speak with the governor signed the first undocumented migrants released into texas and dropped off on the steps of the u.s. capitol in d.c. >> taxes is providing charter buses to send illegal immigrants who have been dropped off by the biden administration to washington, d.c. we are sending them to the united states capitol where the biden administration will more immediately address the needs of the people they allowed to come across the border. >> on wednesday governor abbott to combat the migrant surge with the charter buses and use to transport migrants released from federal cusses to d.c. and also selling blockades to illegal crossings with low-water crossings. this comes as white house plans to entitle 42 for a larger surge in the migrant crisis at the border. >> it is pretty difficult to forget what that migration will be. we are at the border.

>> you acknowledge you will see a surge. >> we very well could and our job is to be prepared to address it. >> carley: meanwhile the white house defends to give immigrants cell phones to keep tabs on them, listen to this. >> the team is saying you guys are starting to get smartphones to border crossers hoping to use the phones to check in or be tracked. which part of that is to deter peoples from crossing illegally and safe? >> i think you will come of all people of the questions over time would recognize that we need to take steps to ensure that we know where individuals are. we can track them and check in with them. >> title 42 set to end may 2030. the government would pay to secure the border and cost text is nothing but it will have to be funded by local taxpayers, back to you guys. >> carley: ashley strohmier, thank you.

governor desantis and the biden administration keep sending migrants to the border to the sunshine state. >> biden has dumped people 2:00 in the morning and they haven't done it lately but they have months ago. and reroute them to delaware. and we will do that. >> carley: desantis doubling down to send migrants to florida to the home state of delaware. desantis called for $8 million to fund that program back in december. >> todd: with that, former director and former federal prosecutor and dhs deputy secretary. thank you for being here. this is the power moved by governor abbott in texas. will it work and what can the feds do to fight it? >> will it work, only to the extent we will continue to bring attention to this issue.

some of the stuff that you are talking about, the administration is doing everything they can to encourage as many illegal immigrants around the country as possible. all they want to do is keep the media attention as low as possible to pertain they are doing something about it. they will work to keep attention on the issue. will it ultimately work with illegal immigration? probably not in the long term because this administration to the open border agenda. >> carley: the other thing we learned yesterday the biden administration passing out so phones to migrants to stay in touch with ice. here is more from jen psaki yesterday, listen here. >> our concern is ensuring individuals who irregularly migrate to the united states proceed through the process of, you know, of course being monitored but also participating in the hearings to determine whether or not they will be able to stay.

a vast majority of people are staying and we have these monitor systems in order to do that effectively. >> what is stopping the migrants from throwing the cell phones away? yesterday, jen psaki didn't have an answer for it. >> it is really funny because when you listen to her answer, the other part of the answer is quite striking. she calls irregular migrants. they won't even use the term "illegal migrant or illegal alien" and that is forbidden because they don't consider what they are doing illegal. the other part, to see if they can stay. the answer is they are going to stay. this has graded another incentive. if they want to come here and throw away their phones, they can keep the phones and somehow ever removed, they could come back to get a new phone. but they aren't removing anyone anymore. they are not removing the mic

removing the most serious criminals. they will not be removed. ice will not be looking for them. this administration does everything to deter enforcement and asked the border patrol agents months ago on the border. this administration will incentivize and i used to say they won't deny any right privilege or benefit american citizens got but they actually get more because illegal immigrants get everything american citizens get plus a free phone now. what a deal. this is going to further incentivize illegal immigration. >> todd: and the taxpayer-funded. this upsets me as a taxpayer. we have american citizens that can't buy basic necessities like food, like gas and the illegals are getting so phones, jonathan? >> it upsets me as a dad. i had a bite to have these things. this is ridiculous, this idea you can come and get a free phone on the taxpayers' dime. one of the things with illegal immigration issue for years and

story, two man facing charges for posing as federal agents. the fbi said both men spent over two years pretending to be members of the dhs police force in order to infiltrate the federal law enforcement and defense communities said they allegedly gave gifts like iphone, tvs and apartments to secret service agents including one who worked for the first lady and security detail in the past. they are scheduled to appear in court today after officials raided their apartment yesterday. four secret service staff placed on leave earlier, this is part of the investigation. the biden administration facing fresh scrutiny as more leaked emails from hunter biden's laptop cast down on the president's claim he didn't know details about his sons over seas business dealings. >> todd: an attempt to bury the story, the latest development. >> good morning, todd, carly the

of attention but tell us about your version in ohio and what it will do. >> this is actually a parental rights bill. it is very broad and very simple. it is that you can't teach an inherently or depressive concepts in school, period. it says education must be age appropriate you cannot teach gender identity or sexual orientation to children below fourth grade. between kindergarten and third grade is not age-appropriate to do that. this discussion should be with the parents and the students. it is a parental rights issue. it also allows if a school is violating this for the state board of education to have a due process to ensure that this law

is being held. it allows the state board of education to determine the correct curriculum for age-appropriate environment. >> carley: let me get representative mike loychik in here. we need to ask yourself in society where to be go wrong and feeling for teachers to talk to kindergartens about sex but you do think it is necessary and why is that? >> good morning, yeah, first off i want to touch on the point the left has misconstrued the dash the transition into that. i think it is important that this bill is about kindergartners and the fact that when they go in, we will teach them orientation or gender i.d.

this and will it pass? >> first of all, i think they should read the bill and see what it truly says. nowhere in the bill does it mention that you cannot say the word b-17. what it says is you have to teach age-appropriate education, period. and so, sensitive concepts have to be taught at an appropriate age level. kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade. these students may not have the ability to comprehend those kinds of context. allow parents first to talk about it. this is a parental rights bill and a student rights bill. >> carley: absolutely. you are parents and states across the country speaking out about wanting to take back control of their children's education. so i know you've present a lot of constituents in trying to

investigation. that is the best i can get you on that. >> john tom fitton, let's start with the whistle-blower. should he be concerned for his safety? >> he should be's be nervous about retaliation from this administration and generally the left ear. they impeach trump after ask questions about hunter biden. they are going after james o'keefe because he had information tied to one of biden's family members. so he should be nervous. whether protecting him from the retaliation but when you have evidence of criminal activity by high governor officials and records of people who blow the whistle being targeted as a result of blowing the whistle, including as i say president trump, i don't blame him for being nervous and cautious. >> todd: tom emma peter doocy asked about a special counsel.

why hasn't special counsel then appointed to investigate this yet? >> it is a massive corruption scandal that one hasn't been appointed. one should have been appointed during the trump administration. certainly, the justice department under president biden has air redeemable requiring being dealt with through a special counsel. that is why special counsel was -- well supposedly that is why appointed to target trump and there is nothing to really require one because there was no serious evidence trump had done anything wrong. in this case, the president's son and everyone acknowledges under criminal investigation. as you have been reporting and the evidence shows, joe biden is up to his neck in this issue. and he is a witness and arguably he should be a target. either way, a special counsel is required to appear at the fact that one hasn't been appointed ought to be concerning to any

no evidence of that? >> todd: how likely is hundred to be indicted and what happens to joe? >> i think there is a significant chance that hunter will be indicted. a lot of the news reports have been designed to prepare the public for that while trying to protect joe biden. i don't think the justice department will target joe biden or prosecute him under the current circumstances. but in the least, there is enough impeachment inquiry and to joe biden so the justice department if he is removed from office can prosecute him. >> todd: tom, if and when the full story is exposed, could this be the biggest scandal in u.s. history? >> well, it is part of the scandal because i'm convinced the targeting of trump and the spying on of trump to protect hillary clinton and joe biden, the impeachment of trump, all of those abuses are part of this and of course, one of the big issues in terms of targeting trump was to distract people

from traveling to florida and texas over parental rights laws and bills. l.a. county supervisor said this: as we have done in the past, enacted egregious laws that contravene everything that we have done in l.a. county and in california. this motion called for a travel ban on all travel through the states. we will not spend our money going to your state. do you think texas and florida are crying over this? [laughter] >> they are so heartbroken. first of all, this law will have a negative impact on democrat politicians because they are the ones who always get caught going to florida, number one. number two, this is the thing i find so delirious and no one acknowledges this obvious truth. and more people are moving to texas and florida than anywhere in the country. people like it and a line around the building a three hour wait.
