leak of all of this controversy, carley. >> carley: thank you. let's turn to abby johnson who work for planned parenthood for eight years and now a pro-life activist. abby, good morning to you. it's great to have gone. how do you feel about this leak draft? it is by no means a decision but it is a possibility. >> of course, this is leaked as we all know to cause upheaval in the court to cause upheaval in our country, which is doing exactly what in intended to do. you know, now, as you said, we hear talks of court packing. we hear courts of codifies a row even at the congressional level. this is all very, very meticulously planned by whoever did leak this draft. and so, now we just hope that the court will go ahead and

release its opinion now sooner than later and not wait until june like we expected. >> joey: you know, abby, on this issue, justice alito supposedly wrote the opinion that had been leaked. we know justice alito has said in the past essentially decided by the people. part of the leaked opinion essentially says if this is truly his words, that this is something that should go back to the people because roe vs. wade only further divided and inside of the division among people arguing about this. i know the supreme court has a to decision to not decide things but the people are still deciding among the legislature. do you consider taking this back to the people, back to the states a win for pro-life roots knowing states like california may even expound upon the access to abortion roe vs. wade divides? >> well, i do not believe that abortion should have ever been a

federal issue. it still should not be a federal issue. this should be something that is fought at the state level. it is a little ridiculous the way that people are acting right now that some of these influencers and legislatures are acting right now. they are acting as if abortion is completely going away, which i think is intentional the way they are acting. of course, there will be many states that still have abortion. on the books, there are many states that have already codified roe, states like new jersey, states like new york, they have already codified roe onto their books. but of course, there are many states because of the will of the people. and that is the way it should be. that is the way that it should have always been. because of the will of the people in those states, states like texas, states like louisiana, there are 26 states actually that have decided

abortion is not what we want in our state. because of the majority of the people in those states. and that is the way that it should be. and then, you have to fight a state-by-state battle. that doesn't mean it gets easier. that actually means it gets harder but that is the way it should be. >> carley: you know, i know you know what it is like to be targeted by pro-choice activists. you already see the protests forming in front of the supreme court. if this leak was intended to have an effect on the way the judges rule in this case, do you think the leaker would be successful in doing that? >> absolutely. i don't think that the justices that did render a decision to overturn roe are going to change their minds at all. i think that these justices are not going to flip-flop their decision. but i do think the intention was

to make life difficult for them already on my social media, i have asked for prayers for these justices and their families and i have people are pretty threatening, already sagging, "why would we ever pray for people like this? why would we ask for these types of people to be protected?" and they are out here saying, "well, it is not like we are people that are violent. we are violent if we don't get what we want." are you not? you are the same people burning down cities just, you know, a mere few months ago during the blm movement. so i think there is a pause for concern. >> carley: abby johnson thank you for joining us this morning. we appreciate it. >> of course periods going all right, let's get to sing under an ounce president biden new disinformation board may be illegal.

three kids in their home at a fisher-price table sitting down having dinner and having to dodge bullets that came through their home. just a week ago we had a 10-year-old shot four times in the chest. luckily, she is alive. also, this is insane what is going on right now. and we continue to save by the grace of god with these people are still alive, but how much longer do we have before the look begins to run out and we start saying what a tragic incident. we should have done a little bit more. and the little bit more should be adding the police do their job because last few years, politician and politicians over safety. it is time to stand up for people who are wanting to be law-abiding and the communities. wanting it to be safe. >> carley: looking back at recent history, 2021 the police departments across the country got defunded in 2020 and in 2021, love of the departments got their funding back because

cities across the country realized what a mistake that was. but still crime continues to go up but why is that? because democrats don't want to address the issues. they want to continue to put the money behind social issues. it doesn't work. when i was police chiefs of rochester, i did not have a police chief to call up to say what can i do to solve crime? we need to make sure this is not a zero-sum game. nobody has to totally lose on this issue. if you want social programs, we need to make sure it's backed up by law enforcement plan. people need to be safe and law enforcement is the viable solution today. we have to make sure law enforcement has the tools, resources, and ability to do their job here that must be supported because as you pointed out, we have seen police officers defunded and many are leaving the job in record numbers appear they are retiring, they are going to other police departments in florida where they feel supported. places like new york and so they

feel safe. >> joey: you know, la'ron i don't believe voting block under the guise of identity politics that we do qualify statistically count something like the black community has a voting block. as we look at the early voting midterm elections, the primaries at the end of the day are losing popularity among black adults specifically. you know, just tell me your thoughts on this. you are running as a republican. to think for yourself you come to this conclusion on your own, but where is that voting block with blocking adults on the republican party and what they have to offer? >> you know what my tell you what, president biden is losing the african american block. many african-americans feel the democratic party is no longer the party of their parents. the democratic party is no longer the party of their grandparents. you know, right now, african-americans in many cities believe their votes are taken for granted.

it really is a raise to get out of there. for months now, russia has been heavily bombing the beautiful coastal city described as flourishing. now it is nearly level and charged with bombs and fires. an estimated 1,000 peoples are sheltering mariupol trying to survive and hundreds of people seeking shelter in the dark tunnels amongst the steel plant and innocent elderly people, women and children, some innocent running out of food and water. the latest update, however ukraine said dozens of people on their way to safety after being evacuated from the steel plant with the help from the u.n. and the red cross. here are some others who have made their own way out of mariupol and the surrounding areas. >> there was constant shelling during the day and at night. houses were damaged. we hid in the basement. it is a difficult situation with the food. there is no humanitarian aid. there is no money. it is very scary there.

after the district allegedly gave mandatory student surveys that include questions about gender identity, race and political. >> joey: she joins us now, kimberly. tell us from what i understand you are asking the attorney general to make an inquiry into this. there are not any kind of charges or findings yet. but you believe the school district has essentially violated the parental rights of parents in the district. >> yeah, american schools, whether in webster, missouri or atlanta, georgia, are asking kids very personal questions. they are asking them about their sexual identity, their mental health to him their political beliefs and federal law clearly prohibits schools from doing this without parental consent. and in westchester missouri, it had several parents come to us and say, what can we do about

this? unfortunately they can't sue. there's no way to bring a claim in court but the attorney general has authority to launch an investigation and oppose several penalties on those who violate privacy laws. >> carley: we have some of those questionnaire questions that the school district webster grove reportedly asked the students to fill out. how often do students at your school have important conversations about race even when they might be uncomfortable and should the government on planned parenthood, what is your stance on abortion? very topical this morning of course but why would a school want to know these things? >> what we have been learning is there are these companies that come in and these schools do surveys for absorbent amount of money. they fabricate a problem. they say they don't like that you are not addressing race or mental health enough. same companies come back in and sell curriculum for even more money.

so what we have is a cat-and-mouse game. these schools have no reason to learn this information, but it all comes back down to money and third-party companies that come in. >> joey: you know, kimberly you mention missouri and georgia but yesterday we spoke to a mom in florida says the school officially did a questionnaire or transition plan with her child without her consent. listen to this. >> we did see the transgender support plan which was a six page document that they completed with my daughter who was 13 at the time behind closed doors here and so this is a very systematic way that parents are being excluded from the decisions occurring with their children. >> joey: i don't know the laws around this but the case violating that mother's right just to understand what is going on with her child is of personal law appear and speak with the schools are doing everything they can to cut children's out of their parents lives. last week joe biden said they

governor has parental rights bill. there was a number of bills, one to prevent a concept of oppression versus oppressor. and transparency, school board meetings for parents as well as standing up to woke materials. the list goes on and on. a bill that doesn't get a lot of attention with parental rights bill is a bill that increases me ritzy for students to be compared to compete in the world after they come out of school. so i believe there is a lot of tension on education. that is because there are a lot of mama bears out there really, really upset what they found during covid appearance why think this will be a hot issue d a hot-button issue, not so much on the federal side of wanting to get rid of the actual poor education but outside of fact, this will be a state issue for sure. so a lot of state elected officials will be talking about this. i do believe it is a great dynamic peer review so what
