put him on the board of keystone to get in pipeline up and running. all for us tonight. "tucker carlson tonight" is up next. remember one thing i am "watters world" and this is my world. ♪ ♪ >> tucker: good evening, and welcome to "tucker carlson tonight." marsha blackburn of tennessee asked biden's supreme court nominee, ketanji jackson, what should be the easiest question posed. can you define what a woman is? put yourself in your position and how relieved jackson must've been when she heard that question because she stayed up all night memorizing up to your
5:01 pm
case law from 1970 and court president. when she finally gets to hearing them, all the republicans want is a recap of ninth grade biology. what is a woman? a world famous scholar like ketanji jackson, that should be slow and steady down the plate. a woman, jackson would've said looking incredulous? that simple. a woman is a human being with 2x chromosomes. ask any geneticist. if you're still confused by what a woman is, you can ask a doctor. women have wider pelvis is an different bone structures from men, not to mention different. it's obvious to women looking at them. women are built differently because their bodies are designed to do different things. nature is real. women and men straight. women give birth and breastfeed. men do not do these things because they can't. not a single man in all human history has ever had his period or delivered a baby and i noticed, senator, because i'm a woman myself. that's why i'm here.
5:02 pm
biden nominated me because i am female and said so himself many times. the president knows exactly what he woman is. if he didn't know, he wouldn't have picked me, obviously. please, senator blackburn, do not waste my time. with all due respect, that's an incredibly stupid question. imagine if she said that. what an answer that would have been. do you know a single person who wouldn't have cheered? honesty is a wonderful thing the watch no matter where it comes from. but that is not what ketanji jackson said. here is actual answer. >> can you provide a definition for the word woman? >> can i provide a definition? yeah. i can't. >> you can't? >> not in this context. i'm not a biologist. >> tucker: "i'm not a biologist." you follow this? only a biologist can tell you what a woman is and ketanji
5:03 pm
jackson, as oppressive as she is, reminded us she is not a biologist. nobody in the party cares about what biology is, biological sex. also the woman who wrote the harry potter novels. problem in the face of the trans lobby. academic credentials not speaking all that relevant here. but still. pause for a second and marinate in the awe-inspiring stupidity of her answer. what's a woman? i don't know. i'm not a biologist. i see how this works. hey, ketanji jackson, is it raining. i don't know, i'm not a meteorologist. how would you respond to someone who speaks like that? that person is not possible of conversation. last night we said we wanted to see ketanji jackson's l lsat scores but we can say she's a sub genius and shouldn't be on the supreme court. what's a woman?
5:04 pm
the most revealing question never asked in a senate confirmation hearing and one of the many things it reveals is how utterly the democratic party's institution has changed in just four years. it's a mile marker that tells us the evolution of this party. during the last supreme court nomination, you remember, we were commanded to believe that all women must be believed regardless of whether or not they were telling the truth. they are women. therefore in the name of social justice you must accept whatever they say at face value. a woman's word is like a sworn affidavit. you can take it to the bank. here's kamala harris to explain. >> let's speak the truth about what we've all been talking about the last few days and again this evening, which is the supreme court process. let's speak the truth. it was a sham. [applause] and a disgrace. let's speak the truth.
5:05 pm
it was a denial of justice for the women of this country. >> tucker: how amusing is it to see you kamala harris say, let's speak the truth! throw your beer can at the tv if you agree. in 2019, it was "a sham and a disgrace" to shame a woman's word by the virtue of their biology, women do not lie. that's what it means to be a woman. utterly truthful all the time. biden agreed with this. women were very different from men. inherently. he told us so. that's why you weren't allowed to hit them. watch. >> we fundamentally change the culture of how women are treated. no man has a right to raise a hand to a woman in anger other than in self-defense, and that rarely ever occurs. we just have to change the culture period. keep punching at it and punching
5:06 pm
night and punching that it. >> tucker: we mocked him. "keep punching at it!" we made fun of him but he was onto something. what he said was entirely true. two men get into a bar fight. the other pleasures the ones in the face. what you response? take it outside. a man and a woman get in a bar fight, the man punches a woman in the face, your response that? if you are a normal human being, you are horrified. not just a felony, though it is, it is a moral crime. decent people don't punch women in the face period. a man's best instinct is to protect women. that's nothing to be ashamed of. it makes civilization civilized. that's why we don't send expectant mothers into battle. pregnant flight suits are an attempt to deny our most basic instincts, and instinct we should not be ashamed of. joe biden has this instinct. he noted it.
5:07 pm
he was absolutely right. men and women are not the same. one is not morally better than other, they are morally equal but they are different on biology. we are born knowing it. they are now commending you to pretend otherwise, to deny nature and suppress your most basic nature, and valuable instinct. they tell you you have no right to be more upset when woman is injured. when a woman gets her ear bitten off in a bar fight more than a man does. are you ready to suppress this instance? as a society that won't acknowledge them? what happens to the judgment system if men and women are the same or don't exist? if ketanji jackson can say who was a man who was a woman will change how we administer justice following with our antidiscrimination laws. if we can't say for certain who is a woman, how are we going to enforce joe biden's painless violence against women act. why would we have such an act?
5:08 pm
how do we set aside a huge percentage of federal contracts for women-owned companies if we don't know what a woman is. i guess that scam is going to have to have to end tomorrow because it's not going to make any sense. how is sexism in a meaningful category in a world in which sex has no meaning? why have title ix? if we have no biological sex, how can we have discrimination on the basis of biological sex. the trump white house tried to preserve title ix by arguing on the concept as defined in that law that arrives -- as biology, not how you feel about your personal identity on any particular day. they were denounced as a right wing lunatics for the aclu declared a quote, "the trump administration is trying to erase trans people." maybe it was bigger than that. the biden administration took charge of everything and in less than a year, the worst most fervent predictions have come entirely true.
5:09 pm
fema athletes are losing ncaa championships to men dressing up as women in order to cheat their way into victory. every person in america see this happening. very few are brave enough to say a word about it. but here's one of them. a woman who happened to be watching an ncaa championship in which a male swimmer going by the name of leah thomas dominated every woman in the pool. >> that is not a woman. my god. i know what i'm talking about. >> tucker: we have to have her on. i'm not a vet but i know what a dog is. yes you do. we all do. even ketanji jackson knows. she's had a few children of our own. probably learned how the process works. the point of the trans movement
5:10 pm
isn't to convince anyone that biology isn't real. that's an impossible case to make. but you would sound ridiculous if you tried to articulate that, much less explain it. the point of this exercise is very different. the point is to make the rest of us repeat alive. to say something that we know perfectly well is not true. leah thomas is a proud beautiful woman who won the swim meet because she practiced harder than the other girls. leah thomas deserved to win that greater victory wasn't cheating and i don't notice her bulging swimsuit. i don't know what you're talking about. that's what they demand you say. not because they care about leah thomas or any other trans person. they could care less. making you pretend didn't believe something you don't, that's the point. because if they can make you to pretend to believe something you know is untrue, they have won. they control your brain. this isn't about trans people. it's about all of us. and the stakes are very high. that's why this censorship is so
5:11 pm
intense but have you noticed? our national conversation about transgender is him is completely defined by censorship, by making you shut up you're not allowing you to notice the obvious is why they are doing it. there is no attempt to persuade you, there is no fact-based argument. you can't respond, oh, so men became women by washing it? can i stop male pattern baldness the same way? can i grow 6 inches? explain how this remarkable new power the trans immunity has discovered might apply to me. can i do it too? the power of positive thinking! that's a fair question. they'll never answer it. they'll just make you be quiet. their first move always is censorship and the second move inevitably is to be punishment. we learned that when were suspended from twitter. "we determine this account violated the twitter rules, specifically for violating rules against heat folk conduct." the only way out is to delete our tweet, to pretend we never said it, to cleanse america's
5:12 pm
conscience by just wiping out the past. what was our crime by the way? we dare to highlight two accounts that twitter has banned. charlie kirk and the babylon b. nothing hateful about either one. i'd say look them up but you can't. i noticed that biological sex is fixed at birth. just acknowledged for at least 300,000 years. what was a factual statement. on twitter, as our public life, truth is no defense. twitter is now run by a man named brock out a while who said plainly that he does not believe in free speech b he came controls the single most forum for america's political conversations. that is a big and important job. it's a kind of public trust that allows democracy to function. you think you'd want a guy to have some respect for his
5:13 pm
adopted country's core institutions beginning with and primarily the first amendment. everyone has no respect for our first amendment, explained that openly in a 2020 speech. watch. >> all we are doing is to not be -- our role is to help communication and our move reflective that we believe to help people have a good conversation. the things we do is focus less on free speech but thinking about how the dynamics have changed. one of the changes we see today is speech is easy on the internet. most people can speak. what we particular exercises who who can be heard. >> tucker: the new standard isn't your right as a citizen to say what you believe is true. the new standard is achieving something called "healthy public
5:14 pm
conversation." this isn't one man's opinion. you grew up in a country where people are free to say what they wanted. but now political speech, all speech has disseminated to other citizens via social media, this is the guy who actually controls what you are allowed to think. so what is healthy public conversation? what does that mean exactly? we are interested. we texted the very first thing this morning, his email. it was too cowardly to respond to us. we are going to have to assume that a healthy public conversation is whatever parade outer wantedto be. a single man who has total and undisguised contempt for america's most basic values against his decide what americans decide about. he doesn't think you should be allowed to discuss basic biology in public, or erasing all signs. so you are now not allowed to
5:15 pm
talk about it. you are banned. censored. we can't control parag agrawal not long ago, this was a free country, and parag agrawal and five of the billionaires you don't know, they get in without an election. what happened to the things we used to have in america? they don't seem to be fighting the power anymore, they seem to have joined it. how about liz cheney and adam kinzinger and everybody else lecturing the serfs about democracy. is this the kind of democracy they are talking about? a doctor might they'll make democracywere a fe? sounds like oligarchy, don't you think? let us know. all those people are welcome on this show any time including, and very much including you, parag agrawal. we promise a healthy public conversation. in the meantime we are proud
5:16 pm
that jason whitlock joins us now. he's written about a concise ugly today. thanks so much for joining us. i'm going to stand back and ask going this moment means. >> well, i'm going to go all the way to the bolts here again and say those who can make you believe absurdities will make you commit atrocities. and we are in the midst of a great atrocity going on here in america. people who have no respect for american values, our constitution, are founding fathers, founding principles that have made america great, they have no respect for, and they want to dismantle the constitution. a long process we are in the middle of. naming zip and court justices who aren't committed to truth but are political activists and so a simple question like "what's a woman," she can't ansr because the goal is to create
5:17 pm
chaos and disorder by dismantling the truth. if there is no agreed-upon truth as simple as men and women, you can't have an organized properly functioning society! so they are creating chaos and division and building an argument that the founding fathers, "they are outdated and," the documents, the constitution, those weren't documents infused by christians in christian values, that was racism and oppression in all this other stuff that's just not true. those documents made this great and made us the freest country on the planet and the safest country for people like me who are black! i'm just sorry. that's what america is in 2022. they want to dismantle that and hand the power to small group of
5:18 pm
people like the guy from twitter, i'm so glad you called him out. i'm not going to attempt to say his name. i can't. but he has the ultimate power. he is now in control of our constitution, in control of free speech, and a handful of billionaire elites and globalists are in control of something that we all used to take for granted and was fundamental to our country being the envy of the world and being the safest, fairest, most opportunistic land and all the world. they are trying to destroy all of it. i've got to admit, they are being successful. they are about to put a woman on the supreme court whose qualifications we know nothing about. we know she's not committed to truth, and there are legitimate questions being asked about how does she feel about and child, we can't get straight answers legitimate based on her
5:19 pm
synergies, being labeled racist, sexist, whatever name you can put on them. we should be able to as someone who gets a lifetime position these questions and wonder about their commitment to truth, honesty, and the constitution. to interpret the constitution, not help a group of revolutionaries hoping a >> tucker: our viewers including myself who want to write that down, i want to repeat that one more time. i think that gets it to where we are. >> "if they can make you believe absurdities, they can make you commit atrocities." i wish we had more time. i hope people watch my show tomorrow because we are going all the way in on this. i think this ketanji supreme court nomination is critical for people to understand where they are taking this country and it's not a good place. >> tucker: i agree with that. jason whitlock, great to see you
5:20 pm
tonight. thank you. >> thinking. >> tucker: i think if you are a fair person, you have to acknowledge hillary clinton did not leave the world a better place after four years as secretary of state. she floundered. don't say that out loud. unless you are working for vladimir putin! will check next.

>> tucker: in 2011 on the advice of the then secretary of state hillary clinton, the united states military started bombing syria. why would we -- of libya, rather, why would we want to kill muammar qaddafi when as a bad guy he was was helping us at the time? what was the purpose? we are still sure of the aftermath was, one of the worst humanitarian crisis is of our lives. are slaves are now sold in tripoli. hillary clinton is asked of this
5:26 pm
occasionally. has she apologized? no. she's laughed at it. watch this. >> we came, we saw, he died. [laughs] >> tucker: imagine cackling like that when you talk about someone dying. doesn't matter who it is been muammar qaddafi... doesn't matter. that's a human being who died on your orders and your laughing about it. so that's obviously psychotic behavior obvious to most people. but if you point that out in public, or many failures hillary clinton's and the neocon foreign policy they'll say it was in america's national interest. they'll just call you a traitor. here's hillary clinton on a podcast yesterday. >> the russian government broadcast tucker carlson because
5:27 pm
of what he says in support of putin or casting doubt on those who are seeing with our own eyes what putin is doing. >> it's the left-wing apologies for communism the last century, their behavior comes out of something similar. their dislike of their own country the united states, the nature of modern america, is so strong that they are looking for alternatives anywhere, even if those are autocratic alternatives. >> tucker: [chuckling] she's a foreign policy expert? trust us, we are in trouble. what's interesting are the people who genuinely loathe the anthem who won't stand for the national anthem, who will tell you that this country is born in sin and iniquity and you should feel ashamed for living here. exactly the people who criticize the terrible foreign policy decisions as a traitor to
5:28 pm
america. these people won't stand for the national anthem. it's hilarious. you know what really going does to her enemies so we are watching intently but one of the consequences of the war in ukraine is a food shortage. as a result of fighting and now, there'll be food insecurity in this country and famine in the developing world. people will die. in cameroon for example if the government it's facing orders to increase the price of bread by more than 40%. to be very clear, the government of ukraine is controlled by the u.s. state department. if joe biden called zelenskyy on the phone tonight and say and make this, let's restore stability to europe and prevent famine in the developing world, they could get it done like that. but he won't do that. state department and congress are standing in the way of that. why, you wonder? marjorie taylor greene one of the only members of congress who is willing to think this through
5:29 pm
in public. represents the state of georgia. honored to have her on our show tonight. thanks so much for coming on. how concerned are you that neocon foreign policy is going to cause food shortages in this country and the rest of the world? >> i'm extremely concerned and what externs mean even more is at the rest of congress is not concerned about the american people. if we cared about people we'd be doing everything we can to be urging zelenskyy to the negotiating table to stop this war and bring peace. but no, we have the same people in charge. the adults, they are back in charge. the ones who removed qaddafi from libya and led to the arab spring and isis, destabilized the middle east. remember what biden said, nato got it right? now biden is president of the united states and is heading over to eastern europe to encourage the international community to get involved because what does he want to question mikey wants war.
5:30 pm
what concerns me, tucker, it's not just the biden administration and those who are so invested in regime change. even republicans like lindsey graham, lindsey graham who could stop biden's nominees and the supreme court justice nominee but can't figure out what a woman is, could be doing those things and caring about or southern border. republicans in the senate especially have control right now because the democrats are missing. i wish that my colleagues in congress would care more about securing their border, doing something about this crime, out-of-control inflation and gas prices which is what the people in my district care about instead of beating the drums of war and wanting nuclear war with putin which would undoubtedly lead to food shortages and famine and people will really supper. >> tucker: because you care
5:31 pm
about food insecurity in the united states come you hate america. >> that's what i heard. i heard that makes me hate america. but that's a lie, right? they have to blame people like us who are actually speaking out and a few people like me who are willing to vote against sanctions because i actually care about people not starving to death. >> very few. three or four, shameful. marjorie taylor greene of georgia, thank you for joining us tonight. >> thank you, tucker. >> tucker: dr. jill biden, "doctor" holding a soiree at the white house but banned many women from eating, drinking, socializing. may expand your idea of medical science.

member of congress bryon donalds from the state of florida. recently invited her and other congressional spouses to reception white house. this reception has a catch. as an unvaccinated person, erica donald's is not allowed to eat at reception space shall be allowed to drink beverages at the reception or socialize and those rules apply even though all the attendees also require a negative covid test. we are curious to what the medicine is behind this order and we asked and she was gracious enough to accept. thanks so much for coming on. it's hard to believe this is real. i'm assuming this is real. what do you suppose is the medical justification for not allowing you to eat, drink, or socialize would be? >> well, i definitely don't believe there is a medical justification for this, tucker, which is why i posted it on twitter and let everybody know how ridiculous this mandate was buried not only do i have to come with a negative covid test
5:38 pm
along with everyone else but because i had covid and have natural immunity and i don't need a vaccine, the email from the white house said that i cannot eat or drink at the reception and i also have to stay in a 6-foot bubble all by myself the entire reception. it wasn't very inviting, to say the least. >> tucker: many americans have had covid, recovered from it, and have what appears to be a more durable immunity to future infections then people who have the vaccine. that's the science. how are you going to respond? they are insane, they are trying to ameliorate you humiliate you.are you going to ? what are you going to do? >> tucker, they sent out a save the date and i responded, rsvped yes. i'm one of the few wives that accepted an invitation to the white house be my husband has been elected and i've been participating in the spouse events bay i didn't receive the
5:39 pm
speed 26 protocols until after i made my travel plans to go to the reception in washington, d.c. i live in naples, florida, in the free state of florida in paradise. when i saw those protocols, i had to take a second thought about whether i would want to attend and exert my freedoms to live as a free person and exercise my right to eat and drink at a reception like everyone else, despite not being vaccinated. >> tucker: may beat you show up as your right as an american. they don't own the white house, they don't get to make the rules but attacked the hors d'oeuvre table, have 11 glasses of champagne, throw your arm around jill biden. just ignore it? >> i absently didn't think about going and just operating as a free person as i feel like i should be able to. if i had a negative test that day as required i can't imagine how to enforce those not being vaccinated to eat and drink and enjoy the party but are they going to give them a scarlet
5:40 pm
letter, gold stars so everybody knows not to speak to us and for servers not to serve us? i can imagine how they will enforce such an absurd rule. >> tucker: jen psaki has had every pfizer product available. what do you think she'll say about that? >> they can say whatever they want. i'm a free person. i've been operating in the free state of florida and a normal life since i've had covid back in 2020 when all of this started. here in florida, i work in schools by i've seen a lot of vaccinated people get covid over the past 6-8 months and i have not gotten it again. i believe in natural immunity. i believe i'm a healthy person. i don't really care about jen psaki says about how i live. as a healthy unvaccinated person i'm not afraid of covid and i want to participate in life just like everyone else. just like all americans are ready to do what we are done with the pandemic. >> tucker: jen psaki can't
5:41 pm
respond because she's recovering from covid again. i hope you run for something. thank you so much. >> thanks for having me, tucker. >> tucker: you notice that there are marijuana dispensaries everywhere, people are getting super rich from this. as a result of the lack of regulation, there is pressure to keep it regulated. unlike churches which are highly regulated. as a result, per is this a good thing or bad thing? for some, one study found the use of marijuana by pregnant women in california doubled from 2009 to 2016. what does that mean? using marijuana while pregnant can be a big problem because of behavioral issues in children who are exposed to it in utero. we'll find out how we called 23 dispensaries all over the country -- you aren't e allowed to do this. every dispensary but one
5:42 pm
recommended pregnant women use marijuana products. here's a sampling of what we heard. >> pretty much all of our weed. >> we've got some buy one, get one. some eighth. we've got a train record strain. >> i recommend a hybrid. all of that will be good, the nausea. that kind of thing. >> sure. all the edibles would probably help you with that. >> i personally think it's fine. i know that a lot of my family members used thc while pregnant. >> tucker: what do we know! we want to follow the science here and maybe they are right. maybe they are not. we thought we'd ask an actual doctor, dr. marc siegel. he joins us tonight. dr. siegel, as a physician, what do you think about the advice that the dispensers are giving pregnant women? >> i am appalled and i like your study, tucker.
5:43 pm
what does new york, california, colorado, michigan, illinois, maine, and even oklahoma have in common? all of them have mask mandates of some kind throughout the pandemic and all of them have legalized marijuana. at first you would think there'd be no connection. one is government overreach, attempts to undo public health. the other is -- what can you just said it! in the states and have legalized marijuana, dispensaries are giving out advice that they can actually -- that pregnant women can actual use it during pregnancy, marijuana! first of all there was a study on a colorado in 2018 that 70% of the dispensaries are telling pregnant women that it's okay. let's see the science behind this bit mount sinai put out a big study this year in the proceedings of the national academy of sciences, women smoko ease their anxiety. guess what happened? there were children when they were born had more anxiety. had anger issues, adhd.
5:44 pm
5 million live births in california were studied over the last several years and those 5 million live births to women that smoked pot? those 5 million children to women who smoked pot during pregnancy had behavioral issues, born smaller, they had other health problems occurring. the same was found in australia, by the way, in a study just found this year. you are born smaller, smaller had become a more prone to have health problems. here is the worst. in ottawa, a study of over 6,000 women found that when children were born, there was almost 50% of an increase in autism. i don't know by the way that's proof, but that's an association i find deeply disturbing. my final point here? don't listen to government officials for health advice and do not go to pot dispensaries for health advice, please tucker!
5:45 pm
>> tucker: i don't know! free libertarian in most things but not against tobacco but people think women shouldn't smoke. i mean, i don't know why that such a crazy thing to say. you aren't allowed to say it! i'm glad you did. marc siegel. >> i'm saying it! don't smoked pot if you are pregnant and don't listen to government officials! >> tucker: good to see you. the coronavirus pandemic obviously and for good reason, it's safe to say that americans have medical establishments looking for other advice. we wound up in this long super interesting conversation with tony robin that actually was not what we thought was going to be. one of the most interesting deep conversations we've had in a long time. tony robert, the self-help guy. deathly worth listening to. that's next

5:52 pm
, i wrote a book about that. i was like, i'm going to interview 150 of the best scientist, resented of medicine doctors and show people of this cutting edge material. tucker, the stuff now not only are they curing diseases with crisp air, a young man who was on "america's got talent." give you an idea of being injured with a few injuries, but they didn't think they couldn't come back from stem cells. or a single injection, sponsored 100 veterans, the army has proven that a single injection, ptsd? i know what to do with that. i've turned people around, tucker, going on cnn. you couldn't see, wearing dark glasses, whole 9 yards turned around. takes three hours and 32 veterans comes out every day. i wanted a scalable solution. they single injection, 85%
