a war. is not supposed to be used as a political tool. you just said it. that's what can it feels like joe biden is doing right now. we have plenty of oil that we could be using here in america. he has just got to go back on some really bad decisions that he initially made as president and we know he doesn't want to do it. what's his solution in the meantime? isn't it convenient that it six months from now that this plan to release a million barrels a day runs out. well, what happens about seven months from now? it's the mid term elections. every democrat out there knows they are in a horrible position. they have failed the american people every single day since joe biden took the oath of office and americans feel it they feel it especially when they go to the gas pump so, yes, the goal here is to try to bring down the prices and not to trick americans into saying maybe this isn't that bad after all. but i wonder what people like china are saying, russia? iran? what are our adversaries saying

this out there maybe every democrat running in the midterms should hitch themselves to this idea. i would love to see how that plays out for you. look. we use gas and oil for every aspect of our lives as americans. we use it every single day to heat our homes, cook our food, obviously for our cars. this is something that could be fixed. that could be a solution. i just said we have got plenty of it here in america that we could produce ourselves and we can bring down these prices but our president has made horrible decisions and now we have found ourselves in this place. obviously, we're not just going to stop using oil and gas. we can't just lessen our use of it. but, you know, leave it up to the cnn commentators. bless their hearts is all i'll say. >> todd: same city diverls who think it is the real world. unfortunately it is not. unfortunately we don't have time to get into the florida ron desantis kids any controversy. my guess is we will get to do
