going to be a short fall? mayorkas yesterday said he is ready to request more money if the department of homeland security runs out of money. you know, right now, the crossings are running at decades high numbers each and every day. but, mr. mayorkas says that the crisis is being very effectively managed despite the fact that you see all those people, those families, those children wading across the rio grande. that's his model of effective management. >> ainsley: he said it's not our fault. we inherited this cdc has exclusive jurisdiction, it's up to you, congress, not us. listen. >> we inherited a broken and dismantled system that is already under strain. it is not built and managed current levels and types of migratory flows. only congress can fix this. we have effectively managed and unprecedented number of non-citizens seeking to enter the united states. the wall projects, the majority of them rest in the jurisdiction

you name it now, this outfit called one nation has done a essentially a postmortem. they looked at how the money has been used. $122 billion went to schools and now we know that a lot of it actually was used for funds to push critical race theory in a number of states across the country. >> ainsley: look at this. a lot of money. california, you had to apply for this if you were a state and wanted this money. california applied. they were awarded $15.1 billion. and that included 1.5 billion for training resources for school staff regarding high need topics implicit bias training. >> steve: how does that reopen the school. >> ainsley: new york bait and switch. diversity, equity and inclusion into the heart of all local education agencies. illinois another example awarded 5.1 billion for reopening plan that implemented strategies with an emphasis on equity and

diversity. those are just the top three that got the most money that went to crt. but there are a lot of other states. >> brian: look at illinois you have to go and say what are you going to do with the money? this is what would get you the money by doing something that has nothing to do with the pandemic. in illinois they said they promised to have training topics on anti-racism that will definitely help with the pandemic. equities tilt, that's a huge relief and funds creating statewide conditions school district offer grants for addressing environmental i, ethic studies and lgbtq cultural competency. so, an increase educated training and resources on all those things. so educate the educators in order to tell the kids something that has nothing at all to do with the pandemic. this is why we are buried in debt that rescue plan was the single biggest culprit when it comes to the inflation we are dealing with right now. how many ever study says you care binflation more than

an entertainment district, restaurants, hotels, office to truly try to make it a place that has life 24/7. it's all going to be privately financed, the stadium because we are estimating right now is $350 million. construction costs keep rising. the important thing is that in soccer and things of the united states, our city, we were both born here in this city. it's privately financed. it will be 300 -- million dollars unspent on the stadium. i repeat it is completely privately financed. it will also be completely privately financed. it will. in addition to that something that people don't talk about. we're going to be gifting the city of miami a 58-acre park. a golf course that is there and i will be half developed with the stadium and surrounding development. we are going to create the largest park in the city of miami at the team's cost. that's going to be a great amenity. we are basically a country club.
