shots back at the gunman. hitting the shooter in his bullet proof vest before he was hit back by deadly fire. officer salter was a hero. he died protecting his community and we salute him. if it wasn't for him, things could have gotten a lot worse. police say the shooter had plans to continue his killing spree had he not been stopped. the shooter purposefully targeted a heavily black neighborhood. this was a racially motivated shooting. and now joe biden is jumping into full campaign moat. the white house scrambled the president's schedule and is sending biden to buffalo tomorrow. this is a drastic change from biden's reaction to the brooklyn subway shooting just last month and the walk ashaw parade attack. two racially motivating shootings two racially motivated attacks of late that biden didn't have enough time to show

farrakhan. all those were swept under the rug. they are hot and cold on hate crime. because if you frame it around republicans being racist, and we need to take your gun away, what do are we not talking about? well, we're not talking about the economy being in ruin, gas prices hitting a record high for a seventh day in a row? crime run rampant, the border wide open and americans worse off now than when joe biden was elected. white guilt is a very powerful emotion when people feel guilty, it makes it easy to manipulate them. there is great shame in being called a racist or being associated with racism. and there's a movement out there to associate racism with you. if you are white, if you vote republican, you don't have a racist bone in your body, doesn't matter. there are very powerful forces in this country that want you to be distracted looking inside

about all of this. everyone rushes to by everyone we look to the facts. i always want to know let's wait for the facts to come out before we start rushing. let's not be like the exploiting this horrific tragedy to score some lame political points. that's just the issue. people rush out to try to frame this in terms of politics when instead the questions we should be asking are how did this 18-year-old, how was he able to do what he did? a state ha has new york safe act. state has restrictions on capacity and quote unquote assault weapons. every single thing they wanted claim prevent these tragedies they had in place. let's look at what's not working their laws. look at mental health and why this individual was known to state police and didn't do anything which seems to be kind of a theme in some of these most recent tragedies. they are known wolves and law enforcement are too busy apparently looking at parents and classifying them as terrorists for bringing up very important issues about their own

children in school board meetings instead of going and looking at these issues here this was heart breaking. i think you brought up not to belabor your point, jesse. i think you brought up a couple of good examples, too. it doesn't matter if it's someone who says that they are leftist deep in communist theology what he said. ecoterrorists. it doesn't matter if they are black nationalists. evil is real. so instead of talking about minimizing law abiding people's chances to stand against -- that's what we should be talking about. instead we talk about how do we get rid of evil. evil is always going to be with us. empower the impugn people's characters. being accused of being a racist is being accused of a moral failing. horrible, heart breaking and shame on the people who are doing this to just do that. >> jesse: tomorrow, horace, joe biden will be in buffalo. he made time for it in his schedule very quickly. what do you expect him to say because yip i don't have a lot of hope for joe biden to bring the country together. do you?

and chief for the federalist and she has been following the investigation from the start. all right, what do we expect to happen this week and what went down today, mollie? >> today was just about jury selection. and 12 jurors were seated with four alternates. they will really begin their work tomorrow somewhat challenging to get a jury in d.c. many people expressed that they would be unable to be impartial because of their hatred for president trump. this is a town that votes overwhelmingly democrat and it has a lot of high profile people in jury pools. the good news is they were able to see the a jury and tomorrow things get going with marc elias who is the democrat election lawyer who was involved in the russian collusion. actually hired fusion gps to launch this operation. he will be testifying tomorrow along with an fbi special agent. so we will know a lot more starting tomorrow. >> jesse: all right. well we will use you, mollie. because i know you have sources inside the trial. hopefully this thing isn't too rigged they don't have jim comey

carve out more bike paths. make sidewalks wider and lower the speed limit. joe is going with a spend first build later approach. is he just going to send pallets of cash to deep blue cities and hope they actually, you know, work things out later. i mean, to me it sounds like bike pride but what do i know in the goal they say is to stop car accidents by getting people to drive less while investing in more bike paths to keep bikers safe. but not everybody can just bike wherever they want like mayor pete who, you know, actually driven to a cabinet meeting in an suv and then got out of the car to bike the last 100 yards for the cameras. don't get me wrong, we should definitely invest in keeping everybody on the streets safe. some bikers, especially in these major cities are crazy. like playing a game of frogger every time you cross the street here in new york. but it seems like the biden administration is going to focus on and throw money at anything.

civil rights. >> jesse: have you seen the materials that your son is studying that affected his brain? >> yeah. i talked to the school as well. >> jesse: oh, you did? >> oh, yes. so, when this program was put into motion, i talked to the school and they told me that he could be a black spokesperson for the black community. when i told him i didn't think that that would be appropriate. they told me that if he was uncomfortable with the conversations, he and other children of color could go to a safe place during these conversations and that's segregation. >> jesse: oh boy. and your son's father, who is african-american, how does he feel about all of this? >> i'm a single mom. >> jesse: okay. >> so i'm teaching him everything. >> jesse: that's tough and we salute you for that and we hope everything works out and your son gets out of this phase and he can learn about writing and arithmetic instead of critical race theory. i think that would be better for

as a whole. and look at this. 75% of americans think the country is headed in the wrong direction. i guess biden was unified america. we all agree the country is in bad shape under his leadership. the democrat party is past the point of resuscitation and they know it they are no longer worried about passing their agenda. i mean the senate back stabber himself got into the white house and failed to move build back better. now the american people hammered on crime corruption. the president is left with limited options. he is now turning to name calling, race-baiting and supreme court leaks. how will these factors play out this summer? michele bachmann is the dean of regent university grad school of government. so you got a lot of things in play. the economic turmoil. but now you have this crazy abortion situation. you got the new shooting that they are going to glom on to.
