yesterday is the one that you see. mr. moody took. what message does mr. moody, representative alex moody not only sent to west virginia but the entire american populace, the entire american voter? >> well, for us, you know, candidates here from former president trump is always a good thing. we want this thing handled regardless of the package regardless the package that may have come in. the majority of west virginians were on board with president trump. you know, we were thriving until covid hit in the administration, as far as economic status and people being employed them back to work. that is no surprise to me. i have met congressman miller, both are great people. they have done a fantastic job so far. and the former president is just

something that would see them the way through. >> carley: a lot of people say for them elections are really going to be all about the economy. obviously, we are talking about gas prices at a record price of $4.40. there was a recent report thateo living paycheck to paycheck right now. and because of inflation, americans are spending an extra $5,200 a year. how is inflation impacting you and your community? >> well, honestly, as much as i'm on the road now, if it weren't for the fact that i work for an employer who covers my gas mileage, it would be -- i don't know how most people can make it right now the way things are going. inflation has really put a pinch on everything. when you see $5.50 or higher across the nation, the truck drivers that are paying that the companies having to fit that bill, they are not willing to

republicans and potential danger of having two men's traders on the justices doorsteps. >> people say peacefully but that is not true. the message behind showing up at someone's house is, "we know where you live. we will make you uncomfortable. will make your family and comfortable." >> the demonstrations continue around washington and the country, the white house pledging its support. >> so, i know there is an outrage right now, i guess come about protest i have been peaceful to date. we certainly continue to encourage that outside of the judges homes and that is the president's position. >> some protest not so people do max peaceful. rude gestures and vandalizing the offices of concerned women of america as democrats blame republicans. >> the bottom line she don't condemn it but you think the protesters showed continued to be outside supreme court justices homes and church. >> i protest all the time.

i will come in many ways as long as it's not violent rhetoric. >> the supreme court said that protesters should be able to get right in people's face. the supreme court itself has heard this argument, and they have themselves that it is protected. >> even nancy pelosi's house isn't safe. it has been targeted for protests has more are expected throughout the day today. so, walk by wednesday protest with all six conservative judges homes are planned for today, corley, torta. >> todd: marianne thank you the vice president of the organization who had this message for the people responsible. >> we as an organization would love to talk about the issues and never resort to violence. this is sort of personal and they would like to intimidate us. fundamentally, what they are trying to do is silence us in

our organization dedicated to promoting marriage, family and life and liberty in the state of wisconsin. so fundamentally they are trying to silence us to make it too afraid to speak. and backfired and giving us multiple platform to spread the message. officials still investigating who is responsible for the attack. i want to go to the interviews with hillary with omar, and the supreme court said it's okay to protest. they did not say if it's okay to do extrajudicial influence on a member of the supreme court. you have heard this notion, i've had trouble getting to samuel alito by protesting on the steps of the court. that is way the system worked. if you want to get to the judge, become a lawyer and bring a case. this notion of extrajudicial influence, and is not a thing. it is not how the system works. it is equivalent to watching a baseball game and saying "i don't like how this game is

going so i will step on the field." that is not how it works and that's not how it can work. we have a system that works. >> carley: the reason it is legal, a mob should not be allowed to influence a judges opinion. that is exactly what these protesters are publicly saying that they are trying to do. you have to wonder whether that the department of justice has on this. they were quick to open an investigation into school board members to say they felt targeted by parents and yet, completely science to my excitement when it comes to protesters outside of the supreme court justices home. abortion isn't safe then neither are you. that is a violent threat. in the administration's message should be really simple: listen, we understand that protesting is a really important part of our american culture. it is encouraged, but it has 2b in a public place. so get a permit. don't do it outside of a person's home. and a threatening manner and no less.

>> todd: to be clear the protest in front of the supreme court completely fine. that is weight the process is supposed to work. but trying to intimidate it justice to change their opinion, that is not how this works. there are rules for inside a court room. very specific evidentiary area and other rules of this work spear that is not going along with that. >> carley: that is not going along with it. fox news alert, casey white is arraigned in alabama after waiving extradition. newly released footage shows the final moments of the manhunt that ended in evansville, indiana. the police obtained a video of officers dragging the former corrections officer and alleged accomplice vicky white out of the crashed getaway car. authorities say she shot herself in the head and later died at the hospital. this dashcam footage shows the moment casey white was taken into custody. listen right there, an arsenal of weapons in the car including several handguns and semiautomatic weapons after his arrest, casey white told him he

basic of history and if we look at our state, and frankly across the country, we see that is not happening. our standards and about ten years, so we decided to take that head on. whenever we think of america, we think about those individuals with sacred honor, declaration of independence or the abolish of slavery or suffrage for civil rights. it is about a question of freedom. we wanted her students to understand under a freedom framework the country that we are. how great we are. and for sacrifices and the struggles that have gone into making that happen. so we want to discover all of that. we want to make sure our kids understand that. >> todd: how are you doing it? which process are you accomplishing that goal? >> so we took a year-long process and parent and teacher engagement where we work through a process. it is a place where we are able to deliver standards to our teachers across the state.

they tell the whole story of america. they take in multiple historical perspectives. they are not apologetic for who we are. and we just believe if we can store them extort our students out young and understand the most important people throughout the course of history, some of us with important places and important papers, speeches, documents, primary documents, they will have a greater understanding of the country. they will have a greater understanding of not only our state, but our constitutional republic, the role that they play in supporting it and protecting it. and then proving it every single day. >> todd: did you get a lot of pushback from the woke forces that actually love to apologize for american exceptionalism at every turn? >> look come america has been exceptional from the beginning. no one gave us our exceptional list. that was from the beginning. and what we decided to do was we wanted to take the sides and

listen to everybody. we are very exceptional and provided public feedback and we listen to everyone. we have a very diverse state board of education. in many ways, and once we are able to present this standard to the board, we received unanimous approval from the board. a model for the country, and we think we are going to do this study in louisiana. >> todd: what stood out to me as we pop up the screen, this last one that you alluded to which is better integrating for historical perspectives of people of all different backgrounds. i think that is so keyed to give the students absolutely the full picture. the big picture, dr. brumley my do you think you have students and parents and other parts of the country thinking to themselves, maybe i will move to louisiana for education for i don't know more woke likely blue states? >> well, what we know we believe we have in terms of social studies, american history, some of the best standards across the

when it comes to the shortage? >> you have to remember the shortage actually started well before the recall. the recall and all of the crimes being produced in wisconsin. and that recall has led to literally no being produced. and a lot of it is for formula with certain medical diagnosis. so it is not a matter of just getting another formula. it is a secondary market that i'm worried about. once it does come. >> todd: what should the biden administration be doing this very moment to help these absolutely desperate parents? >> i think one of the largest problems is the plant that shut down and i believe wisconsin or michigan. >> carley: michigan, jan. >> that needs to be up and running again.

i believe the fda has to get in there. it is more a question for abbott. but i think they need to get in there and start producing. i think the larger problem once they do produce, the idea is that we have to send it to the retail stores. if they do that, companies like mine won't be able to purchase it for lowering patients. and they have gone through a prescription and application process to get approved for the product. and then companies like mine won't be able to purchase the product from wholesalers because this product will go right into the retail stores for purchase. and that is going to have a devastating effect on long-term, longer than what the shortage is. >> carley: it is such a mess. you mentioned the secondary market before because of price gouging on amazon. formula being sold for $400 for a case of six. $300 as well with specialty

formulas. i was reading about some moms who are calling stores three hours away willing to travel to get their baby formula because without it, their child is going to get sick. so, what are parents telling you about the shortage? >> they just don't know where to turn. they are absolutely desperate. i've had my staffers had many people whom a woman calling in tears. we had one woman who said, "i just sent my son off to school and gave him the last nutrition." this is the sole nutrition. when he comes home from school today, he will have no nutrition. so, it is devastating. and again, once this formula is up and running again, if they sent it directly to retail stores and don't take care of wholesalers that provided to medicaid patients, then that secondary market will continue

to flourish. we see before what happened, it is just not going to be equal distribution to low income people. >> todd: the greatest nation in the world having trouble, literally, feeding its babies. it is unconscionable. bill, hate to put you on the spot here. in a sense of the house soon that this problem could be solved? >> no. we have been getting no dates. when we do get updates, they are rolling dates. some products are coming back online and bits and drab spirit so we tried to get them as we can. we have medical that we deal with providing it to the people. but the larger issue said is that a company in michigan who does all the powder and they are not up and running. the fda has got to get in there

love california. but why did you leave? >> i will tell you, carley. i appreciate you having me on. i left california because california left me. psychologically, economically, and in so many ways, just left physically after having to put up with a lot of issues that presented themselves the last 20 years. >> carley: ellen the final straw was the pandemic? >> it's was. the pandemic hid in california, i realized they weren't so concerned about my liberties are my freedoms. they are more concerned about control. that was pretty evident when keeping pot shops open but i couldn't go to church. so i was looking for freedom and i found it in florida. >> carley: you found it in florida, georgia i'm sure you agree with that. tell us your story. you move to florida and you consider yourself a political refugee. >> i do consider myself a political refugee. i'm a conservative in florida

and california no longer was. we move their 40 years ago. and gradually over a period of time, the last few years, gun-control, wokeness, sanctuary state letting criminals out of jail on the pandemic. i have guns that were legal and illegal when a left and i wasn't about to sell them. >> carley: so you borrow your guns and family to florida. you lived under the governor and move to florida for every reason out of the sun. tell us why. >> well, virginia was locking things down and florida was opening things up. and after retiring from the navy. i thought i did everything right to help change the system and keep virginia a free state. and i worked in the polls. i knocked on doors and i

attended rallies. i did everything that i thought was right. and i still watched the state slide more and more to socialism. during 2020 when my husband and i are locked down with their kids and i'm watching riots on tv. and i thought my head no confidence when it came down to whitcomb with the police would be allowed to enforce the laws. so, the decision was pretty easy because florida, at least was seem to be governing according to the founding documents. the declaration of independence and the constitution. >> carley: you know, it is not just the three of you, george. from july 20222021, florida gained over 200,000 residents while new york lost over 300,000 in over a quarter of a million people left california. a lot of people in florida are worried because people from new york and california are moving down to florida, it's

going to turn into a blue state. what do you think about that? >> i think that florida might be new york liberal at 65 years old and ready to die. people coming here now or fling these dates. and remember those folks, five years from the republican registration that those numbers are pairing that i would. >> carley: you know, alan governor ron desantis number one to the left because he kept the state open during covid. now, more recently because of the florida parental rights and education bill. how did you feel about him? >> well, i want to be here if want to sentence i wouldn't be here if he wasn't the governor. i'm a big supporter of what he's doing. i believe the declaration of independence says it best. we have filled life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. and his job is to promote that and not limit that. he understands that better than
