can you tell us a little bit about this incident? do you know the motivation by misguided who decided to throw that flairinto your office ? >> you for having me on to talk about this. it's been an incredibly stressful week as you can imagine. we're investigating thelocal authorities here are doing an extensive investigation on this attempted arson . it is by all appearances motivated. it is planned. these two gentlemen approached the building. one breaks a window, one tosses a flair and tried to burn down my office building. there are so many things happening in our nation and in washington state and being a political figure i wonder,

i worry if this is political motivated or were being a republican in washington state but it has been one of those weekswhere you go over and over why would somebody do this to me ? >> what arethe authorities saying ? you talk about the motivation of thesetwo suspects . you've got to talk about what happened to justice kavanaugh, the plot on his life and i bring that up because you're pro-life, and you've been vocalabout your beliefs. does that run through your mind when it comes to the motivations >> it does lawrence . again, the extreme left on any extreme is poised potentially looking at those of us who stand strong on many different issues. the authorities are looking at it from a coupledifferent

perspectives . there was another incident that occurred 15 minutes later, a robbery off the road at an antique store. they believe it may bethe same people . they're going in with. that my situation was nothing more than adistraction for this robbery. i have a hard time with that . i don't know of criminals that do full-blown arson that could result in a catastrophe,death, who knows if there's someone in that building in order to rob an antique store . ithink with what's going on right now , we've got the january 6 hearings, it's highly charged and we're in the middle of a contentious but exciting midterm election where republicans have the

you said you started when you were 12? i'm sorry, matt? >> i started experimenting when i was 12 with marijuana and alcohol. it finally just like amy was saying, it made me feel not myself. it took me out of myself and the pressures that were there for somebody who was getting bullied and i was able to find a group that i fit in with. and from there, it was just the party and got someextreme high school that eventually i sold in the way of the party . so i dropped out. >> where did you get the drugs though we're talking about middle school, where not even talking about high school . who was bringing them on campus? >> other students. it was so easy to find the marijuana andalcohol back then .41 years old so we're talking back in the early 90s

soit was a different time . but it escalated more when the oxycontin hit the streets and then all bets were off. that just has decimated my generation. >> amy, you said you and your husband you guysmonitored and had conversations you knew that it was a problem at first grade . what do you think was the kicker for your son? what was it he could not break? what would you tell the parentslistening out there now to look for ? >> with alex, he had his short phase in 20/20 that something was wrong. i asked him if he was taking something and about seven days and he said i got to tell you guys. i connected with this drug dealer on snap chat and i looked at how much, it really has a hold on me and i don't know why. and of course that following

>> first of all lawrence thank you for having me. the cartels have a very deceptive and strategic marketing campaign mass-producing these deadly pills and they're utilizing now the social media sites because all these kids have smart phones and their taking advantage of that so they're targeting these young kids. they're making fake adderall and fake xanax . now they're even making percocets and proxies but just look at the seizures that are being made like in phoenix alone all over 12 million pills seized. >> i'm sorry to cut you off but i want to get deep into how they're using these him og's to actually do these traits. these services are using snap chat so that can happen. what is the da doing to actually in filtrate these organizations. look at some of theexamples that we're putting up on the screen that they're using to kind of prevent their parents

from knowing what they're doing ? >> lawrence, the da is not only crossing transnational criminals and taking the poisonoff the street at record levels but there reaching out to the community . they had this weekfirst ever family summit in washington dc . families from around america were in da headquarters.the da administrator, their providing resources and their one pill can kill campaign. i recommend every parent go on the dea.gov website and pull all the reference materials. one pill cankill. they have fact sheets on all these different pills . after decoders but the da is going above and beyond along with other law enforcement agencies that are not getting supported by this current administration but they're not only wiping out these bad guys, they'reactually educating the public like we've never seen in the history of this country .

hampshire where attorneys are issuing arrestwarrants for the latest in a long stream of hazing incidents . ashley joins me that with the latest. >> the police in durham said this only alleged hazing incident happened in april and they've got warrants for 46 members of the sigma alpha epsilon fraternity. while the details around what happened are unclear the

university of new hampshire is the chapter has been suspended. each of the charges, with a $1200 fine but perhaps what is most alarming is the recent trend in hazing incidents ending in tragedy . the family of danny santilli is pleading for justice after being forced to drink an excessive amount of alcohol. he is unable to walk, talk or see and so far no criminal chargeshave been filed . >> after reviewing the evidence the surveillance, the videos, thetext messages, the chat sessions it's all right there for you . so it was handed to the prosecutor on a silver platter. >> so really it's a wake-up callfor parents sending their kids to college this fall and quite scary if you ask me . >> we were following this story at thezoo as well. is there any status update on that ? >> there is no status update but i can tell you my

for one of the most frustrating stories i've ever heard. the judge said he gave her accused rapist custody of her daughter and forced her to pay child support. krista says she was raped at age 18, got pregnant and had razor on her own till this accused of user learned about the child in 2011. she said the dna test proved fraternity and a judge awarded custody and in 2015 krista filed a police report about the rape but the case has gone nowhere. instead the judge granted him. the of the child and is forcing krista to pay child support . this is crazy.

krista joins me along with stacytrish from save lives foundation . krista, i'm sorry. i've been followingthis story all week . did the judge notknow that is statutory rape when your abuser was in the courtroom ? >> well, i did announce it in open court i had pressed charges and what the charges were for so i assumed that he knows what that is and could discern that. >> have you seen anything like this before in court where the victim has to pay the rapist and the court feels like to it likeit's acceptable for a rapist to have custody of the child .

>> i've never seen anything like this in the judicial system. this is an absolute embarrassment and it's an absolute shame that a victim can be drawn through a court system for 10 years and be raped all over again by her abuser. >> krista, explain to me what it's been like in court to see the person that raped you in the courtand the fact that he has your child .are you concerned about the safety of your child ? >> yes, it has been grueling. every time i go to court i just leave the courtroom in tears because i can't believe this is happening. i am very scared for her safety at the moment. i don't know what's going on over there at his house when she's in his custody. >> i want to put this up because this is a picture from the daily mail of the suspected rapist and we know, i don't even know why we use

government so i was the de facto mayor of falluja and to do that job we needed local translators because i don't speak arabic. i learned from stan who taught me somewords but we needed local translators to work with u.s. army . other teams that were doing the jobs though sam was one of the first interpreters we hired in fallujah. he was good at translation between arabic and english, he had a good sense of humor which is important in working with us soldiers. you have to have thatin the army so he was a good fit and we hired him initially . >> take me back to the day you said yes to the united states government,i'm going to be an interpreter . whendid you suck decide to be an interpreter ? >> one of the reasons is i hate the regime. they locked me up and jailed me in 98. and i was to be executed.
