be allowed to speak in this house. at all. mr. trudeau, you are a disgrace for any democracy. please spare us your presence. thank you. >> tucker: she is a hero! another representative from croatia that says that canada is a symbol of civil rights violations. >> sean: welcome to "hannity." we begin with a fox news alert. tonight we are more than one month into putin's bloody invasion into ukraine and yet russia's murdering thug has nothing to show for his efforts except a lot of dead soldiers, faltering economy, blood all over his hands because of the brutal and indiscriminate bombings that have leveled entire cities and neighborhoods, almost the entire city of mariupol. look at your screen. a port city occupied by russia
6:01 pm
in southern ukraine was rocked by explosions. in a major blow to putin's navy, one russian warship was obliterated. look at that! the other two were visibly damaged. this is accordingly a ukrainian strike. the vessels in the process were for russian soldiers fighting on the front lines. ukraine is shocking the world. very few people, including myself, thought that they would be able to hold out for more than a few days and now there is a distinct possibility if they get the proper support, they could actually win this war against russia and putin. but, a big but, then you joe biden, they need nato allies to provide the weaponry to actually win this war of aggression. let's stop russia right here in ukraine right now. now again i want to be very clear. i'm not talking about one american foot on the ground.
6:02 pm
no boots on the ground. that cannot happen. biden needs to adopt the reagan and trump doctrines as we've been discussing and nato and joe biden need to do to go very important things and do it immediately. one, they've got to get president zelenskyy and ukraine all the weapons they need as fast as possible. that means the drones, middle and long range air defense systems, javelins, stinger missiles. joe, next time poland wants the thegive it to them. two, europe needs to stop important dominic importing russian gas now. anybody is funding his war and, yes, it especially includes germany which is still very reliant on russian oil and gas. if only germany had some warning
6:03 pm
about the dangers of their dependency on russian energy -- weight. they were warned by president trump. a few years back. you might remember. >> energy is a much different sort of normal trade and you have a country like poland that will accept the gas. take a look at some of the countries, they won't accept it because they do not want to be captive to russia. germany as far as i'm concerned is captive to russia because they are getting so much energy from russia. we are supposed to protect germany but they are protecting getting their energy from russia. explain that. >> tucker: germany didn't heed that warning and they are funding the bloodiest, most destructive war in modern european history. never underestimate germany's ability to screw up their own backyard. today during a press conference at brussels, one german reporter wasn't interested in asking a question about the war in his
6:04 pm
own continent. instead, he offered biden an opportunity to bash donald trump and his supporters on the world stage which joe happily obliged. >> tucker: i have no intention for running for president again until i saw those folks coming in out from the fields in virginia carrying torches and carrying banners and literally singing the same vial rhyme that they used in germany in the early '20s -- i should say '30s. imagine if we sat and watched the doors of the bundestag broken down and police officers killed and hundreds of people storming in or imagine if we saw that happening in british parliament or whatever. how would we feel? one of the things that i take some solace from is that i don't think you'll find any european leader who thinks that...
6:05 pm
i am not up to the job. >> sean: you are not up to the job. you are the weakest worst president we had in the modern era. joe, while he's in europe, alton charlottesville, virginia, but somehow you can't seem to answer a simple answer about deterring vladimir putin. watch this. >> whoa, one final question. right here. wait. hold onto second, please! i was supposed to be an hour ago at the real opinion union european union meeting. someone i haven't called on before. you. who are you? okay. >> sir, the terrence didn't work. what makes you think vladimir putin will based on the action he took today? >> if you remember, if you cover me from the very beginning, that sanctions will deter him. that's not what i said.
6:06 pm
you are playing a game with me for the answer is no. the simple most important thing is for us to stay unified. >> sean: that's what you suggested and what kamala harris said. joe's answer, the use of chemical weapons, failed to inspire any confidence. take a look. >> you were warned about the real threat of chemical weapons used. have you gathered real intelligence that would suggest that president putin is moving in position and considering their use and with the u.s. or nato respond with military action if he did use chemical weapons? >> i'm not going to give you intelligence, number one. number two, we would respond. we would respond if he uses it. the nature of the response would depend on the nature of the use. >> sean: allow me to translate, joe biden has no idea how he would respond to a chemical attack. he and nato better figure that
6:07 pm
out fast considering they are the ones who keep telling us, this can happen. the world needs strong decisive clear minded strength and leadership, especially from the united states. but it's not going to come from that guy because biden mentally unable to provide that kind of leadership. sad but true. instead according to general jack keane who will join us in a moment, biden is pressuring according to high-ranking sources of his president zelenskyy to make a deal with putin, tourist surrender, to give in? is that what you would do, surrender? you invaded us, i'll give you california, idaho, oregon, even control of new york. he is a murdering thug, dictator, is that your idea of appeasement? boy, you make neville chamberlain look like winston churchill. back here at home, biden's no plan at all for our 40 year
6:08 pm
record high inflation or the all-time high gas prices all of us are suffering under, and now a looming food shortage which according to 2020 joe biden, a food shortage is a sign of failed leadership. that's what joe said in 2020. >> talk about food shortages. it's going to be real. we don't have a food shortage problem, we have a leadership problem here we have plenty of food. >> sean: a leadership problem is you, joe. could it get any worse? the economy in this country is awful. we are absolutely heading toward inflation, a recession. inflation is at a 40 year high, joe. gas prices are at record high prices. it's killing the poor and middle class and every american pays more. thanks a lot. it's costing everybody 100 bucks plus to fill up the gas tank. it's costing more to heat and
6:09 pm
cool our homes. a nationwide food shortage? of course, the border in a state of chaos all created by joe, all preventable if he would've kept donald trump's policies in place. biden's afghanistan withdrawal, an unmitigated disaster. he turned the page and people are trapped behind enemy lines bear that's great. by the way, the taliban announced that girls can't go to high school, joe. going to do anything about that? there is a massive new war in europe. china threatening to invade taiwan. iran has never been closer to getting nuclear members. wars, biden is sucking up to that how humiliating the mullahs in iran, he sucking up to the murdering thug dictator of venezuela. he's begging over and over even though he keeps getting rejected, opec to produce more oil. but according to joe, america is back and better than ever. joe biden is delusional.
6:10 pm
i'll have a lot more on that coming up. first joining us now at the very latest with the war in ukraine is fox news strategist and strategic analyst general jack keane. you cited sources with martha maccallum earlier today that i found very disturbing. in fact, the biden administration is pressuring zelenskyy to surrender part of their country to russia? >> high reliable sources indicate that for more than a week the biden administration has been pressuring zelenskyy to make a deal. in that deal, certainly they'd be giving up an awful lot. it's stunning to me. here we are. our intel agencies have reported, sean, early on the war would not last 3-5 days. russia is going to take the capital and topple the government. but it's been a month now. and as you've been saying here
6:11 pm
on your monologues and many of us have been saying on fox, there is a real opportunity to win here in the focus should be on helping zelenskyy win. not to end the war but to win the war. that's where we should be. i'm also really disappointed by nato. we had a 30 members there and it was "an emergency session." the reason we are getting together after a month. we got together at the beginning of the war, because what happened in the month and what has happened during this month. two major things have happened. one, russia has been waving around the use of weapons of mass destruction. you would think that all 30 nations would have come out with a positive statement dealing with this issue and not leave it up to questions that the press may or may not ask at a press conference. and make an unequivocal statement from the nato
6:12 pm
leadership, if they can find the words, but the statement should be that it's unacceptable, it's not going to stand. we'll take defensive action, all options are on the table. they were silent on this issue. the second thing is is what we've been talking about. this is an opportunity to win. therefore a statement should be made. we are going to double down on everything that president zelenskyy needs. we are going to speed it up and put it on fast-forward. we've got to take advantage of the opportunity that zelenskyy's army has provided. they fought the russians to a standstill. they can't keep that up without a steady supply of all the tools that they need to. zelenskyy would not be going and talking to every parliament in nato and outside of it if he wasn't desperate for more equipment. that's what it's about.
6:13 pm
>> sean: they need to triple down on drones, javelins, stinger missiles. we need air defense systems, missile-defense systems. given that, they can do the job. they've proven they are willing to be brave, courageous, valiant, and fight. they want to fight for their country. if biden has other territorial ambitions, this is the place to stop him. it's right in europe's back yard. they need to step up, they need to go three times deeper than they are now and biden needs to go three times deeper. if you give zelenskyy and his army and the people of ukraine the things they need to, they will win this war. i really believe that. do you agree? >> yes. think of this. if you are a nato member outside the conflict and you are concerned that russia at some point someday will expand and move into your country, look at
6:14 pm
what the ukrainian army is now doing. they are crushing this russian army and absolutely preventing from any thought of conducting a follow operation into a nato country. the ukrainian army is that the deterrence. >> sean: thank you. joining us now with another perspective is hawaii homeless woman currently colonel in the reserves, tulsi gabbard. to me >> central to the humility firse not god, you are not in control and if you pretend that you are what will result, even with good intentions. it's more suffering, more hardship. for the people in the world supposedly he's trying to save.
6:15 pm
>> sean: i am a supporter, tulsi, of the trump doctrine and the reagan doctrine. reagan is applying missiles to the mujahideen, they were successful pushing the soviets out. supporting the freedom fighting contras over the sandinistas. don't put an american boot on the ground for it may be some intel boots but that's about it. with pinpoint accuracy, push buttons from all over the united states and we will hit any target we want and blow the caliphate out of existence. trump off the tarmac, al-baghdadi and associates. sounds like to me you do not believe in that. we are not putting one american boot in the ground, my argument would be if putin is successful here, god only knows where his
6:16 pm
territorial ambitions will take him next. >> sean, all the things you talked about and explain they are frankly are tactics. those are tactics to accomplish what. the what is really the central question here that needs to be answered is what is our objective? what is the objective of the united states. what actions and objectives best serve the interest of the american people? that's the question. that's the thing that president biden in this administration has failed to detail, outline, or even identify. it's frankly why we are seeing he's at nato right now trying to clean up the mess that he made with these food shortages and all these things coming around as a result of the sanctions policy is that he put in place. any time you look at our foreign policy disasters in the past, they have come about because our leaders have failed to outline what is it exactly we are trying to achieve and how does it serve
6:17 pm
the interest of the american people? will it improve them or will it actually make it worse? that's really the central question that our president needs to answer. >> sean: we can't be the world's policeman. you and i agree on that part. but however we are a nation that has a conscious and a soul and believe in natural law, rights come from god, not from government. i think you agree on that part. when you see entire cities like mariupol devastated. indiscriminate bombing of innocent men, women, and children, and you see women and children shot, dead, bombed out in the streets in cities of ukraine, does america at least have a moral obligation to assist a country that's willing to fight for itself to defend their natural rights?
6:18 pm
that's what reagan called the reagan doctrine. >> the role that we have an frankly president biden should have carried out, i've talked to you about this before doing all we can to prevent this tragic war from happening in the first place. >> sean: i agree but i'm looking at where we are now -- >> so m.i.a. >> sean: what you see in your own eyes and what we are showing every night, is there a moral obligation and is it wise and strategically beneficial to the world including the united states to stop this megalomaniac murdering thug right here, right now, with the ukrainians willing to fight, if they only had the weapons? >> we have to look at the world as it exists in reality. not as it existed. >> sean: i'm asking a real question here.
6:19 pm
>> i'm trying to answer your question. the cruelty is to pretend to the ukrainian people that they are going to win in a war against a nuclear armed country that is out equipped, that has stronger equipment, more tanks, more bombs, more planes, more people, more everything in russia. it's just not realistic. it shouldn't of been done in the beginning -- >> sean: to be clear, your position -- >> and negotiated outcome. >> sean: give them nothing because russia have the nukes and they might use them. that's your answer? >> we have provided a tremendous amount of support to ukraine not only now but over the years so that they have the ability to defend themselves -- >> sean: but should we give them weapons, you aren't answering. should we give them the weapons to win the war? if they are doing a great job -- everybody acknowledges that. in europe too, given the weapons they are willing to fight for their country.
6:20 pm
>> they cannot win this war, sean. this is the real world we live in. it's not strategically possible to think that ukraine is going to beat russia. >> sean: what you're saying is you fear vladimir putin, you say you fear vladimir putin will use a nuke. he uses a nuke, the radiation fallout will impact nato countries. that trickles article five. do you believe in article five of the nato agreement? >> the most responsible thing, the leaders of ukraine, nato, and russia need to do right now is look at what the reality is we are facing on the ground and the reality is -- >> sean: i want to be clear, if we don't provide them -- >> negotiate an outcome to this. >> sean: putin clearly doesn't want to negotiate. when you see images of dead women -- >> i'm not aware of them sitting
6:21 pm
down yet -- >> sean: hang on. you do not think we should provide them the weapons to defend themselves? i just want to know, yes or no? >> you're missing my point here, sean -- >> sean: i don't think so. >> we are trying to accomplish and end to this war. it's cruel to make the ukrainian people believe that somehow they are going to win this war by prolonging it and that's what you are talking about here. it would prolong this war, prolong suffering, more lives lost in the end. >> sean: vladimir putin wanted to negotiate, he'd do it a long time ago. he's not willing to. if he wants to use chemical, biological, nuclear weapons, he's got to know that his entire country is going to be blown off the face of the earth. i pray to god we never get to that point. but that's always been a threat and that remains a threat here. we can't cower in fear that we have mutually assured destruction pretty much for all our lifetime. i appreciate you being on.
6:22 pm
good to see you. thank you. we shifted gears for a moment, turn our attention to the supreme court nominee. that is judge ketanji brown jackson. republicans with concern for her leniency of her child sex predators. judge jackson gave only three months behind bars. senator tom cotton is with us. senator, i read that and my blood boiled and you been highlighting as others had. tell us about it. >> yeah, sean. in this case of u.s. v hawkins. the prosecutor as critical years. she only gave three months. that got a lot of attention. we just discovered this week though that he was back in front of her six years later in 2019. i asked her about this yesterday, why is she on the recommendation of the probation office gave him six more months
6:23 pm
in a halfway house. plus more monitoring of his computer usage. she claimed that she didn't know. but we learned today through a leak from the probation office that six years on he was still seeking out sexual images of young boys which shows how dangerous her lenient sentencing is. if you had given him 8-10 years, he would've been in prison then. if you gave them at least two years, maybe he would've appreciated the gravity of his crime. but she didn't. and now we need to dig in carefully and in every case in which she gives these short sentences to sexual predators and other serious felons, see if they go back and committed further crimes. >> sean: the 1619 project, the speech he gave in michigan law
6:24 pm
school, crt... these lenient sentences... do you know many republicans who will support her nomination? will all democrats supported? >> sean, at this point, i'm not sure. i do think republicans will be united in opposition. i would imagine there are democrats are very concerned about her giving a three month sentence to a convicted predator who had dozens of graphic images on his computer and six years later he comes back in front of her again and gives him six months in a halfway house. there is also the fact that she says that she cannot define what a woman is or she blatantly disregarded immigration law to try and stop president trump from and voicing our border. she is a far left activist. always has been. >> sean: great job by you and the republicans on the committee. we'll go live to the ground on ukraine. also, trump is now suing hillary clinton and others over

intense fighting going on. gains in a counter offensive. cannot be in the bentley verified but it's keeping the russian troops occupied. it's continuing, devastating day in mariupol. 90% of buildings destroyed. news reports of russians actually entering the center of the city and reports are that russians are abducting thousands of ukrainians. and the video link to the leaders summit of nato. he had one major pitch. "give us weapons." first he said unrestricted give us weapons and a little more realistic. just give or we will buy 1% of your tanks, your planes, your missiles. very desperate indeed, sean. back to you. >> sean: i hope the world answers because you said 90% of mariupol is now rubble. do we have any idea of the death toll?
6:31 pm
>> the death toll is in the thousands claimed by officials, still not verified. 300,000 have escaped from there but again it's street to street house to house right now. it looks like it's going to go to the russians. but what are they left with and what have they done? >> thank you. please be safe. president trump filed an expensive lawsuit against others for their role in pushing the years long russian conspiracy hoax and lies, laying out evidence of racketeering, conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood as other claims. the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that the republican opponent donald j. trump was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty which, of course, we exposed right here on this program. we are also learning that alvin bragg has suspended a probe into the business practice, there is

an investigation not backed up by solid evidence and an investigation that appeared to be just another excuse to go after president trump and his entire family. here with reaction, president trump's attorney is with us along with fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett. i like this lawsuit. i think this holds people accountable because we have not gotten the answers as to how a dirty russian disinformation dossier purchased by hillary clinton and money she used for the doc as well, it is a document that can never be verified. four phony fisa applications approved. yet they continue to spy on the president through carter page. i think this is a very valid suit and i'd like to get to the bottom of it. >> thank you, sean. i agree with you.
