head around, why aren't more people talking about the illegality of these protesters trying to sway and intimidate the supreme court? i just don't understand it, cory, do you? >> know my don't. i will tell you it is absolutely abhorrent behavior. the fact that we are trying to utilize tactics to influence under mob rule and influence the decision which really come if you think about it, a lot of people think the overturning of roe would stop abortion but in fact that is not the case. what it actually does is return the power back to the people. it allows the people and elected legislative bodies to go in and say, this is what we feel on a state-by-state basis. so for example red states like florida and texas would enact the heartbeat bill were 15 week abortion act. the lower states like north carolina or new york or

california for example would have the abortion on demand type of thing. it is important to note that only about 6% agree with the late-term abortion laws. so come i think it is great we are turning the power back to the elected officials that enables the people to vote on what actually occurs, not people who are selected and simply confirm and sit on lifetime. >> carley: the five vote majority to overturn roe v. wade remains intact and then you have just as clarence thomas inc. the court will not be bullied. how important is that? think about what this country would look like if the supreme court could be bullied into changing its mind because of mob rule. >> this has been attempted at the appellate court during the 2020 riots and it is more significant than the rule of law. we are a nation of laws and we must adhere to those laws and

respect the justices and what the role of the court system is. in they cannot dominate and make and corrects decisions because of terror on their lives. >> carley: another important topic, russia is victory day in russia, which is the celebration in russia of russia defeating nazi germany. putin made a big speech there and these are live images of vladimir putin in moscow now. entering the speech, he said the invasion of ukraine was provoked by the west. but he also, the one thing he didn't do was make a major announcement about any major announcement related to the work declaring victory, full-scale mobilization. he also continued to call it a special military operation. what is your reaction to that? >> i think this whole idea of victory day is about building

morale because losing popularity in the country with this war. i think it is obvious that you know, just a few months ago we couldn't fathom he would be at a stalemate that he had been at right now. that is a failure of leadership and to fight against the ukrainian government. so i think his objective necessarily list to take the whole country but certainly to expand the eurasian borders which china, russia, iran acts of evil if you will to get to the chairman with a one-vote initiative. >> todd: what are intel officers doing right now when it comes to that speech? how are they breaking it down? what are they dissecting? and what are they looking for? >> they will certainly look for any kind of key information nor any kind of strategic play. anything he talks about geopolitically. but to be honest, i think right now is morale and the russian people behind this war, you note to kind of say well we are

celebrating victory day and freedom of speech, that was his actual intent we are defeating ukraine. so i think it is all utilized with proper gamma more than anything other than that. >> carley: moving on to the border and we got back to the southern border but look at this cnn poll says 57% of people think now is not the time to lift title 42. it is set to expire two weeks from today. the biden administration may be glad that a judge had halted its repeal. so how do you see this playing out? >> as you said, carley i just returned from the border and i could tell you right now it was absolutely appalling what you see, open border policies, people coming back and forth, crossing into america with no wall, no deterrence, no security, no cpi agents. i was and roma, texas and it was very obvious. >> todd: and i believe we have

here to rack former fugitive on the run and writer and producer of white boy on netflix. seth, good morning to you. you have an interesting story yourself which we will get to in a moment but first, what is your take on this case? >> yeah, i think it is a crazy case. it has captivated the nation right now. just to think this woman would actually give up everything to freed this guy and take them on the run. it is amazing so it is really manipulating this lady or true love, we don't know. >> carley: but getting to your story, you were sentenced to 25 years for selling drugs. you landed on the u.s. marshall up wanted list. you were on the run for two years but the real question is, how are they invading the police? first of all, how did you evade the police and how do you think they are doing it?

>> yeah, i had a plan. so when you go you have a plan. obviously they start this out ahead of time and it wasn't just something spur of the moment. you were in prison and doing a lot of time, you have a lot of time to think about stuff. and you get help from somebody from the outside who has access to money, that can make things easier. so, that is kind of what i did. i had a plan and time to think about it. i have access to funds. so you keep your head down and keep going. sometimes it works out. >> carley: a know you mentioned the relationship and a big part of this wild story. the inmate casey white serving 75 years and one of his crimes with stabbing someone to death in 2015. this guy is nothing to lose but vicky does. she was a few days away from retirement after serving a life time and law enforcement. then you learn she lost her husband a year ago.

here is the story they could be romantically involved. she is 38 years old, she is 56. what do you make of the dynamics between these two? >> when you are in present there a lot of female staff and female guards working in the prisons for whatever reasons, to make a living or whatever but a lot of times you see the dynamics are juicy people and obviously with men and women being in a situation like that, there can be attraction. you know, they tried to get close to the guard and i called him long -- start off with something easy and give me some food, and they kind of advance it incrementally until you get to the stage of you know, welcome if we are in a relationship now and you love me and will you break me out of prison? >> carley: that is wild.

that could be a realistic possibility. what about now that they are together, most likely come on the run? is vicky in danger? >> i would think so, given this guy's history, but at the same point, nobody knows the dynamics of their relationship. nobody knows. is this true love or is she being manipulated? no one knows. we don't know this, but definitely given this guy's history and what he's done in the past, things are sour, it might not turn out well for her. >> carley: the other thing, the police did find the suv they used to escape from prison. it was cleaned out. they were very few left inside so you have to wonder how much time do they have left? she had an extensive background in law enforcement. >> yeah come at the same time, this guy is a criminal. prisons today in the united states or schools for

criminals. so you learn how people get caught and what to do. you learn what not to do. put those two together, you know, they can kind of keep one step ahead. you know, with the scrutiny of the case and everybody looking for them and the u.s. marshals, all it takes is one slip up and the u.s. marshals will be on them and it is over. >> carley: so do you think it is only a matter of time until they get caught? there is no way to evade the police forever? >> i thought i could evade the police forever. two years, i got caught. in their mind, you know, obviously, they think they can make it. realistically, especially with the reports, maybe he's in a wheelchair or dressed up as a woman. they are taking a lot of things to evade capture. but you would think realistically with the surveillance cameras, nowadays, it will not last long.

>> carley: what happens if they do get caught? obviously, the guy will go back to jail but vicky, i mean is she looking at a long prison sentence herself? >> i would definitely think she will get charges. but in my experience, you know a lot of times the law enforcement, they get the easier path when it comes to time. so, she could get 5-10 years, but i don't think it is like a life sentence. >> carley: seth you serve 21 years in jail. served your time and while you were there you found the passion for writing and journalism and turned your life around. we thank you so much for providing your insight into this wild case. we appreciate you waking up this morning to join us. >> yeah, it will be crazy. thank you for having me on. >> carley: absolutely, seth parente, thank you. all right, top republican working overtime to get to the bottom of hunter biden's

drive more people to the polls to put republicans in office? >> i think so. i think the american people have expected for a long time that hunter biden was a shady business guy that just basically profited from then vice president joe biden. but i think what we are learning more and more with access to his computer, with access to information from going up business associates and emails at work, joe biden knew a lot more about hunter biden's business dealings than what he said all along. typical back to what jen psaki said and joe biden said during the campaign was hunter was on his own. he was his own guy and joe biden did know mike have anything to do with it. we have females to prove that joe biden was very close with at least one of hunter biden's business associates and that eric then vice president joe biden's checking account.

>> carley: we understand that he also made 27 trips to the white house and you want to ask and get two answers to what was said in those meetings as well. you mentioned the laptop. and a computer repair man who had the laptop spent a lot of time looking into it before he turned it over to the fbi. and here is what he told us last week about his biggest concerns as it relates to the laptop and hunter biden might have been doing. watch this. >> for me it was national security concerns. there was a lot of things that i saw on the laptop that should not have been sent in the open, especially white house information pertaining to ukraine sent to ukrainian citizens to benefit their business. the national security indication from that alone i felt fear for the nation. >> he said he felt fear for our nation but what is your reaction to that and what is your biggest

concern? >> we have that computer now in the oversight committee. we are coming through that and i can see i share his concerns. i've been saying for months, hunter biden is a national security risk. the question is what did joe biden know and when did he know it? hunter biden whole business model revolved around doing favors for these clients. in fact, if you look at two of the russian oligarchs who paid hunter biden money, they had been mysteriously left off of the white house list of russian billionaire oligarchs. we have information from the white house as to why this admission from the two people that we know transacted money to hunter biden's account. so, this is an actual security risk. we, as republicans and as business owners and we have been asking why it does joe biden make some of the decisions he may? may be the reason is because hunter biden is compromised and

therefore, joe biden is compromised with some of these russian oligarchs and some of these shady communist china companies. >> todd: certainly is a curious development with regard to the two oligarchs. if you want curious, congressman kevin morris entertainment security and helpless hunter biden's overdue taxes totaling $2 million. mars and hunter biden's friends called the latest sugar brother and 52-year-old lifestyle in los angeles including his rent and living expenses. look, i'm a lawyer by trade and i don't mean to insult lawyers but we are not known for giving out money just for the fun of it. why the heck is some random entertainment attorney giving hunter biden $2 million? >> that is a great question. and we will do everything in our ability to find it out.

the more that comes out on hunter biden, the worse it is. i think we have proven and fox news has done a tremendous job of covering hunter biden over the last two years. we have proven hunter biden is a shady guy. the problem is is this affecting joe biden's presidency? is this affecting joe biden's decision-making? we have learned through the emails that eric sherman had access to joe biden and so close to the end joe biden that he sent hunter an email, hey, your dad's tax refund check came in the mail today. i will deposit it into his account and write a check on him for the money he owes you. not only did eric have access to joe biden's mail and checking account, he used it then vice president owed joe biden money and leads one to believe could joe biden be the big guy with 10% cut. that is what republicans will try to find out.

not when we take the majority in january but we will try to find out now and when january rolls around, we take the house with election and we will have subpoena power. not just focused on joe biden but eric schwerin and all of hunter biden's business partners and the many banks he had so many suspicious activity reports filed against him. hunter biden has more problems than any political figure that i have ever heard of. >> carley: congressman, with the subpoena power if you call eric schwerin to testify, he has too legally. the difference between republicans and the minority and the majority? >> absolutely. republicans get to set and the democrats set all the -- we can ask for eric schwerin to be deposed by minority lawyers on the house oversight committee, but that doesn't come he has to do that voluntarily. he can do that voluntarily.

the government telling them what they can do when it comes to crt, but they were teaching in the class and telling them they have to wear a mask at all times? >> absolutely, todd, our campaign we knocked on 9,000 doors. so you can imagine we had hundreds, literally hundreds of conversation with parents whether they just moved here or moved here for a long time were empty-nesters. my favorite word teachers who retired, they would look at us in disbelief. and they would see what was happening in neighboring school districts. please tell me, we don't have our school here that we love with the tradition of excellence with or age inappropriate material in our schools. it was the greatest concern. that is why i think alex and myself had a huge win with 71% of the vote coming in. >> todd: that is real interesting highlighting up in arms over this as well. tammy, why were you able to

unseat an incumbent in your race? >> well the reason i agree with andrea on exactly what he said. the same thing, and any time they put income next to something they want to get rid of them. so i think they wanted some new blood to get rid of the stuff in our schools. >> todd: alex, is it clear candidates teaching kids wait for it but the subjects they will need later on in life to succeed are the ones that are winning? >> you know, it sounds real simple but that is exactly right. we need to get back to the basics and education in virtually every parent that we talked to said we need to focus on the fundamentals. that is what we ran on. we have strong messaging and the community responded to. >> todd: 55% of voters are in favor of banning talks about sexual orientation and gender identity before the fourth grade. this seems logical. this is stuff you should be

learning in the home. was this the one issue that you would say, really put you over the top or were there more? i will begin with you, andrew, what are your thoughts? >> absolutely. the second one would be the financial burden on a lot of texans from the school district tax wise has really gotten to be out of hand. there is limited amounts that we can do as a school board appeared but that was probably the number two thing right behind please have age-appropriate material in the classroom. >> todd: tammy, was that the number one issue where other things we need to be aware of? >> it is not just to crt, but enough about the sexualization of the curriculum with the young students being exposed to this graphic material. some of it which is visual covering all sorts of acts. the parents are tired of it. they wanted out of their schools. i heard it over and over and over again. >> todd: alex, there is the

issue of masts. 50% of voters think it is time to quit the masking pier that has jumped 12% since february of this year. what do these numbers tell you about what the people want and what the parents want when it comes to providing for the health of their own children? >> well, you know, that is exactly right. that is why we ran on parental rights. parental rights covers all sorts of items such as indoctrination, masks, across the sexual orientation. parents don't want it. our big theme, the parental rights and physical discipline as andrew said appear that was a key issue. that will be a big issue going forward as well. >> todd: andrew... >> opportunity for all students. >> todd: understood. andrew, the democrats that you spoke to as you were campaign, what did they say to you?
