there are new record high inflation numbers. check these out. grocery prices, jumping 12%. gas soaring 49%. more than double from when he took office. there are more terrible numbers for the president. this time his poll numbers. remember the ones he says he does not check but he gets weekly polling updates? this is what he sounds. only 33% of americans approve of the job the president is doing in a new quinnipiac poll. that is a type of his record low. the president continues to blame bad media coverage and putin's more as all of these stumbles add up. even democrats are getting fed up with the president's inadequacies in office. one liberal strategist is not holding back, telling "the hill" this, really simple, be the bleeping president. i understand it is tough.

consumer price index many gasoline, food, rent, i think everything that americans are paying for that they can't afford. this is the highest we have seen inflation since 1981. i would say if you are running for midterms i would probably grab one of those guns that i want band and hide under my bed and wait until this administration is out of office because you don't have a chance in heck. i'm going to say heck is that okay? i'm across are going to be doomed. inflation is a bigger and more important and darting issue and i'm trying to do use safe language. if you look at polls, people are more concerned about inflation. >> the one word we can't use the one that democrat strategist used about being the bleeping president. >> i really don't know which word that would be.

but i'm very angry about all of this. inflation and the impact that it is having on everyone but also because many of us did see this coming when there was a big huge massive spending bill after big huge massive spending bill, a lot of us were saying that this is going to lead to inflation. a lot of democratic politicians, democratic members of the media were saying that that means that we don't care about people who are struggling. and really, what happened is exactly what we were concerned about. that it has created this massive inflation which has the greatest impact on the very people that we were being attacked and think we did not care about. and you add that to the fact that a lot of these programs were a total waste take a look at the ppp loans to billions of dollars of waste, fraudulent acceptance of those loans because there was no oversight there. i think that not only should the biden administration be ashamed of themselves but every single person who sort of try to guess lead people into thinking, i'm
