the president talked virtually about russia's invasion for nearly two hours. the president laying out consequences china might face if they were to give russia assistance. they said he was underscoring the costs that china might suffer. police say more than 200,000 troops are fighting in ukraine. they made no mention of the heavier than expected casualties as he continue to say that the actions are unnecessary in ukraine.
