the way of the now. they plummeted because of multiple setbacks. the stock market is an indicator of this. on that wave of spending that we cannot afford and we did not need. on covid, on infrastructure, and climate, and bailouts, and with $40 billion mark soon slated to go out the window to you. this is a total and complete travesty and by the way, that recession because the inflation, it was preventable. but now, it is too late. mothers are still struggling to find baby food. basic nutrition for their infants. when biden said, he would have the most diverse cabinet in history, we did not realize that also meant turning america into the third world. which brings us to setback number two. beyond the -- economy, the -- disinformation board and their misinformation, they are. >> the board has never convened.

all. >> charlie: and there's a lot of evidence that they are having to pay people to go up there to protest. i think that most american people, wherever you come down on the issue of abortion, you believe that actually putting these questions in the hands of the electorate of the american people to put their representative scott to make laws that that is actually an eminently sensible way of dealing with an issue that is those has divided this country for 50 years, exactly because as you play out, the justices ripped the decision away from the american people and put it in the hands of nine unelected rogue justices. but you know, we are entering every kind of a scary time right now because, you know, there's nothing more dangerous than dangerous -- and desperate politicians who have enjoyed paragraph and have enjoyed complete power in washington for

campaigning for office is espousing. they want a secure border and a strong economy. big deal. that is what most people want. >> mollie: it is democrats who keep on saying they're going to replace republican voters with other voters. but it is actually really stupid that they thought that demographic change would harm that republican party. right now, that republican party is a multiracial working-class party. it has made tremendous gains in recent years with a wide variety of americans, different ethnicities and economic classes because it is creating policies that are appealing to those people. what we saw in the last five or six years with an embrace of protecting a border, of caring about middle-class workers, of taking on global threats to the country, of not doing these never-ending wars without a clear entrance or exit strategy. that appeals to a broad multiracial group of people. and so for them to and so for them to when this thing it is saying right now it is the worst possible moment that they could be doing it.

espouses that, basically on line. the promise, how would that work, exactly? what is hate speech to one person may not be hate speech to another as we can see from the protests in the street. it is so despicable and to think about what kind of monsters take a horrible tragedy like this, a personal tragedy to the breaks everybody's hearts. takes a tragedy like this and uses it to advance some weird local agenda that they have got going. you have got to be really, really messed up in the head to see an opportunity to see this as an opportunity to do that kind of thing. but look at the polk two biggest agenda items, playing race politics and global warming which are both the fearmongering really discussing tactics and the reason they do that, the ret democrats resort to the is because they have no hope of actually fixing any of the real problems that affect people's lives. and in fact, they have made them

worse and those things are destruction from it. and going back to "hannity" team's played about the republican party today, the reason so many hispanic voters have come to the republican party is because they believe in a secure border, too and think about this. how racist is it that you have an entire democrat party who believes, okay you are a hispanic voter? therefore you must love open borders. that is the most racist thing i have ever heard. i know plenty of -- yeah, i know. i know plenty of hispanic voters. they want a secure border as much as anybody else. >> laura: you bet. i want to get to this point about what chuck schumer said about one particular republican senator. watch. >> one member of the other side chose to make a show and obstruct the ukraine funding. we know full well he did not stop the passage. to stop funding for political motives is to only strengthen putin's hand.

>> so the outstanding vote will come from lancaster. but there's also a lot of military ballots and still some mail-in ballots that will be coming in with in the next day or two. so you know, i would keep my eye on the -- and lancaster county. but also just to look at the military in particular from allegheny county where mccormick has done very good worry -- very, very well to understand what is going on in this election. >> laura: we see that political election projections are things that cnn is reporting that beaver county absentees with mccormick knitting 217 votes. that closed a margin earlier today. and that is a small -- relatively small county. but the thought is i guess on a lot of these mail-in ballots he

is outpacing oz. >> salena: mccormick did very well in that last and if you know anything about this conservative populist movement and sort of comes from pennsylvania. actually really beginning in 2006, when republicans lost the house. but yourself voters becoming more antiestablishment, right? and moving towards for a different candidate. and so his energy has come from the west. so as you look at some of these counties, they still have some outstanding either mail-in ballots or military ballots. those benefit mccormick. this is going to be incredibly tight result. however, if you ask me tonight, those whose campaign i would want to be in, it will probably be mccormick's. >> laura: so even though right now down by what is the exact number? by 1200 votes? what is it?

>> salena: yes. yesterday and i was really pleased. it was a record turnout in pennsylvania, as you sent with the three leading candidates all running on an american first agenda. and our campaign had put a lot of energy and time into focusing on these absentee voters and focusing on our ground game and so that has paid off. big dividends and there's a huge number of evident -- absentee ballots which we are winning disproportionately enter is what i have a lot of confidence that i'm going to win this. there's tens of thousands of outstanding absentee ballots and i will win those disproportionately and that is what you saw happen over the last 12 hours or so, is mehmet oz's lead got cut by more than half because of the absentee ballots that came in. >> laura: in the last hour, on kennedy's show, oz appeared. we will play part of it.

>> sean: this election is ours. we have done well. >> dr. oz: this election is ours. we have done well. >> secretary mccormick: i see it differently. we will figure this out soon enough. i think what happened was really a groundswell of support for me and i'm really pleased with where things stand. if you look at buses -- what has happened today, what i've been saying and i said last night when we sort of shut down for the evening, i said that there are tens of thousands of absentee ballots that will be counted and when they are counted, i am hoping to take the lead. we are on that path and i think it will be a great moment for folks pennsylvania and a great moment for our party because it allows us the opportunity once we resolve this to bring a great party together. i look forward to doing that. i think there's a great opportunity to bring our party together event it in the america first agenda. i can go into november and beat john fetterman. there's lots of independence and

allegedly involved in four other robberies, one being just five minutes before mr. earley was tropic chicago police decided not to chase the stolen mw that this alleged attacker is. joining me now is garrett mccarthy. current police chief of when the springs, illinois. i want to be clear, i'm not blaming the officers here. it seems these chase rules about when you can chase or when you should chase involved like a big balancing test. tell us why this is problematic and it seems to be leading industries to an attempted murder. >> laura, you can boil those 13 pages down to one sentence. it is simple. book. the danger created by the pursuit has to outweigh the danger of that individual getting away.
