his foot stuck in the petal clipped and fell to the ground. he got right up but it's not the first time biden has had a physical mishap. you may remember he stumbled at least twice while climbing the stairs to aboard air force one. that was just two weeks ago. still come the left-wing media took very little notice of my mike biden's bike fall. they were quick to dismiss thinks about his age. >> what is false is that he is not capable of doing the job right now or he is not mentally in tune with the demands of the job. anybody, any aide who engage with him or reporters, we can see this. the gears are working, that is an issue pushed by right-wing media, but it is not correct. >> emily: this, of course, is a far cry after president trump appeared to walk down the ramp

secret service the people with their hands on the president like a bug on his back? you are right. i have cycled competitively in college. i wasn't very fast, but you know, i had the clip ends. but from what i understand he wasn't wearing clip in this. he was wearing little slide ends. which there is a difference. once you click and it is hard to get out. so then my question was why was secret service not out in front of him? just, this is the president of the united states. he tips over at an intersection. the good graces of the people around him come to his rescue, because he kind of tipped over face first, right? the good graces of the people around him, great americans coming to his rescue. maybe there were undercover secret service we don't know, but there were a lot of hands at that point. reaching into the president on his back like a bug. i just think if you have any doubt about where his agility or

it is just such a small, small, small group of people in our country that deal with trans issues. we are making in the media such a big, big issue over this. first of all, i have been from day one, okay, from the first time the guy got me when i was going into my car i said i do not think biological men, okay, should compete women's sports. need to protect women's sports. i've been out from day one for that. i want to protect women's sports. so, i've been very consistent on it. this ruling, for me, was you know, kind of win. i tweeted about it yesterday. it was a win. it was good. i haven't looked heavily into it like this is a 12 page report about finding out about the 12-year-old, if you haven't gone through the age of 12, i don't know, that is pretty young.

because she is a mom and an e.r. doctor and she is too busy watching cheesy tv don't pay attention too much. when this issue came up, i've never seen her more passionate then she was about this because she knew the sacrifice she had to make to get that scholarship, to get to georgetown, to run at one of the best track programs in the country. she says these four girls that when they go into a race against lia thomas, they know they are going to lose most likely. all of that sacrifice gets to second place or third place when you would have been in first place if this didn't happen. i'm glad you brought up the germs on the russians because they use performance-enhancing drugs, right? during that time. if we are banning people from using performance-enhancing drugs because it gives you a distinct advantage, that i think you have to ban these folks biological males from racing as well because that gives them a biological advantage. that's all. >> kayleigh: the argument is it's not political for the reasons joe stated because it is about fairness in sports and science but it has nothing to do with politics. it's about leveling the playing

field. or ensuring it is level. >> harris: politics come into play, though, because no one wants to be anti-woke. they are all trying to figure out what the answer is but not right for the young women in the competition, not right for the transgender young women, it's not about the human beings that are being impacted in this. they want the committee, the council, to look good. they want the league to look good. what did they do? there try to make inclusive. the problem i have with what they can wrap and oh, an amazing soccer player, the problem i have what she is saying, though is are we really going to then force more of this physical transition through drugs and surgeries onto people who are younger than 12? i mean, is that where we are going with this? i'm curious about the cutoff date. i'm curious why there isn't a cut off, just say a separate place. a separate lane. i don't know. but 12, i would 13-year-old who has been 13 for a month. i just have a lot of questions

children's lives but the new council may not be the answer. some families have already raised concerns about who is on the new council such as the national parents union. that group has publicly defended examining the moms and dads who protested at school board meetings as domestic terrorists under the patriot act. harris, do you render that letter coming out? i certainly do. two weeks ago there was an internal investigation of the and sta took to that letter they took to the white house and the fbi to look at of these parents. they found evidence indicates they were discussing the existence of the letter. its request and the contents of the letter with the department of justice officials more than a week before the letter was finalized to president biden how can we address them? >> harris: first of all, you kind of thought that anyway because they had such great access to the white house. had to be a preamble to that. right? we didn't know, now we have all the facts. certainly there was a trail to ask questions on.
