loud rocket. >> the fire, we heard an explosion -- >> on the other side of the country, mariupol, it continues to worsen, there are bombs and food shortages, lack of water and only half of roughly 280,000 residents remain in mariupol according to the mayor. in lviv, the city is about 45 miles from the closest border and president biden is in poland speaking today, about 240 miles warning russia not to touch nato territory. russia has not done that.

hours later but the initial siren, not striking, the fear is had in other cities. >> we up around here, can you comment on whether or not the recent strikes with ukraine, humanitarian and medical supplies are getting in, is that supply line still despite the recent attacks in lviv? >> the reason attack, we do not have any confirmation of casualties or it impeding any supplies being brought into the country. on the other side of the border, poland, romania, hungary, slovakia, long lines going back into the country, these are not just resident from ukraine who have gone for supplies, these are people from all surrounding european countries, sometimes

days on end to bring supplies there, people who need them. lviv still has enough supplies in grocery stores, pharmacies are stopped, a completely different story when we talk about mariupol, pharmacies are running low on medicine and much-needed supplies. people still don't have enough food or drinking water and those are the cities that desperately need supplies. >> i'm wondering what people on the ground are saying, president biden, poland is roughly 50 miles away, i would think people might suspect the messaging here would not be a coincidence to send the u.s. and nato's message. >> it's a very clear conversation, a common one people think this is not a coincidence, this would have

>> okay. go ahead. >> okay so it turns out that all of that money that american taxpayers were told would go directly to covid relief did not go to covid relief. billions of dollars were have found to be spent on a luxury hotel by broward county for example whether $40 million to build that hotel. the kennedy institute in boston spent $5 million paying off their debts per baseball stadium in new york was rehabilitated and renovated with covid relief funds. so, for a bit set a lot of this money's going to be wasted and abused, they were right. >> all right. i have got one for you guys too. a man is accused of illegally transporting more than 1000 reptiles i am talking about snakes and lizards. he was from ventura county california is trying to come back across the border. he was nabbed by border patrol
