congress to take action without republican support. we have fox team coverage on the breaking news this morning. brooke is standing by with the blowback. >> carley: we began with doug in washington. >> good morning, this is a leak the likes of which may be unprecedented for the supreme court. there have been protest for and against outside the court pretty much all night long. we may see this and probably will see this gather steam through the morning. this draft majority opinion obtained by political could always change because it is a draft, but for now the wording is very clear. just a samuel alito referring to 1973 decision roe vs. wade, roe was egregiously wrong from the start. the reasoning is exceptionally weak and the decision has had damaging consequences. far from bringing about national settlement of the abortion issue, roe versus casey with a debate and deepen division. the reaction has been swift from

country." the fbi expected to be in the investigation and thesaurus causing this controversy, carley, joey. >> joey: broke, thank you. let's bring in line all roads, fighting for life. if this is a decision the supreme court researches and overturns roe vs. wade, it will go back to 50 different states from 50 different legislatures and governors to pass laws but what does that mean for pro-life movement and people like yourself advocating against abortion as being the law of the land? >> will commit would be a huge step in the right direction for states to at least, at minimum, have the right to protect children and their different vicinities. right now abortion on demand is the law of the land whether red state or blue state where pro-life or not. you cannot do abortion restrictions the way many states want to because of roe v. wade.

roe v. wade actively with abortion all nine months without any limit and now since then, there have been dozens of states that have tried to put limits in place and had trouble doing that. so roe v. wade does receive this huge blow and in fact from a real decision coming down the pie, it would mean that they could finally have abortion pans that they been wanting to have for decades. and that liberty of the states and also for the rights of children and the women who deserve the right to life just like you and me. >> carley: you know, reading through the bombshell politico report the the author says no draft decision in the history of the court disclosed publicly while the case is pending. it goes on to say the unprecedented revelation bound to debate over what was the most controversial case on the talk at this term. they certainly got that right. this leak is supposed to

intimidate justices into changing their minds, do you think that is a possibility of happening? i see you shaking your head no. i agree with that. >> listen, this was an attempted act of intimidation because pro-abortion side of the far left in a frenzy right now. they were sacrament of abortion, they want to protect abortion and killing of preborn children at all cost. so i think this act of intimidation will ultimately fail. because pro-america is strong and justices on the supreme court that we have potentially five or six of them, up to six of them who see the constitution as they want to defend the constitutional right to life, given to us by the virtue of being human. so, i'm very optimistic the supreme court will not get into intimidation tactics but intellectually honest and undo the damage, illogical decision

leak, it speaks volumes. it is impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the court in terms of destruction of trust among the justices and staff. this leak is the greatest, most unforgivable sin. the supreme court, you know this, always held in highest regard from public approval perspective when compared to other government entities and entities in general. is this shatters that illusion this is place where drafts like this can continue to go forward until presented officially. we have leakers everywhere and this leaker did this intentionally to mobilize liberals and to maybe intimidate the judges into changing their positions already after the public backlash, at least from the pro-life crowd -- or pro-choice crowd, excuse me, begins to m billize.

knowledge. this is just so outrageous that this draft opinion was leaked. it is clearly an attempt to influence the outcome. be prepared for the scorched earth tactics of the left on this issue. they believe the ends justify the means no matter what laws or norms they have to break and be prepared for a kavanaugh-like approach to the supreme court on this one. they are going to burn it down, as you are hearing activists say in order to try to stop this. what is such a shame, many pro-life activists and people who believe in the sanctity of life abided by the law for nearly 50 years, even though they believe that child's life was being unjustly taken, but i would not expect the same courtesy from the other side for our nation's system and for its rule of law. >> joey: congressman, democrats

>> carley: it is. the other thing that could happen though the supreme court comes out today, this was just a draft opinion from february. it could be just a moment in time and not represent exactly how the justices are feeling right now. so then you have the pro-life crowd that would then be disappointed if the supreme court comes out and says no, no, no, no. this is a leak. this doesn't necessarily reflect exactly what's going to happen down the road. >> we will never know if the opinion changed because of the public and political pressure or if it just einvolved because of the court's natural process. this is why this leak is so dangerous to our democracy. democrats talk day in and day out how dangerous republicans are to democracy this might be the single worst thing that has happened in at least the last several years to democracy and leaker is probably going to be praised as a hero from the left. >> carley: you know that's going to happen. >> joey: moving on we have this disinformation board senator haggerty from tennessee.
