kavanaugh. scenes like this playing out at the homes of conservative leaning justices since the leak of the draft opinion that would roll back roe v. wade. listen. >> i wrote a letter in may to merrick garland to arrest the protesters. we have a law on the books, you cannot go to a judge's home or juror's house and intimidate them while doing their job. they have not been arrested because they are trying to get an outcome they agree with. >> brooke: it was revealed the 26-year-old called police and admitted himself. the suspected would-be assassin was heavily armed with backpack full of weapons, including a glock 17 pistol, two magazines, zip ties and duct tape.
2:03 am
he says the idea came to him when he found kavanaugh's address online. and tells fox news the national guard is ready to deploy once the supreme court issues their abortion ruling. >> carley: brooke singman, thank you so much. in the arrest affidavit, it said the man was thinking of how to give his life purpose and decided he would kill the supreme court justice after finding the address on the internet, after it was leaked online. anybody could find them. you wonder what would give this guy the inc.ling that killing justice kavanaugh would give his life meaning. i think there is a clear paper trail of horrific comments that have gone unchecked and would lead a crazy person to think that could be a possibility.
2:04 am
so far the white house has done absolutely nothing to stop this. listen to this. >> we believe in peaceful protest. i know there is outrage right now i guess about protests that have been peaceful to date and we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judge's homes and that is the president's position. >> carley: the president's position, you heard jen psaki there say that he encourages although peaceful still protests outside the justices' homes, which is violation of federal law. >> todd: i don't care what label jen psaki puts on it, she and the white house are condoning and encouraging violation of a federal law. that's it. that's it. as plain as day, that is what this is. what is interesting, what if a previous white house had done something similar? kayleigh mcenany weighed in on that and here is what she had to
2:05 am
say about intense media double standard and their lack of condemning violence. listen. >> kayleigh: they loved to play this game, asked us to condemn every form of violence any place on planet earth in the moment and it was never enough to say the president condemned that yesterday, let me read you what he said. no, in the moment. if the press secretary did it, they wanted the president to follow-up. it was never enough and you were constantly chasing your own tail. where is the media now? they are trying to ignore the story, no drum beat from the vice president or president, you get the statement from the deputy secretary and press secretary. encouraged this from the podium showing up at the supreme court justice's homes which is illegal. >> todd: what did the white house, democrats, media think would happen? this was inevitable, carley.
2:06 am
the thing that makes me so worried for our system and country going forward is the fact we cannot have extra judicial pressure in the system. the system doesn't work unless it is self contained unless you have results based upon the field of play. what these people are trying to do is influence the field of play and judges to come up with a different verdict and that is not how the system can work, the system will collapse if that is allowed to happen. >> carley: we had tom fitton on in the 4:00 hour and he said supreme court should release roe v. wade now if a justice is killed, the opinion could change and that is incentive. he said you can't believe that is the conversation we're having right now. when the draft opinion was leaked, you had pro-life centers bombed. the addresses of supreme court justices leaked online. some justices went into hiding.
2:07 am
put the pieces together and you're right, you could see this from a mile away. the president was on with jimmy kimmel and said if roe v. wade gets overturned there will be a mini-revolution, that brings up violent imagery, irresponsible rhetoric. senate passed a bill to provide the supreme court judges -- turning to this, white house sending more flights of illegal immigrants deeper into the united states. >> at least 150 people coming off the flights each time. i can tell you, we have video, it is not just little kids with backpacks. >> todd: a man whose wife was murdered by an illegal immigrant told us he cannot believe joe biden is doing this. >> when you have soft laws, criminals are attracted andment
