democrats have said that they want president biden to keep title 42 in place. but, yesterday jen psaki was doing her press conference said that they still are going to remove that order in late may. do you think that's true? what's your prediction on that? do you think there is any wiggle room and the biden administration might go ahead and writing is on the wall republicans, democrats, are pressuring him to keep it in place. what do you think? >> a lot of it depends on his own party and how much pressure continue to apply. show nothing remorse or movement the other way ever since he implemented this open borders policy. i'm actually hopeful that some these democrats realizing what's coming, that the elections are coming pretty soon and it's not just affecting border states. every state is a border state transportation system the braption has put in place as people come across the border. i'm hopeful that that pressure will actually make some difference in the biden administration approach to this.

is just enforce the law that congress has put in place. not ignore it and basically go in business with the cartels. >> carley: there is also this. 26 governors launched a strike force to secure the southern border and do quote: what the biden administration refuses to do. i think there is a lot of interest out there in states taking back control and doing everything in their power to secure the southern border without the federal government's help. tell us about the strike force. what are the goals? >> i think this is a great idea. i think this is a recognition of the absolutes frustration that we have at the federal government. the fact that every republican governor signed on. i think this is the direction we are going to have to go. clearly the biden administration is not going to follow federal law. even as we are going to the u.s. supreme court next tuesday on the remain in mexico program. i think they are ultimately going to be forced to do something but i don't ever expect them to fully cooperate with us or to do the best thing for the american. so, more and more, i think the states are going to have to step up and challenge the federal
