♪ ♪ >> kayleigh: this is "outnumbered." i'm kayleigh mcenany here with my cohost, emily compagno. also joining us, julie banderas, tomi lahren, and raymond arroyo. just six days until the biden administration will lift to title 42 border restrictions.

the feds are reporting a record shattering number of migrant encounters with a quarter of a just last month alone. that's a record. this, while our drone captured some pretty disturbing images at our southern border just over the last three days. on saturday we saw just how brazen migrants have become, not even barbed wire stopping them from hopping a fence onto private property in texas. then, just hours later on sunday morning, and even larger group numbering roughly 150 is seen wading in the river and crossing illegally into our country. and yesterday that scene was repeated and multiplied several times over, raising fears that the worst is yet to come. raymond, it's hard to believe that 234,000 migrant encounters in april, record, and 100,000 released into the interior of the country. think of that, one month, attended a million people. just to put this in perspective, title 42 is listed, we have a number all our viewers need to

know. 1.9 million migrants with title 42. imagine adding to these record-shattering number is another million illegal immigrants. >> raymond: kayleigh, i spent a lot of time at that border, and with border patrol, texas public safety. they will tell you title 42 is a gift to them because it allows them to turn away so many of these migrants. but now i am told by border patrol that they feel they can't let their superiors know that they are doing it. so many of the families, if it's a family unit or a minor, they are letting them through despite title 42. but here's a large issue, and the biden administration says the health crisis is over, we can lift this now. well, we can't buy that when in the city, in new york city, your mayor is now saying we may have to put masks back on. there are still vaccine mandates all across this country, yet we are letting thousands of unvented people into the country per day, and by the administration's own estimate,

18,000 people could be coming into the country daily if you lift title 42. how that's a good idea, i don't understand at all. >> kayleigh: no, and the administration, emily, they don't care about the national security threat were illegal inl immigration. under that bridge where there were thousands of migrants in del rio, even the network news was covering it. do you you would think they care about. but maybe they will be saved by a federal judge appointed by former president trump. >> emily: all signs point to the fact that the judge will rule in favor arguing against lifting it. he already granted the temporary restraining order. he said yes, the states have established an immediate threat of substantial and irreparable harm of a multitude of areas, everything from health care and law enforcement to detention and processing for the migrants themselves. so the irony is one of the

strongest arguments for keeping title 42 in place, with the benefits of the migrants themselves, because it allows the process to unfold with something less than drinking from a fire hose. keep in mind, these 24 states have argued that the burden is so substantial in so many of these areas that prioritizing these migrants over these tax-pink citizens, the lead states, they are not border states. it includes states like missouri that have felt the effects from letting the migrants in to the tune of hundreds of thousands during this time period. and the final point is that biden's administration is arguing in part that this is the cdc's discretion and authority because it has to do with public health rather than immigration. again, the judge has confirmed the arguments from the states of that substantial burden in the larger picture and also took a pointed interest on the nexus between letting in that flow, not stymieing it, in the nexus with the drug smuggling.

that's one of the major problems obviously in this country. we will stay tuned, but i think it's looking good and we should expect a decision before may 23rd. >> kayleigh: "the new york times" warned about this. not just by trump officials, they were also worn by them. but also warned by biden's own pollster. his lead pollster was already sounding the alarm that certain gathering threats could sink support for the president and his party. immigration is a growing vulnerability for the president. they weren't in a long time ago that voters do not feel he has a plan to address the situation. he wouldn't even listen to the poster. >> julie: emily mentioned the optics. this administration doesn't care about the optics. we've been watching these aerial photos and videos of immigrants coming over the border, drowning in rivers with guards standing by and watching people die at the hands of the biden administration. we are at this point -- the

number of illegal immigrants crossing into our country every day is the highest numbers in two decades. two decades. so now they are going to lift title 42, may 23rd they will lift it if the judge doesn't have his way. april, 117,000 plus migrants cross into the country. thanks to title 42, 98,908 of them were expelled. like you said, in one month, title 42 prevented 98,000 migrants. that means 100,000 migrants a month are going to be welcomed, and not only welcomed without masks, but welcomed without vaccines, and yet some of their states are actually mandating masks again. but if you are illegal, come on in. no masks and bring us your covid. >> kayleigh: tomi, i want to get your thoughts. something i'm hearing about, this incident. let's watch. >> i promise you this people will pay. they will be -- there's an

investigation underway now and there will be consequences. there will be consequences. it's an embarrassment. it's beyond in embarrassment. it's dangerous. it's wrong. it's in the wrong message around the world, the wrong message at home. it is simply not who we are. >> it's been months at this point we don't have the conclusion the president has wanted. secretary mayorkas said they would be a conclusion. so why is it taking so long? >> i don't have an update on that. the department of homeland security, that's where you mention secretary mayorkas, that's where that review sits. >> kayleigh: that was biden earlier commenting on it and now they won't comment on it, some undetermined time. >> tomi: it was my only ally, the people who don't have an understanding of what it takes to be a border patrol agent, especially on horseback, this

also goes to the bigger scene here, which is demonizing law enforcement wherever they may b. of course with our border patrol agents. they demonizing people, they are being overwhelmed and overrun on a daily basis. these are the folks who not only are tasked with protecting and defending our country, but also the very illegal immigrants in their care. back to letting these people in and the expiration of title 42? listen, that's eventually going to go away. we need to have a bigger plane here. it's not just at the biden to administration and democrats don't have a plan, the plan is not to have a plan. the plan is that the optics might look not great for them right now and they might take a hit in the midterms, but they don't care. these are future voters. they want to bring in as many as possible, change the voting rules and regulations, provide amnesty, and get these people voting. we already have shortages of items as simple as baby formula. now what's going to happen when we have 18,000, 20,000 people a day coming into this country,

[laughter] i think i'm going to create a new game where whichever side of the couch has the more convincing arguments, i'm going to gravitate over there. but the thing i found amazing watching this, it's hard to imagine a more inarticulate, inept politician then joe biden, but joe biden has found it in kamala harris. the reason the staff is fleeing from her office is because of moments like this. i don't know who is writing the speeches but they should be fired instantly. even symone sanders, her former p.r. hack now it in bc, the first interview of that show was with jill biden, not her former boss, because she knows this woman is bad for ratings. when you have lost charlamagne tha god, he lost everybody. >> kayleigh: elon musk has thoughts. i don't know if they will top raymond's, but here they go. >> whoever controls the

teleprompter. the path to power is the path to the teleprompter. i do feel like if somebody would accidentally lean on the teleprompter, it's going to be like "anchorman." >> kayleigh: 100%. which would be a and other drinking game. >> emily: this man has voted overwhelmingly for democrats as he has said freely but they have decided to vilify him. they are calling him a robber baron and a racist because they are allergic to common sense. he talks about the roots of inflation and that the federal government was writing checks like there's no tomorrow, driving up spending, driving up inflation, and he also talked about the issues of the democrat party, which they are totally beholden to and absolutely handcuffed by the unions. this is what the democrat party doesn't like. in addition to the truth, simple common sense. they decided to create him and hold him out as a pariah and ignore the point he's making, which is that, for someone with a really large platform, they

when a president or vice president shows up, there's all kinds of paraphernalia and people and i know it's not easy. i want to thank your law enforcement officers for not just what they did in this crisis, but for accommodating us, and all the elected officials and law enforcement officers, first responders, and faith leaders here today. we have come to stand with you, and to the families, we have come to agree with you. it's not the same, but we know a little bit of what it's like to lose a piece of your soul, whether it's a son, a daughter, it has been to, a wife, a mother, a father. the feeling of having that, as i said to some of you when we talked privately, you feel like there's a black hole in your chest and you're being sucked into it, and you're suffocating, unable to breathe. that's how it felt like, at least to us, and i'm sure some version of that feels that way to you. the anger, the pain. the depth of a loss that is so

family. and zaire goodman, shot through the neck but fighting through it. both treated with injuries and on a long road to recovery. individual lives of love, service to community, speaks to the bigger story of who we are as americans. a great nation, because we are good people. jill and i bring you this message from deep in our nation's sole in america evil will not win, i promise you. hate will not prevail. and white supremacy will not have the last word. but evil did come to buffalo. it's come to all too many places, manifest in a gunman who

is rooted in fear and racism. it has taken so much. ten lives cut short in a grocery store. three other wounded by a hateful individual, who had driven 200 miles from binghamton, at range, to carry out a murderous, racist rampage that he would live stream to the world. what happened here is simple and straightforward: terrorism. domestic terrorism. violence inflicted in the service of hate and a vicious thirst for power that defines one group of people being inherently inferior to any other group. a hate to that, through the media and politics, the internet, has radicalized angry,

alienated, lost, and isolated individuals into falsely believing that they will be replaced. that's the word, "replaced," by the other. by people who don't look like them, and you are therefore, in their perverse ideology, that they are being fed and possessed, lesser beings. i reject the lied. i call on all americans to reject the lie, and i condemn those who spread the lie for power, political gain, and for profit. [applause] that's what it is. we have now seen too many times the deadly and destructive violence this ideology and unleashes. we've heard the chance, "you will not replace us," in child

till virginia. i wasn't going to run , as the senator knows, for president. when i saw those people coming out of the woods and the fields in virginia, in charlottesville, carrying torches, shouting "you will not replace us," accompanied by white supremacists and carrying nazi banners, that's what i said no. honest to god, those who know me, i wasn't going to run for certain. but i was going to be darned if i was going to let them win. look, we have seen the mass shootings in charleston, south carolina, el paso, texas, and pittsburgh. last year in atlanta, this week in dallas, texas, and now in buffalo. buffalo, new york. white supremacy is a poison. it's a poison. [applause] it really is.

running through her body of politics. it's been allowed to fester and grow right in front of our eyes. no more. i mean, no more. we need to see dominic say as clearly as we can that the ideology of white supremacy has no place in america. none. [applause] and, look, not saying that is going to be complicity. silence is complicity. we cannot remain silent. our nation's strength has always come from the idea -- is going to sound corny, but think about it. with the idea of our nation? we are all children of god. life, liberty, universal goods, gifts of god. we didn't get it from the

government, we got it because we exist. we are called upon to defend them. the venom of the haters and their weapons of war, the violence in words and deeds that stock our streets, our stories, our schools. this venom, this violence, cannot be the story of our time. we cannot allow that to happen. look, i'm not naive. i know tragedy will come again. it cannot be forever overcome. it cannot be fully understood, either. but there are certain things we can do. we can keep assault weapons off our streets. lou done it before. i did it when i passed a crime bill last time, and violence went down. shootings went down. you can't prevent people from being radicalized to violence, but we can address the relentless exploitation of the internet to recruit and mobilize

terrorism. we just need to have the courage to do that, to stand up. look, the american experiment in democracy is in a danger like it hasn't been in my lifetime. it's a this hour. hate and fear have been given too much oxygen by those who pretend to love america, but who don't understand america. to confront the ideology of hate requires caring about all people, not making distinctions. in the scripture we see that we are all part of the divine. "love thy neighbor as thyself." that the america i know and that jill knows. we are the most multiracial, most dynamic nation in the history of the world. now is the time for people of

all races, every background, to speak up as a majority in america and reject white supremacy. these actions we have seen in these hate filled attacks represent the views of the hateful minority. we can't allow them to destroy america, the real america. we can't allow them to destroy the soul of the nation. as president of the united states, i traveled the world all the time. and other nations asked me, heads of state in other countries ask me, "what's going on? when in god's name happen on january 6th? what happened in buffalo?" they ask. we have to refuse to live in a country where black people going about of weekly grocery shopping can be gunned down by weapons of war, deployed in a racist cause. laughter refuse to live in a

country where fear and lies are packaged for power and for profit. we must all enlist in this great cause for america. this is work that requires all of us -- presidents, politicians, commentators, citizens, none of us can stay on the sidelines. we have to resolve here in buffalo that, from a tragedy, will come hope and light and life. it has to. and not on our watch, the sacred cause of america will never bow, never break, never bend. the america we love, the one we love will endure. the families, from your pain may we find purpose to live a life worthy of the loved ones you lost. from a hymn based on the 91st

psalm, may he raise you up on eagles wings and bury it in the breath of done. make you to shine like the sun and holding in in the palm of his hand. that's my wish for us. we can do this if we resolve to do it. if we take on the haters, and those who don't even care. it's just about profit and politics. may the souls of the fallen rest in peace and rise in glory, and may god guide the united states of america now and always. to the families, my grandpop used to say when i walk out of his home in scranton, "joey, spread the faith." or, keep the faith. and my grandma would say, "no, joey, spread the faith." we are thinking of you. hold onto each other tightly.

stick together. we will get through this and make buffalo and the united states a better place to live than it is today. [applause] >> tomi: that is president biden saying "evil will not win" as he paid homage to the ten innocent lives lost on a saturday that dominic afternoon at a supermarket. over to you, emily. ♪ ♪ >> about 11:00 saturday evening, the interception of an unknown aircraft, our purpose was to determine what that aircraft was and if it was legitimately in the area. after, we sent it to the washington area for six unidentified bogeys or unknown objects they had reported over there. when we got to washington, we

were expecting to descend to 1,000 feet. >> emily: that was lieutenant win patterson back in 1952. now fast-forward to today and congress is holding its first hearing in 50 years on what the pentagon now calls unidentified aerial phenomena, otherwise known as ufos. years of mysterious flying objects with no propulsion systems and unusual movement patterns. the defense department is concerned they could be new technology developed by other countries and therefore pose a slight safety hazard or worse. in today's hearing, the pentagon is releasing declassified videos of these objects/and past pilots including this one showing two small triangle shaped objects spotted by night vision goggles. they explain more about these

encounters. watch. >> there have been no collisions between any uss in one of these ua ps, correct k'nex because we haven't had a clinician but at least 11 near misses. >> maybe we'll talk about any of those places where there's close park to the knee. have we been able to communicate with those objects? >> no. an example from the video we shared dominic showed earlier, it appears to be something that is unmanned, appears to be something that may or may not be in controlled flight, so we have not attempted any communication with them. >> emily: not that we know about, because here is what is so fascinating to me, raymond. this is the tip of the iceberg, obviously. they've declassified a certain amount of information. but a dod official who spoke on anonymity says that essentially the oversight aspect of the government has been really stonewalled. that we don't have a lot of information. and he says there are people with knowledge of the phenomena

who have yet to contribute to the oversight effort. these people exist and they are protecting this information. with all we are learning today there is so much more that we are learning hopefully soon. >> raymond: i watched a chunk of this hearing so you wouldn't have to. you are probably glued to it. we expected captain kirk and star lord but we got adam schiff and a cast of bureaucrats who basically told us, don't worry, this may or may not be something. it could or could not. this was the most confusing crap-filled hearing i've heard in years, and i've covered a lot of them. we need serious oversight. the national defense authorization act has an investigative office we are paying for set up with three people manning it to look into these unidentified flying objects. here's why it's important. there may be a national security at stake here. you have new technology being employed by our enemies, and we don't know a lot about it. maybe the government does, that we and the oversight authority,

the congress, do not. the truth is out there, but we should know more about it. search and they are representative's need to. >> emily: that's right, and we are paying for it, as he pointed out. a tech pioneer has won exactly what raymond touched on, the artificial intelligence poses a greater threat, any type of alien invasion circa armageddon. >> julie: it's still hard to believe. i understand congress is doing it, good for them, i hope they find something, but they haven't made communication, which means they are trying to community with aliens, and that's comforting to know. it's also comforting to know there is going to be a dangerous alien invasion. that's something to look forward to. i think they are making a living on this earth more exciting. it's hard to believe it but i'm all for it. >> emily: people are communicating with aliens all day all day on those dating apps.
