exactly right, had this been a liberal supreme court justice, people would not have stopped talking about it at all the left to be talk about all that would cover the front page of every newspaper across america. and we know that. it is so upsetting because the law is not even being followed as it is written right now it is illegal to demonstrate in front of any of these justices homes. yet nothing has been done about it. what about merrick garland but what about anyone addressing the fact we are at letting them break the law. how is that acceptable? it is really upsetting to see and of course no one is surprised you have people out there acting this way and doing something that is illegal no one is stopping them you are going to get one of these people in the mix that wants to cause more damage that wants to inflict further harm. and i just have to say i know he would rather have bamboo shoots shoved under signals than have me as a fan but bill maher continues to impress me and i might be very close to being a

fan i know he doesn't want to hear that. [laughter] >> guy democratic congresswoman took to instagram to explain to everyone why she is not voting for the scotus justice protection, take a listen. >> so we can pass protections for us in here easily but we cap pass protections for everyday people? i think not. so i'm going to need a roll call vote. >> what she's talking about is democrats are trying to tighten gun legislation to this protection and that is the reason for blocking. do you think this would have happen is to bill marshall point if this would've been a liberal justice? >> no should be seeing a very different tune should be outrage in a different way. i don't really follow that logic anyway because the democrats in the house just passed a bunch of gun control bills out of that chamber. that also were talking with the

lives of supreme court justices we spent a lot of time in washington focus taught in attack on democracy on january 6 i was in the headlines this week because the committee. this is also part of our system of government. going after the independent judiciary in a violent way with this type of threat on the way this individuals appeared prepared to assassinate justice is a clear and present danger to the united states government. and for aoc to say unless we get all these other agenda items to run other things we really should not be bothered to make sure justices and their families are protected. i think that fails logically. that is in moral and in terrible thing for her to suggest a. i am not sure she has really thought it through very carefully. i do wonder if she is aware for example salih's left wing groups that have docs these justices at their homes, she wears on these groups have also talked about where for example justice and barrett children go to school? where does this stop? it is outrageous and should be
