"tucker carlson tonight." he is up next. and remember, i am watters, and this is my world. ♪ ♪ >> jesse: good >> tucker: good evening, and welcome to tucker carlson tonight. the human rights campaign has been the most powerful lobby in washington if you been around for 40 years and for most of that time, hrc's central goal, they've said it many times, is warning the right for gay people to get legally married. in the summer of 2015, they finally succeeded and succeeded their goal.

in a case called ober feld versus hodges, overnight all 50 states were required by law to recognize same-sex marriage. the human rights campaign, they should have been a moment of unbridled the celebration, a dream come true. but it wasn't. it was a crisis. if you don't understand why it was a crisis, you don't live in washington surrounded by nonprofits. this point, the human rights campaign had evolved from a scrappy little lobby into a prominent organ of the democratic party. on the reset quarters building run on 17th street downtown. the human rights campaign may have outlived its reason for existing. it couldn't just disappear, there was a party to help, fund raising problem. why would you give to a group whose purpose has become obsolete? that's their dilemma and they are not the first. the women's christian temperance union face the same problem after prohibition passed in 1990, and you do not hear about

the union anymore. hrc desperately hopes to avoid that fate. and, here's the point of the story. amazingly through clever rebranding, they did avoid that fate. just before gay marriage became law, hrc's annual budget was $50 million. that's a lot. by 2021 of last year, that same budget had expanded to $65 million. in other words, seven years after reaching a stated goal for existing, the human rights campaign was raising even more money. a lot more money. it's like magic. how did they do that? they did it by changing their mission. immediately after the supreme court's decision on marriage, hrc began aggressively promoting the idea that the so-called transgender community was being oppressed by society, you, and needed their help. all good people needed to send more money to hrc right away to

help the transgender community. the human right campaigns 201414 annual policy today barely mentions the word transgender print no reference at all to end the idea that a person can change his sex by wishing it so. that was during barack obama's second term. that seemed like a pretty far-fetched claim. their annual report this year promotes transgender is him on every single page. there is a long ride up on the organization's transgender justice, and standing up for rachel levine. hrc its millions and millions from companies like amazon, raytheon, morgan stanley, et cetera. all of which fully support now the transgender project. so if you are wondering why the moment that same-sex marriage

became legal in the united states, at that exact moment, your kids' teacher begin to demand the reality for biological sex, you know now why. it's all part of a fund-raising campaign from washington. if you felt like you're caught in the middle of somebody else's fund-raising campaign, you are. as a result of this fund-raising campaign, here's what elementary schools look like now. >> this is the first year of preschool with a class of my own. we've been talking about gender, skin color, consent, empathy, our bodies. it's been fabulous. >> i teach my students about gender identity. some are girls, boys, both, some are neither. >> you can pledge your allegiance to and he looks around and goes, oh, that one?

"i teach my element re-students about gender identity" as one on tiktok. how is a parent supposed to respond about this? you learned this week and that if somebody tells an insulting joke about your wife you are not allowed to smash him in the face and you get an award for it. what are you supposed to do when some unionized teachers starts talking to your six year old about her? nothing is the answer . you have to allow the medical establishment to profit from that abuse? st. louis children's hospital advertises "puberty blockers," also called hormone blockers but these could help delay unwanted physical changes that don't match someone's gender identity. delaying these changes is an important step at least changes her biology, puberty, which is naturally occurring.

what happens when you stop it. we don't know. there are no studies on it, probably nothing good. on the short term answer to that, definitely nothing good. this is not medical care. it is ghoulish experimentation on children being embedded by schools and cheered on by the human rights campaign to raise more money. the attorneys general of texas correctly calls all of this child abuse because that's what it is. they've launched an investigation into it and the hospitals that give children puberty blockers. puberty blockers are not able, to be clear, fda approved for children who are we will ask questions about it, outraged the the ceo of children's hospital in canada complained that what the state of texas has done was "an ugly assault on the basic identity of trans youth and gender forming care." corporations have seized the

language of the civil rights movement in order to sell more product. too bad they didn't figure out this scam earlier, they'd be selling all kinds of products, probably on the sale in the mid '60s. but they don't have it figured out. this is the environment in which health care corporations are forming ghoulish experiments on the reproductive systems of children for the florida governor ron desantis signed a bill called "hb 1557," the parental rights in education bill. no matter what you have heard about this bill, it is a popular measure. two-thirds of americans support it. in florida, the majority of democratic party primary voters, the most liberal voters come support this vote. 52% to 36. that's why as you'd expect, hrc and its corporate allies in the media have lied about the bill and what it does. they have to. as they've explained it to me

you'd support it. here is the governor of florida yesterday. >> these leftist politicians, corporate media outlets, some of these activist groups, they actually have read the bill and their slogan nearing -they do notwant to admit that g protections against. for example, they support sexualizing kids in kindergarten. they support injecting woke ideology into preschools pretty support neighboring schools to "support transition to the different gender without knowledge of the parent, much less the parents consent." >> tucker: imagine if you packed your third-grader off to school to learn to read and do math and be prepared to be a citizen in a functioning democracy and while you are at work, that child, that third-grader is being taught by his or her teacher, the one with the nose ring and the emotional

problems, that actually you are the wrong gender and you need to transition? how is that not child abuse if a stranger on a bus or park talk to her third-grader about her genitals, it would be a crime. but not when the emotionally stunted chick with a nose ring does? bands any instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation in grades k through prekindergarten and third grade pit that covers ages five through nine. in doing this, florida has moved away from the experiment underway in many places. in states like california the state's official policy declares "children as early as age two are expressing a different gender identity." it's strongly suggested that the teacher ask transgender and nonconforming students how they want to be addressed. that's lunacy. what it does in effect is cut

parents out of their children's childhood and hands parental powers to people who aren't qualified to each english or math and certainly not certified to counsel on your child's his or her sex. that's why americans overwhelmingly support florida's new bill. what do you do about a bill that has overwhelming support in a democracy if you and your donors don't like it. you have to lie about it and that's exactly what they are doing. they are claiming that this new bill somehow prevents anyone from using the word "gay" in school. >> if i had a kid, what i be okay with them not wanting to be able to say the word "gay." >> you can't say the word gay. >> you have to check whether or not teachers can say the word

"florida's hb 50/50 seven also known as the don't say gay bill should have never been passed." this is a company who also hated your kids. not creepy! this goal as a company is to not be repealed but legislature was struck down in court. let's think about this. you are having law passed in a democratically elected state legislature signed by a democratically elected governors supported by a majority of florida voters but must be struck down because the oligarchs of the mouse company don't like it!

only politicians i've ever seen, so many republican governors are the weakest people in our country, they have caved. you have not cave bear you've tried to explain what this bill is about. do it for us once again. what is this bill? >> this bill is about providing protections so they can send their young kids to school without them being sexualized. without the school telling a young girl, for example, she may really be a boy. and schools trying to do things that impact the health and well-being of the kids and they are undertaking certain services that parents deserve the right to know that and provide consent for it. this is a real bill that empowers parents, protects kids. for a company like disney to say that this bill should've never passed. first of all, tucker, they weren't saying anything when it was going to the house. they only started doing it because the mob, the walk mob came after them. put that aside. for them to say that as a california-based company are going to work to take those

that had us asking in public, why is what is it for?we were immediat down. our money being done in our name here we found out from the separate source that some of these are bio weapons, of course. now we know more. over this weekend, they shall obtain a number of documents from a former high-ranking u.s. official that showed the u.s. government through the pentagon did in fact fund research into deadly pathogens in ukraine. according to one of the documents, sometime between 2007 and 2008, quite a long time ago, the pentagon approved the development of a multi-pathogen mapping project among other things, the macular fingerprinting of pathogens endemic in ukraine and strain

transfer. what we reported all along was correct. the pentagon is in fact researching pathogens in ukraine. not sure why. the explanations they do and thus are ridiculous but we don't know how long it's been going on but it dates back at least 14 years. we reach out to the pentagon to see why the dod was researching pathogens and if the research involved biological weapons which we can tell you categorically it did and they pointed us to a fact sheet that the pentagon released that was filled with lies and a lot of pentagon reporters dutifully repeated as if it were true. the fact sheet tells us that since 2005 the penny gun has spent $20 million on something that is called the cooperative reduction program in ukraine. the sign to dismantle soviet era bio weapons. wait a second, how long does it take to dismantle soviet era bio weapons. if those are the only pathogens in the labs, why are they worried if the russians could get them because russia has

them. none of it makes any sense at all. according to the pentagon's response, they did not deny the existence of multi-pathogen mapping. it was mentioned in the memo the retained. we also got a set of documents from the ukrainian government paired that group of documents list 30 biolabs in ukraine that received american funding. what's interesting is the pentagon did not deny that it funded any of these facilities. in fact, the pentagon's own fact sheet says that as many as 46 ukrainian labs got funding from the united states. 46 labs, really? own a few days ago, not only was the u.s. doing this, but other people were funding it as well. research of sometime thanks to reporting from the national post a few days ago that hunter biden's personal

investment firm got money to researchers who are working on "isolating deadly pathogens in ukraine." the daily mail confirmed that the story is true. again, we aren't exactly sure what this means or where it goes. but ask yourself. in 2014-2015, did you realize that joe biden's son was helping fund some sort of research into deadly pathogens in ukraine. not exactly a hotbed of biomedical research. why ukraine question why not germany, why not japan, why not a first world nation? something going on here and we have a right to know. josh boswell broke the story for the "daily mail." i'm sure you've been denounced, thank you for doing it anyway paired what have you learned? >> i want to make clear that the russian government is pushing a propaganda war to justify their war in ukraine for they are saying the american government

was working on bio weapons in ukraine. i do not have evidence of that specifically. but i do have a lot of other very interesting evidence which we should be asking a lot of questions about. what do we know right now? we know, as you said, that the u.s. was funding these biolabs in ukraine my that they were looking at deadly pathogens but hunter biden was helping to raise money for one of the companies. also know from my report, emails from hunter biden's laptop. not only was he involved in funding that company but also involved in getting that company into ukraine, getting the deals to do the work it was trying to do. for example, there were meetings he had with executives. it interesting to hear the way the executives were speaking in those emails. they said they wanted to help assert ukrainian economic

independence from russia, weird for a company that supposed to be monitoring disease data and pandemic data. why are they trying to try to assert ukrainian independence? there is also a "science project" the hunter and his business partners pitched. the ukrainian gas firm burisma that he was working with at the time, this science project involves getting some kind of deal in ukraine, may be using burisma's high-level government contracts in ukraine to get that done. we also know that the funding received, a total of $18.4 million from the department of defense, a small portion of that at $307,000 goes to "ukraine research projects," according to the dod records. there's a lot of questions here. why was hunter involved in this,
