be heard. it is sad how they are reacting to this. when you talk about rights, it's the rights of the unborn, their right to be heard, they have a voice to their elected officials and that's what this will do. >> i do have one question, where you believe the voice of the woman carrying an unwanted pregnancy, unwanted child belongs in all of this? >> she's an expected mother and the unborn child deserves to live, she deserves compassion and help during the pregnancy and perhaps she did not want to parent the child but she can put it up for adoption make an adoption plan but every child deserves to live in has a plan and a purpose. you talk about what americans want, 80% of americans say they do not believe abortion should be legal in the third trimester of pregnancy and yet that's the bill the democrats will bring forward next week, talk about extreme.

to end this month, there growing fears of an even bigger search around the corner. nate foy is live in laredo, texas. >> as many as 7000 haitian migrants may be waiting here across the river when title 42 expires in just over two weeks according to a source, they received new intel, 4000 more haitian migrants are making their way to the border right now. i want to show you surveillance video, a texas dps helicopter, this was who's here right now, they arrived last week between 1500 and 3000 haitian migrants, a lot of danger for them. today 103 degrees to the key, they are looking to stay cool and this is a with these cartel area, 800 to $1000 ted across the river, unclear how many have that, there is intel coming in to texas dps the group make bus

a new upstate in the search for the alabama corrections officer accused of helping a getaway. they found the getaway car, 2007 ford edge on a rural road in tennessee. the car was abandoned so soon after they left the jail, law enforcement believes it had mechanical trouble. charles watson is live in alabama with more. >> certainly appears vicki and casey white caught a major break because the video had been sitting for days before police were alerted to the location about 100 miles north. we are told by the sheriff's the 2007 cover edge or ford edge, she pre-positioned along an escape route with located partially spray-painted in williamson county tennessee,

arrest. officials tell us they are offering $15000 for information leading to the arrest of casey white and 10004 vicki white. >> we will head back for new developers. charles watson, thanks. ♪♪ rich: the cdc is now investigating a mysterious deadly outbreak of hepatitis and children across the nation. possible cases popping up in 24 states and puerto rico so far dating back to late october, children under ten years old. one hundred such cases told with nine in ten children hospitalized, some needing liver transplants, five of them have died. for more, let's bring in doctor marc siegel, fox news contributor and professor of medicine at nyu langone medical center, thanks for joining us. i want to start with the basics, what is hepatitis, how you get it, what are the signs and what should parents be looking for? >> good afternoon, hepatitis is inflammation in the liver. it could be due to a virus

affecting the liver like hepatitis a, b or c or due to inflammation that causes outside of the liver. what do parents look for? children were with behavior changes, very fatigued, vapor, yellow eyes called jaundice, dark urine and lights will and joint and muscle aches. is it common? it is very rare actually. 109 cases, parents can be reassured this is not spreading like wildfire, it's very rare but what is it caused by? j beutler from the cdc, head of infectious diseases for cdc was saying friday that we don't know, it's nice to see signs proceed step-by-step. what they do know is the virus, 41 which usually affects the g.i. tract, diarrhea. you don't get hepatitis from

that. the virus has been found in majority of cases so they are looking carefully at the virus. did it set off inflammation? another thing, did the children get more susceptible to this because they were locked down or shut down during the pandemic? they are only now exposed to viruses they wouldn't normally see earlier on in life, these are very young children. that is fascinating that is under investigation not due to the covid vaccines. there's a lot of social media on that, the children for the most part have not been vaccinated, they are to down. take covid vaccine off the table. >> really important to stress. you mentioned doctor j beutler, we are casting a wide net to broaden our understanding and this may not be from one specific source, is that right? >> exactly they found epstein-barr virus, they found different viruses and they don't know if it's the virus itself or

a cofactor that causes it. they haven't taken it off the table, adenoviruses in dogs for example. they are looking into the although it's not likely, they haven't taken it off the table that it could be post covid. he's got covid, you are a child and get over it and the antibodies in another virus comes along and says it off. they are looking into all of that. they have liver issues to look at. this may be slow going for parents who want answers right away but this is the way science works and is an arm of the cdc called epidemic intelligence service. i interviewed them this past week, i think they are terrific, disease detectives and they will get to the bottom of this. >> real quick, what is the testing like for hepatitis, is easy to test for, how do you figure this out? >> that is a great question. they test blood for this virus and they say adenovirus, it may

vehicles to assist state and local communities that are taxed by the challenges we are facing now. >> i want to get your response to that but also, do you see the way in which the could be a bipartisan solution? >> thank you for having me on. the reality is when joe biden on the border wall, the democrats are silent. we sue the biden administration over his permanent guidance to allow terminals into our communities, democrat did nothing. when title 42 was about to be lifted, cartel kelly and schumer said nothing until there is public outrage. the reality is, democrats in washington remained largely silent and enabled the biden administration and his secretary mayorkas was abolished ice and allow cartel to cease control

problem so many states are facing. i want to get back to my original question, are there democrats you feel you can work with to find a solution? there are americans of all political stripes dealing with the fallout. >> we have to. the problem is there is this political class and democrats and republicans who don't seem to care about hard-working american taxpayers. this should not be an issue of left versus right. the fundamental issue of right versus wrong. the first generation american, i know why people come here and the reasons the country is great, you talk to a lot of recent immigrants whether from eastern europe or south america or mexico, they will tell you they don't like what's going on. it's not fair the people breaking the law are being rewarded, not only government benefits but illegal status, it's something immigrants find offensive and it fundamentally undermines for the country is all about. the democrats and republicans

disney television studios fired after savage from the wonder years reboot, inappropriate conduct. coleman is live with the latest, hi, christina. >> the nature of the allegation that got him fired a mixed case remains unclear. the spokesperson from disney owned television confirmed he was fired in a brief statement by saying recently we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct and as his policy, an investigation was launched. upon completion, the depression was to determine him.

this is not the first time he's been accused of wrongdoing. they sued him and one hits his costars in 1993 during the making of the original wonder years for sexual harassment. the woman accused him of asking her on date and making inappropriate comments. savage denies the allegations. l.a. mills who starred as savage's mom the original series called the lawsuit filed over the matter completely ridiculous. the case was eventually settled out of court and in 2018, 20 is country fox television listened to claims made by costume designer who said savage created a hostile work environment on the set of the show, the grinder. one of her claims she accused savage of constantly using profanities for female employees. a california judge talked out of the gender-based claims in the lawsuit the woman filed against savage. meantime, he maintained his
