a full extension of the expanded subsidies. bill clinton's former treasury secretary has been warning about inflation for months and says things will get worse when inflation is a bit of both four percent unemployment's been below four percent. we've always had a recession within the next two years. the likelihood is that we're not going to get through this with a soft landing. when biden took office, inflation was just one point four percent. today's eight point three percent. some blame the president's massive one point nine trillion covid relief package. guys certainly have something to do with it. all right, lucas , thank you very much. larry kudlow s president biden knows the economy is headed towards the recession and continues doubling down on bad policy regardless. biden couldn't resist his attack on successful people once again calling for a confiscatory weathertech and punitive international taxes on american companies.

so here we go again. higher taxes will reduce inflation really actually higher tax rates will reduce economic growth incentives and will lead to supply side inflation increases . so there's no inflation reset for mr. biden today. it's vladimir putin's fault. we're going fossil free instead of increasing oil and gas production, we're going to keep on federal spending and borrowing and debt creation and none of this is going to hurt the economy or working folks one bit. he's right about that for dollars. sixty seven cents per gallon of gas every morning we wake up and it's a new record high and it's only going to continue to get worse if we're going to hit five dollars a gallon at some point. absolutely guaranteed. but what's so befuddling to me is how do we respond to this ? what's the answer? student debt forgiveness. i mean, on every single level that is the worst idea

possible. the people that are suffering the most by and large are people that did not go to college so therefore do not have a ridiculous college loan debt. but putting that aside for a moment, pumping even more free money into the economy will do what ? wait for it, make inflation worse. and the fact that this is even a thing that we need to discuss just shows how off the rails this administration is right now. economic policy pretty simple. you pump money in inflation. there's nothing really to discuss yet. this white house continues to do it at every dollar a gallon and there were stories like these anecdotal stories. but still they're happening across the country of gas stations that are adding digits display because it may go to ten dollars a gallon for diesel if it is the same. but you are right to bring up the student loan debt. the bush administration is apparently leaning towards canceling ten thousand dollars in student loan debt per

jameel, despite the weight of the evidence. did durham really have any legit shot at a conviction with a jury pool the way it was and the obama appointed judge allowing that jury to be the jury? you know, i thought i was actually surprised at the way this played out. i thought the feds actually had a pretty strong case against sussmann. look, i think i think this was a challenging jury pool, as you point out that restrictions on what the judge allowed the, the prosecutors to present . but look, the, the charge were also hard to meet, right? they had had to demonstrate that he was that he was knowingly lying and that he was lying about a material fact. the fact that matter to the fbi decision on whether to go forward. and so this was an uphill battle for the or the prosecution as it is in every case having to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt and in this case unfortunately appears to the prosecutors weren't able to do it when it came. yeah. one of the members of the jury so that they donated to

the interesting part of this whole story, carly, is that , you know, what was clear was michael sussmann was in the middle of providing this information both to the media and the fbi. and so this question of in one case was he was helping the clinton campaign. on the other hand , he wasn't you know, so it's very problematic and you're exactly right to raise the questions about, you know, how is there not a connection between these two have to be a good samaritan . we can have situations on one hand and they've been working politically for the campaign and not be tony fauci, by the way, that you were actually you know, you were responsible for the information going to the media and so i think that presents a real challenge here and continues to raise these questions. these people who are engaged in multiple activities and claiming to know or at least make it appear like they're not i think that makes this a real problem and i think that now, you know, a lot of situations have come out and so now the public is aware of what was going on . and of course we know about that lawyer at the fbi

1:40 am
men have a biological advantage that is embedded down to their d telling dna and it doesn't change identifying to the opposite gender. we have to return to the science that proves there is no advantage between men and women. this isn't rocket science but this is science that's been taught since the early days in elementary school. small children can tell the difference between men and women. when the scientist tossed out the window, women are hurt and will continue to be hurt because thomas was allowed to compete and because thomas was able to compete, riley had to wait for her shift. this is insulting. for thomas just to say that it doesn't matter that he doesn't have an advantage, it selfish, wafting over the pima athletes stepping want to get to the top and while this might not be the intent, can't ignore the reality that the advantage is still there. >> what do you think the role should be when it comes to trans athletes and women in sports?
