stand. >> senator joe manchin's vote sinks the -- bill would expand abortion. seven states in the united states with no abortion restrictions. he wants the attorney general to do more to stop the protesters. >> we've taken a two-pronged approach in virginia. the police are at the ready and we've asked attorney general garland to enforce the law and make sure demonstrators are not allowed to intimidate justices. it is in the federal statute that this is wrong and the attorney general needs to reinforce it. >> the justices will meet today since the opinion was leaked, final decision is expected by end of june. carley, todd. >> carley: thank you so much. let's bring in jack brewer. jack, the bill voted on
2:15 am
yesterday is called the women's health protection act. it would supercede state abortion bans and force christian doctors to perform abortions against their belief and allow abortions through the third trimester, it didn't pass because this is a wildly progressive bill. >> it really is. you can't hide from the fact that things have gone so far left now. when you start to talk about aborting babies this late in the third trimester and beyond in a lot of ways it is really sad. it gets to the spirit of what this fight is all about. it actually is call for faith-based leaders, call for those who claim to be faithful people, people of god to take a stand. you cannot just change terminology and try to make something present as healthcare when in all actuality we know
2:16 am
that the babies are born, we know babies are living and in the womb and what the bible teaches us. it is one that makes you cringe and i think that is what is happening across america. people are starting to realize the reality of abortion, not just about rape victims, not about things that are such a small percentage of what actually happens. it is about millions of lives that have been lost through abortion throughout our country's history after roe v. wade. i think this is a blessing, this is the hand of god speaking across our nation right now. >> todd: jack, some are saying blm, black lives matter, has left black americans worst off than when it began. to the extent that police are less proactive, criminals have the run of the place. police brutality exists, bad cops exist.
2:17 am
97% of black homicides do not involve police at all. you've been saying this for years, jack, why did the elite not see this coming? >> i don't know. i remember when trevaughan martin was killed, i was a member of blm then, but it quickly grew into a cancerous ideology that ravaged black communities. it is so unfortunate, you see black murder rates increase by 30%, i think up to 43% of all murders are african americans and you see in our major cities that murder rates are spiking the way they are and youth murder rates, now we have kids killing kids in the city of chicago, 407 kids killed, black kids. our problem is not police officers, our problem is
2:18 am
internal. our problem is a culture that is created that incentivizes little boys to think they should carry guns and shoot at each other and be involved in gang war fare and school systems that don't teach kids how to read and write and father lessness that ravaged our communities and has our kids at war against each other. we don't talk about that enough, we talk about when a police officer kills a black kid, but we don't talk about the real crisis with the thousands of black lives lost at the hands of senseless gang war fare and turf war fare. these are the issues we need to address -- >> carley: jack, i hate to cut you off, but eric adams, democrat, agrees with you and unfortunate his hands are tied because of the liberal lawmakers that still run the city. thank you for speaking out on this issue.
2:19 am
we appreciate it. >> todd: thank you, jack. >> god bless you. >> carley: to abortion, fox news caught up with handmade protester outside of amy coney barrett house, she had a lot to say, she didn't get her facts straight. >> the fact she is an adoptive mother is -- her inability to see what it is like to carry a pregnancy to term. >> todd: yeah, someone tell that lady justice barrett gave birth to five kids. joe concha is next.

-- -- over allegations from a state democratic party official that republicans insighted violence by expressing public displeasure with vaccine mandate. this complaint came to the fbi through the operation center snitch line. representative jordan saying garland lied under oath. >> what he said in the committee was direct contradiction of the fact we know because of the brave whistle mroeer he wouldn't use resources to go after moms and dads and look like what he did. >> one investigation, lawmakers
2:26 am
say fbi interviewed a mom for telling a school board member we are coming for you, saying she was reported because she belonged to a group called moms for liberty and he owned a gun. fbi determined she was not a threat. back to you. >> todd: unbelievable. >> carley: one to watch. >> todd: the left losing it after democratic senator joe manchin sides with republicans to vote against the democrat push to federally legalize abortion. >> carley: joe concha joins us now. joe manchin is a national tragedy, a corrupt republican scum bag who doesn't give a damn about anybody, but his donors. senator manchin gets paid $174,000 to say nah. is he voting the way his constituents want him to vote? >> joey: currently joe biden is polling 18% approval in west virginia, 40 points lower than
2:27 am
joe manchin. manchin is one of the most popular democratic senators out there, if you look at his polling near 60%. it is apparent who the most prominent joe in the world is. it is certainly not joe biden, it is joe manchin and poll after poll shows after you get beyond 15 weeks after conception, abortion is far less popular among voters and democrats think this is a winning issue from the red tsunami coming. are you pro life or pro choice, the country is split down the middle and joe manchin opposing this makes him more popular. >> todd: when one argues, it is helpful to have informed arguments and good information, sometimes people are out of touch with reality. here is what one of them told us outside justice amy coney barrett's house.
2:28 am
watch. >> the fact she is an adoptive mother is her inability to see what it is like to carry a pregnancy to term. >> so joe, there you have it. she didn't carry a pregnancy to term according to that lady, except the fact she carried five to term, joe. is that the perfect microcosm of so many arguments on the left, not just based in reality, but completely false and a lie. >> joey: yeah, that is the ecosystem some folks live in. that person believed what she said was fact, she wasn't intentionally telling a lie. abortion, as we talked about in this country, divided. yet you have a media portraying us as 75% pro-choice and 25% pro-life in terms of coverage where it is 3-1 pro choice voices getting a say over
2:29 am
pro-life voices. within the national media community, who cover politics exist in two cities, new york and washington, those places is ecosystem where it is liberal. if you poll newsrooms in those places, i imagine the 75/25 pro-life to pro-choice split is true, the fish bowl, we are a real pro-choice country. this is 50/50, not the coverage we're seeing and not the news some folks out there protesting are getting from other outlets, guys. >> carley: how can carrying a baby to full term would be a pre-choice argument, why would that make you want to abort? seems like a pro-life stance. you are like, one thing after 15 weeks, popularity for abortion just plummets. joe, i think you are one of the most popular joes in the country naturally. >> todd: of course. >> joey: thank you, nice. >> todd: joe piscapo.
2:30 am
>> joey: he's a friend. glad you got the demo, thank you. >> carley: all the joes hang out together. see ya. listen to this. a fox news alert, a big one. multi million dollar mansions burning to the ground as a wildfire ravages the california coastline. we talked to a senate candidate who explains how governor newsom policies are fanning the flames. >> todd: and in panic over the nationwide formula shortage, what do you do if you are a parent worried about feeding your baby? pediatrician panel has everything you need to know next.

2:35 am
lab is two months from having this stuff on store shelves. how worried are you that mothers and all parents will run out of time? >> todd, this is a national emergency and should be our government's top priority right now. this isn't just food or a snack, babies need formula which helps them thrive, helps with growth and development, they need critical nutrients for nourishment or you will see failure to thrive. it is serious issue and we need to see our president invoke defense production act to make sure our children have nutrition they need. >> todd: doctor, i know you are one of those doctors getting bombarded with questions from parents, i know we are bombarding our pediatrician up the road with the same questions, what are you telling patients when it comes to things like donor breast milk going online to find alternatives and watering down formula?
2:36 am
>> they are watering down formula, it is very dangerous and there is real temptation when that level is running lower to just add a little more water. actually that really changes the nutrition of the formula and the baby's kidneys aren't ready for it, it can cause seizure and serious medical complication, please never water down formula. donor breast milk is an option and we are seeing women going online to find donors. always choose breast milk donors that are screened for infectious disease and that it is pasteurized. you can find it. avoid buying online breast milk from craig's list or facebook. >> todd: doctor, we began talking about stress they are under, you are getting bombarded by parents can you even begin to describe the stress these mothers are feeling right now?
2:37 am
>> yes, breast milk production is very affected by stress. women are feeling very pressured to breast feed their babies. it is a vicious cycle, more stressed you are issue less breast milk you provide. >> to a fox news alert. overlooking california laguna beach going up in flames. look at that video there. 20 homes destroyed, the coastal brush fire igniting yesterday and quickly burning up 200 acres fuelled by strong winds and historic drought.
