gear, the proceeds will be donated to the honor flight network. great gifts for dad. spend $75, get a free t-shirt. check it out. thank you for watching. greg gutfeld is next. [chanting] >> fox news alert, swarming the streets outside supreme court justice brett kavanaugh home hours after a california man is charged with attempted murder. >> todd: part of the same group that posted a map of justices' homes after a draft opinion overturning roe v. wade. you're watching "fox and friends first," i'm todd piro.
1:01 am
>> carley: i'm carley shimkus. that group is trying to distance itself saying it is committed to nonviolence. it also called brett kavanaugh names and said the -- with a gun. >> todd: brooke singman has more. brooke. >> brooke: good morning, pro-choice activists outside brett kavanaugh's home just hours after a man was charged with attempting to murder kavanaugh. protesters chanting slogans and banging drums. scenes like this playing out at the homes of justices since the leak of the draft opinion that would roll back abortion process. threats like the one against kavanaugh will persist especially as democrats turn a blind eye.
1:02 am
>> i wrote a letter in may to merrick garland to arrest protesters. there is a law, you cannot go to a judge's home or juror's house and intimidate while they are doing their job. they have not been arrested because they are trying to get an outcome they agree with. >> brooke: a criminal complaint shows a man call said to report himself and admitted to a murder suicide plot. the suspected would-be assassin was armed with a backpack full of weapons including a glock and duct tape. he found kavanaugh's address online. the national guard is ready to deploy once the supreme court issues its roe v. wade opinion.
1:03 am
>> this is just the beginning, this summer will be ugly, we have to get to the bottom of this. this could be criminal conspiracy that needs to be investigated by the left's own standards. we might have to appoint a commission and hold hearings. we have a criminal leak, a group protesting outside the house, an attorney general not doing anything about this, a senator who is agitating, a white house who is giving us license. these people insighted violence and we need to hold them accountable if they did. anybody who has their hands on this should face consequences, again, by the left's own standards. >> carley: bring in judicial watch president tom fenton. good morning. if the death threat wasn't enough, yesterday protesters
1:04 am
were marching outside justice kavanaugh's home, which is in violation of federal law. why the inaction from merrick garland? >> you think, the justice department under biden is run by pro-abortion fanatics. the only conclusion one with draw, they support these illegal effortss to intimidate supreme court justices. this decision has not been released yet, there is still a chance that maybe the results can change. when you get someone like this person who traveled across the country, got out in front of kavanaugh's home with the intent of killing him, his family and kavanaugh were home at the time, by the way. this is the natural conclusion or natural outgrowth of this type of campaign, which is endorsed by the white house. the white house does not object
1:05 am
to these illegal intimidation tactics. this is deadly serious, could get someone killed and the pelosi house refuses to pass legislation that could expand security to include the families. these justices have family members who are covered typically by protective services around the courts. i don't understand it -- i do understand it. they like this intimidation and the party is in on it. these are dangerous times for our republic. if i were the supreme court, i would release the opinion as soon as possible. if a justice is killed, the opinion could change and that is incentive and i would update the american people in the least on the investigation into this criminal leaker, this attacker
1:06 am
on the court. kavanaugh, by the way, i attended the hearings, they were violent. there was intimidation and involved assaulting members of the senate staff and others attending hearings and we have chuck schumer threatening the supreme court. we're going -- we're going to get you, he said about kavanaugh and gorsuch specifically and now we have the latest. i've never seen anything like this in my adult life and our supreme court and that means our republic is under attack and i suspect we won't hear much about that tonight as the networks give this unprecedented coverage to those in the house who supposedly are concerned about democracy. >> todd: you mentioned chuck schumer, here is his veiled call
1:07 am
to action. listen. >> gorsuch, kavanaugh, you have released a whirlwind and you will pay the price. [cheering] >> you won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions. >> todd: tom, is it any wonder somebody like this would-be assassin would take cues from democratic leadership? >> should have called him over grand jury over comments like that designed to intimidate the court. this language continues to be echoed to this day. garland yesterday is saying, we oppose intimidation and violence. yes, but they allow intimidation that is violation of the law when you show up outside a justice's house, you are in violation of federal law.
1:08 am
if you're out there to try to affect or -- a course of action the court is about to take. garland is in on it, biden's white house endorsed these types of campaigns and pelosi and chuck schumer are in on it, as well. pelosi has an opportunity. go ahead. >> carley: when this draft opinion was leaked, you did have pro-life centers being fire bombed, churches being vandalized and the addresses of the supreme court justices leaked online. you could see this coming from a mile away. some of the justices went into hideing and press secretary jen psaki said this. watch this. >> we believe in peace profl test, i know there is outrage about protests that have been peaceful to date and we continue
1:09 am
to encourage that outside of judge's homes and that is the president's position. >> carley: she says they encourage that outside judges' homes, peacefully protesting, but a protest nonetheless. >> an illegal protest is not a peaceful protest, it is unlawful, it is necessarily intimitory. the biden white house knows better, but they like the intimidation, i don't know a different conclusion when you see language like that out of the white house and you have pelosi sitting on security measures for the supreme court this is intimidation campaign against supreme court of the united states, never seen anything like it in american history. we've got the biden white house encouraging. you have schumer encouraging it and pelosi encouraging it and we
1:10 am
almost saw a supreme court justice and his family assassinated yesterday and there is still silence as these intimidation protests continue, even after the assassination campaign. >> carley: that bill that passed in the bipartisan fashion in the senate back in may to provide additional security for the justices, but it stalled in the house. hopefully nancy pelosi brings it up today because clearly it is necessary. thank you for joining us this morning. >> i think the senate bill passed 100-0, more than bipartisan, it is super bipartisan. >> todd: thank you. day after the decisive recall of da chesa boudin, hoping new audio will help them meet july deadline for signatures. jailhouse call obtained by fox news captures an accused killer
1:11 am
for a plea deal if the progressive los angeles da is removed from office. listen. >>-- they re-elect somebody else besides gascon and bring back that little [bleep] death penalty. manslaughter only carries six, nine and 12. >> todd: needs 566 signatures by next month to get the measure on the november ballot. leading republican candidates for governor are vowing to take action against progressive da bragg as crime in new york city soars. >> on day one of my administration, i will remove alvin bragg, love to see recall option in state of new york. without that, i want to make sure that as governor we do everything we can to protect our citizens.
1:12 am
>> todd: that was andrew giuliani. zeldon says he will fire alvin bragg for his refusal to follow the law. >> todd: randy suton predictss chesa boudin's recall will have an effect across the country. >> too late for that, they have already made their bed. the people are seeing it. i can actually play a role in my own public safety by banding together and working together to say enough is enough. it's time to bring justice back to our streets. it's time to take our criminal laws and enforce them. we have seen just the opposite from gascon, seen the opposite from chesa boudin and now it is time for the people to speak. i think what we are seeing here
1:13 am
is democracy in action in a major way. >> todd: the recall results were not close, 60's % of voters wanted chesa boudin out. >> carley: testimony from an 11-year-old survivor of the uvalde school shooting who played dead by covering her face and clothes in her best friend's blood. the fourth grader sharing the haunting story in a pre-recorded video. watch this. >> i thought he was going to come back to -- blood and put it all over me. >> do you feel safe at school? why not? >> [indiscernible] >> do you think it is going to happen again? >> carley: god bless her. attorney general merrick garland named a team of experts to review the uvalde police democrat's response to the shooting that claimed the life
1:14 am
of 19 students and two teachers. each has responded to similar mass shootings and stressed the review as not a criminal investigation. the democrat-led house passing sweeping gun control bill that would raise minimum age for purchasing semiautomatic rifles from 18 to 21 and improve mental health program, bolster school security and ban high capacity ammo and magazines. the bill is unlikely to pass the senate. it comes as congresswoman alexandria ocasio-cortez attempting to divert attention away from the gun violence despite laws on the books and pin the blame on republicans instead. >> there is no discussion about gun violence in new york city without discussing the iran pipeline, florida, georgia, north carolina, south carolina, ohio, no discussion about gun violence in chicago without talking about indiana because
1:15 am
violence and mothers we have to comfort are losing children due to the guns and the carnage on the lawlessness unleashed by those states. this is blood money. >> carley: new york city seeing percentages of crime and shootings jump by double digits just this year. >> todd: democrats in congress push bills to roll back the second amendment, new poll shows twice as many americans are worry body inflation compared to gun violence and shows president biden's approval rating hitting a record low as gas prices hit a record high. >> another record- setting price for gasoline on the virge of $5 a gallon for first time in history. price of regular gas $4.97, in california, $6.40 according to triple a. price of gas doubled since
1:16 am
president biden took office, it has been going up since he was elected in 2020. twice as many americans think inflation is the most important issue facing americans. 17% say gun violence. same poll shows the president's approval rating continues to plummet. 35% job approval tying the lowest mark of his presidency. "new york times" publishing a story saying biden white house struggles to talk about inflation and cites one expert who called it a problem from hell. today's rapid price increase fastest since the 1980'ss, posted glaring liability that looms over every major policy decision the white house makes. last night the president conducted first interview in four months. here he is with jimmy kimmel. >> we have the fastest growing
1:17 am
economy in the world, the world, the world. 8.6 million new jobs just since i got in office, enemployment rate is down. reduced deficit by 320 billion and this year by 1.7 trillion dollars, trillion dollars. >> price of gas increased since biden was elected, approval numbers decreased. it was said president obama told him his approval numbers were tied to the price of gasoline, it appears the same thing today. >> todd: especially when $5 per gallon number is coming, could be tomorrow, could be saturday. it is coming lucas tomlinson. thank you so much. what is happening today debut of contlo versial saudi-backed liv golf tournament in london. this is practice footage, yesterday phil mickelson, justin

thomas and sergio garcia. they will announce punishment for members of the new leg, that may include suspension on case-by-case basis. again, these are not scrubs, this is dechambeau and -- i understand mickelson, mickelson has arthritis, no way he's winning pga tournament again, chambeau , reed and johnson could win countless events, yet they are going to the liv tournament. >> carley: they made controversial decision, but they are not scrubs. >> todd: parts of midwest waking up to destruction in the trail of violent tornados. >> nope, nope. look at it. okay. >> you see it? >> kind of. >> you got to be kidding me, get
1:19 am
in your bathroom. >> todd: latest on severe storms we are tracking. >> carley: terrifying. pro-life center in buffalo is firebombed by the same activist who hurled molotov cocktails last month, head of the group is here to tell us if he's heard democrats condemn the violence plus jimmy failla, and michael waltz out here live on "fox and friends first." dad, when is the future? um, oh wow. um, the future is, uh, what's ahead of us. i don't get it. yeah. maybe this will help. so now we're in the present. and now... we're in the future. the all-electric chevy bolt euv with available super cruise™ for hands-free driving. - dad. - yeah?

1:25 am
joins me now. good morning. it is such a scary time. this happened to your center on tuesday, two days ago, tell us what happened. >> thank you for having me this morning. tuesday morning at 2:30 -- from our facility in buffalo and they when they got there saw the windows were broken and fires had been lit in the office and reception area. there was significant damage, the building extensive 25% fire damage and smoke damage throughout. it will take months and hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair. >> carley: such a shame. tell us about compass care, what exactly is your mission? >> our mission at compass care, we are christ-centered agency
1:26 am
dedicated to empower women to erase need for abortion by transferring fear into confidence. a woman is full of fear and doesn't know what the future holds. i'm stuck, i have no other choice, i need to have an abortion. -- in order to our future after having an abortion or a child. only truly free until she has ability to make the most difficult choice and have the baby. we give ethical care and care she needs. that is true help, true community and that was destroyed. it wasn't an attack on compass care or ideology, it was an attack on women and it was a heinous crime. this is a trend.
1:27 am
we were most brutally attacked, it is happening throughout the country. >> carley: it certainly is. yesterday was unfortunate example of that, there was a man that was arrested outside supreme court justice kavanaugh's home with a gun. he told police he wanted to kill the supreme court justice and in the evening, the same group that fire bombed your center, they protested outside the justice's home again. i'm sure you can relate on some scale to how kavanaugh and his family is feeling right now. >> yes, they are domestic terrorists and the violence needs to stop. compass care is all about peace. pro-life people are all about peace. we believe in the value of every single human life. we are made in the image of god, we are equally invaluable, we
1:28 am
all deserve blessing and protection and the revenge has promised to do more of this kind of thing. they are not interested in helping women, not interested in civilized order, they are interested in protecting -- abortion. >> carley: yeah. >> it needs to stop. >> carley: jim, the core, the root of your mission is peace and appreciating the sanctity of life. we're so sorry this happened to you. jim harden compass care ceo, thank you for joining us this morning. >> thanks for having me. >> carley: you're very welcome. all right issue the biden administration, did you hear this, flying more migrantss even deeper into american cities as the largest caravan ever closes in on the border. our next guest's wife was murdered by an illegal immigrant
1:29 am
and he's been a vocal opponent on this policy. >> todd: former obama administration official -- biden for his gaffes on the world stage. >> are you willing to get involved militarily to defend taiwan, if it comes to that? >> yes. >> you are? >> that is commitment we made. ukraine will never be a victim for russia, for god's sake, this man should not remain in power.

>> todd: the biden border crisis could soon get worse as the administration reportedly consider a plan to bus or fly illegal immigrants facing deportation to a city near you.
1:35 am
>> carley: vice president kamala harris says the administration is making progress. ashley strohmier has details. good morning. >> ashley: authorities are preparing for an end of title 42 and sending migrants deeper into u.s. cities. they are also preparing for a surge in migrant crossings at the southern border. dhs says no decision has been made. should a decision be made, dhs will support cities and ngo's. this comes as the government is being accused of allowing adult men to be transported on child-only flights. >> westchester and stewart accepting flights from the southern border with at least 150 people coming off the flights each time. i can tell you and we have
1:36 am
video, it is not just little kids with backpacks and our taxpayers are footing the bill and getting no information whatsoever from our own federal government state government. >> carley: video of men being dropped off surfacing as recently as last month. border czar kamala harris doubling down on that giant investment she says the address migration in central america, she pledged $2 million to the region. the president seized his new approach to migration. listen to this. >> declaration is to manage migration and share responsibility across the hemisphere. >> ashley: could be the largest migrant caravan ever continues the march to the southern border. back to you. >> todd: albuquerque citizen jacqueline vehill was gunned
1:37 am
down by an illegal immigrant. many citizens, including her husband sam, believe this crime was preventable with stricter border laws. sued -- albuquerque for protecting jacqueline's killer. after all you have been through, sir, what is your reaction to what joe biden is about to do, put these illegal immigrants into the interior of our country? >> for me, just reminds me what happened to me, to my wife, who was murdered back in 2019 by an alleged illegal immigrant that was in the country. it just brings back all those memories and of course brings back the idea of sanctuary state and city and albuquerque is one
1:38 am
of them. i think that having policies like those being proposed atractss more criminals to come out and especially target sanctuary states and sanctuary cities where laws are soft and in my opinion, protect a lot of individuals that come here not to work, but rather to commit crimes. >> todd: like you mentioned, albuquerque is one of the places the migrants will be sent. los angeles, houston, dallas, the other cities. speaking specifically of albuquerque, what will that do to your city? >> can you repeat the question, please, i'm sorry. >> todd: what will that do to your city, the influx of illegal
1:39 am
migrants? >> well, again, i think it would mean that we would have policies that actually protect individuals that maybe shouldn't be in this country and like i said before, when you have soft laws, criminals are attracted and want to go there, they feel safe, they feel nobody will bother them, they would not be turned over to immigration, so they have pretty much a freehand, get out of jail free card type of thing. >> todd: sam, condolens on the loss of your wife and reopening the wounds. thank you for your time. >> thank you. >> carley: josh josh hawley and chuck grassley pushing alejandro mayorkas for more details on the

disinformation board that is on hold. the republicans are demanding answers after a whiftblower showed documents that show partnerships with big tech to censure content. >> americans are raising questions and yes, to partner with big tech, the idea and documents show this, the government would get together with big tech and collect information. >> carley: the senators say this proves the biden administration was focusod setting up a ministry of truth to control the narrative on variety of issues like the pandemic. big back and forth here. florida governor desantis says what we need to understand, the legacy dc and new york outlets, we don't care what you think anymore, you pedal narratives and lie, you don't care about the facts. you can try to smear me or anyone in your administration

1:47 am
now. julie chrisley's attorney says they will be actively pursuing an appeal. the stars could face 30 years in prison when sentenced. >> todd: fwlad you didn't go for the obvious joke. good restraint. aurora revoked pride parade, there are not enough officers to provide protection. organizers banned uniformed officers from marching in said pride parade. cops are not allowed to bring service weapons or patrol vehicles, okay, we can't come. the aurora pride board scheduled an appeal, which will be held later today. irony. >> carley: sitting down for a network interview, president biden's first in 118 days.
1:48 am
>> what a terrible job you have. i am glad you are doing it, but boy oh, boy, it seems like a bad gig. >> todd: kimmel has a history of attacks. >> i hope ted cruz never gets to eat peacefully in a restaurant again. in america's north korea, vaccines came out in 1796 before a conman named don made us all sick. hamburgler has not announced plans. >> todd: jimmy failla joins us with his take. what did you think of the interview? >> oh, first of all, the whole thing is so pathetic, he hasn't done an interview in 118 days, that is four cnn pluses ago. a long time.
1:49 am
pathetic he goes to kimmel for what was supposed to be a talking point spoon-fed interview. they did cover topics, it wasn't joking and fun. kimmel is trying to rehabilitate joe biden and kamala harris, the only people polling right now besides johnny depp and amber heard. jimmy kimmel is not a soft landing, he's a bouncy castle. why? he has to devote his entire show to advancing the democratic narrative, he's worn so much black face earlier in his career, the minute he takes a centrist position they are cancel thanksgiving dude. they tried to make biden look good, come on, man, for guy that said the buck stops here at time it is now buck 87 because of
1:50 am
inflation, that was pathetic. >> carley: i find it interesting when jimmy kimmel talks about women's rights and respect, which he did yesterday, during the interview. he was creator of the man show. out of all shows that one does not holdup to today's standards. >> jimmy: good points, hard to take that seriously if you have image of girls bounce og trampolines behind him as he speaks. just the idea biden is there right now. you don't realize how indifferent that looks to the country. legit struggling. he is showing sympathy by going on kimmel, fourth ranked late night show most nights. if you wanted to move the needle, come on gutfeld with us, with me, to sit down, not so we
1:51 am
can attack him, so we can show the human side of the guy and take an attempt at unity. do you remember unity? he sat there and said it is the maga republicans now and the pandemic is republicans fault and gun situation republicans fault. hardly the stuff that brings people together, carley. if you throw a party and send out save the date, you don't say white supremacists reply to my family, that will not get a favorable response. that is what he did. >> todd: with that, former obama official ripping biden for gaffes on the world stage, like these. >> the taliban takeover inevitable? >> it is not. >> are you willing to get involved militarily to defend taiwan, if it comes to that? >> yes. >> you are? >> yes, that is the commitment we made.
1:52 am
ukraine will never be evicted by russia for god's sake, this man cannot remain in power. >> todd: obama's former director -- yes, obama, gaffes are undermining, better prepare the president for obvious questions and be prepared with responses and strategies for when the president sails the ship of state into unchartered waters and biden should reset his national security team. take intou this question. vis-a-vis, your perspect as a comedian. what jokes, the foter you get from what joe biden says or fear something he says will get us all killed? >> jimmy: i think the latter, todd, best business to be in is selling alcohol to the white
1:53 am
house press team. every time biden opens his mouths, you hear 27 flasks open up down the hall. as much as we joke about it, the stakes are high, that putin comment about regime change is world war iii level stuff if taken the wrong way. most of us did in the primaries, we knew in the summer of 20twenty, but nobody else in the country did due diligence on checking the car fax on this thing. we have bought a limit. we are where we are and the white house doesn't speak for himself and everything he says gets walked back. there is a joke he told on kimmel, getting walked back by lunch today. the president didn't mean it. what is going to happen, never let him talk to the press again or see him with a shock collar on so they can zap him when he goes off the prompter.
1:54 am
>> carley: the president is mad at his communication team for correcting him after he speaks, a whole back and forth there. speaking of back and forth, elon musk and twitter. elon musk is threatening to pull his deal after new study showed 10% of twitter active users are posting spam content. this goes against the claim span accounts make up less than 5% of platform users and latest is that twitter is going to give elon musk the data so that he can figure out how many fake accounts there are actually on the platform. where is this going from here? >> jimmy: twitter is like going to a hook-up bar in hollywood and 99% of what you see is fake, plastic and silicone and god knows what else. i'm less concerned about 10% that are bots and other percent that are real humans tweeting
1:55 am
sicottic stuff. what a land of misfit toys. in sunny side, one place the toys weren't properly played with. that is people on twitter, such a collection of broken humans. i think elon musk wants to get out of this gig more than anyone imagines, biggest customer service job ever, every time something happens people tweet what's up with this elon, are you going to do something about it? this is an exhausting gig. elon musk buys twitter and two weeks later takes a rocket to mars and never comes back. >> todd: peace, he's out. jimmy failla bringing the heat. l.a. criminals desperate to cut a deal with george gascon before voters recall him. two mothers whose children were murdered in george gascon's district are encouraging to fire him like just happened to chesa
