1:04 am
saying to this point, isn't the doj going along with the cdc is trying to do really setting themselves up for another loss on the government authority to impose restrictions like this? again, why are they taking this? >> this is another attack on our freedom by the biden department of justice. the cdc has been wrong on so many decisions with respect to covid-19. dr. fauci needs to go. he has worn out his welcome. no one in america has any confidence in anything dr. fauci says, whether that is good or bad. it is unfortunate, but dr. fauci has burned every bridge. it is time to go, it is time to get a new face on covid-19 and the biden administration needs to go along with the court, go along with the wishes of the american people and move away from them ask mandate mask mandates. >> carley: luke lucas tomlinson started his piece that this could have affect on midterm elections. what do you think about that?
1:05 am
how will voters perceive that? >> everywhere i go all over the united states, people are sick and tired of these mask mandates appear they are sick and tired of vaccine mandates appear they are sick and tired of covid-19. they realize it is serious, people who want to have been vaccinated and boosted, but it's time to move on. history will show the government lost its mind in shutting down the economy for days and weeks and for making the kids stay at home for over a year worth of virtual learning. this never needs to repeat itself. hopefully, we will learn from our mistakes in history and move forward if you read but i blame dr. fauci for a lot of this. he has been a drama queen throughout this whole process and he's just lost the confidence of the american people. there is no science, there is no research that shows americans need to continue to where masts on airplanes or anywhere else. >> todd: speaking of moving on number of republicans like yourself digging in on covid
1:06 am
origin demanding hhs investigate in detail its alleged cover up further. how deep does this government don't cover up go congressman? >> it goes pretty deep and one thing that represents georgia and myself for over a year of research is that peter holds the key to a lot of the questions that we have. we believe that he can link the pieces to the puzzle to prove that the origination of covid-19 was in that lab in wuhan. but remember the problem that has with eco-health alliance, the problem he has is he was on the initial team to investigate the wuhan lab. and he was funding the american taxpayer dollars for gaining up research which is illegal. so that has been hiding for almost two years now. it is time for him to come clean. he is going to have to come clean.
1:07 am
he can either do it now or republicans come to the majority in february. >> carley: u.n. house minority steve scalise wrote a letter to hhs secretary to investigate the origins of covid-19 pandemic. it is not something we talk about a lot, but in the early days of the pandemic, we do know dr. fauci was told the virus may have actually leaked from the wuhan lab, and then he found out through eco-health, the united states was providing funding to that lab. he had a phone call when all of the scientists said there is no way this disease could have come in nature. after that phone call, it seems like all of those scientists miraculously changed their minds. then you have social media platforms banning, talking about the lab leak theory. is that an accurate summation of what we know right now? >> 100% accurate. and all of that was by the republicans of the house oversight committee.
1:08 am
dr. fauci knew all along that this mad science talk experiment was taking place in the wuhan lab with american tax dollars, which is illegal. he knew that eco-health alliance was out of compliance in initially when covid-19 first happened, dr. fauci's own advisor said, this is obviously a lab leak. this has to be man-made. he, for some reason had a phone call with them. they stopped emailing so we have no more correspondence after that. and also an op ed dr. fauci wrote that said "anyone who said this is a lab leak or man-made is a conspiracy theorist." then they started receiving grants nih for a project working on at the university. there are so many questions and so many ethical violations. dr. fauci has not been honest with the american people. but we believe peter adamczyk holds the key and that is why we

1:10 am
the flights that these women are going through because of his open border, it is inhumane. it is unimaginable what these women are going through. then you look at the human trafficking just in kentucky we've had more human traffic in the last 11 months coming from mexico. not to mention 100,000 in america and fentanyl coming across the border. and you have the latest development. this is probably the worst of all of the bad policies of joe biden pure of the worst policy of all is what is going on at the southern border. >> carley: as todd just said, jen psaki yesterday during the press conference did say they are still going to repeal a title 42 in may appear that it is another taking right now but you have to wonder behind the scenes, is that actually what is going on, or are they saying we have a huge problem on her hands, especially considering chris coons who is one of president biden's closest allies saying that he wants title 42 to
1:11 am
remain in place as well? >> yes, the fact that the administration is arguing against the court ruling to prohibit mask mandates on planes but want to do away with title 42 the only toolbox the administration has right now to expel people back to their country who got and came here illegally commit is the ultimate hypocrisy. to think you will see more level headed democrats in both the house and the senate come forward and publicly say this administration needs to keep title 42. >> todd: one more yesterday, democrat tim ryan of ohio a congressman now running for senate joined the chorus of people who said we have to keep title 42 in place to your point and expect more dems especially the ones running to do the same. james: thank you sir. >> thanks for having me. >> todd: now the rnc republican national committee raising $17 million last month bringing the first quarter total to $47 million.

[laughter] you know, you can always tell where you were raised in the family based on what ride your mom went you go on. if something went wrong, left and a second. but disney is doing one thing wrong. nobody is going to disney for this, you know soaked into all these identity politics and all this garbage. if disney was to be true to their word and more inclusive, o come i don't know maybe don't charge $200 to get in. last i checked the prices are keeping more people out of the park than the pronouns. but they keep fighting this dumb battle nobody asked them to fight.
