victim or the other man shot with the initial interview. it was about him getting himself out of trouble and talking about how his family come there and have fun and be entertained until the investigation was over. >> sean: what a great analysis. greg, let's get your take on this. >> what is key and the police interview is alec baldwin says, they always give me a pole gun and i assumed it was not loaded. you cannot assume. the standard in the industry is that the actor always checks the gun. that is in the union rules. that is the excepted duty of due care to ensure the safety of others. the breach of that duty could rise to the level of criminality. the standard is that the actor watches the armor and the prop master inspector gun. once it is handed to him, he does the same thing. he doesn't assume that they got it right.
