news tonight, somebody who's done the job before light president donald trump. i will join those people. >> sean: we have joe, kamala harris and nancy pelosi. i don't think it gets any more weaker or more embarrassing than that.

>> that is not a very good starting lineup at the top of your batting order, no question, sean. lara trump called it virus remorse but i would call it virus remorse at this point. what if i told you years ago, that less than a third of the third a sitting president to his first term should not seek reelection. you would say i was not saying more sober but here we are. unless you think this is an outlier of the poll, "the washington post" last week found a majority of the people believe the president doesn't have "the mental sharpness for the job." if the majority of the people believe that about our own commander in chief, what do you think adversaries like china think as they i tie one? maybe, just maybe they see an opportunity here. the bottom line is we have a president who turns 80 this year and the president believes in free government spending to reduce the national debt. we are in trouble right now. >> sean: all right, joe and
