i'm advocating for violence. we are supposed to do what? stay on the sidelines? light on fire. >> they want to torch everything. >> part of the reason there's an uproar with the decision is because the democrats allowed progressive left to radicalize pro-life movement or pro-choice movement but essentially what they are saying, by the ministrations promoting violence now radicalizing pro-choice because majority of americans are in some favor of activists to abortion with restrictions. poll after poll tells us that but what happened even through the women's health protection act, 47 democratic senators plus president biden stated would support that and what it would do is remove any restrictions when it came to abortion saying the baby up until the moment they breathe their first breath of life could have an abortion. the majority of americans don't necessarily agree and because of

that opinion you have now galvanized pro-life movement and taken some of the moderate not okay with late-term abortions and they've garnered more support. now it will go to the state. at the end of the day pro-life, pro-choice, these states and governors and legislators are not going to win reelection they side on any extreme of the argument. they need to come together and go for what the american people want. >> a minute left and i was in times where last night and they had a mark that came down, thousands of people. i talked to some people and surprising to me most or some believe the supreme court band abortion, they don't realize back to the states where it was -- >> is going to say that, that's the most shocking thing to me to have learned in the past 24 hours is just how many people believe what you're saying, they have followed -- by the way, it is the rhetoric.

you talked about the rhetoric from the left, the left pushed the idea that abortion is banned in america, that is not the case. a lot of folks need to go back and maybe go to high school civics and learned how the process in the country works, it now goes back to the states. if you believe in our constitutional republic and a democratic process, that's what will happen and if your state vote to make abortion up until 20, 25, 30 weeks, whatever it is, that's your state and some may ban it altogether but that is the scary part and a lot of people believe that. >> there is a responsibility they've chosen to ignore on the left and it's not just about this issue. like immigration, all the other issues, they drive it home the misinformation and then you get chest beating by the media, left-wing media and the media set out right we don't cover the

court. obviously you hear a different story from the party, which we make of this? >> is the whole illegitimate thing, it makes you laugh out loud. clinton said for years donald trump wasn't illegitimate president. he was put in power by a foreign power. it was suppressing votes. why? because she lost. now because they lost, the supreme court illegitimate. they left the court when there was a pill, they loved one obamacare was upheld. now they lose and they want to blow up the whole system so it's no longer about this and we will win the next time around, it's now blow up the system and start over, pack the court will change congress, change the filibuster. there's always some kind of remedy nothing to do with the fair fight going forward to the next season, it's about what changed and blow up everything and you think what's going to happen next, republicans are going to regain power and want to change it right back.

v. wade versus overturning roe v. wade and the court settled the question and now it goes back to the state. now they have to go back to the state in d.c. and say elections are not enough for maxine waters calling for violence as she's done before and the democrats are going to face the voters. the extremists will have to face the voters in their state and state legislatures, i think we are in for a busy ballot season. >> there were some interesting tweets and then obama's court policy advisors think the majority has an extreme degree of illegitimacy. omar no surprise i continue to reject the legitimacy of an undemocratic institution. in response to senator lindsey graham's tweet saying it isn't up to you, this illegitimate court or state elected officials to decide what happens to a woman's body.

supreme court and that in itself would not be good for public perception of the supreme court not being political weapons. it's not a good idea. when we talk about democracy, is having elected officials represent their voting constituents, exactly what this country stands for and i'm sorry aoc elections are enough, that's what our country stands for so now goes to the state, whether be state with harsh restrictions on abortion? yes but the state legislatures will be facing reelection over and over and as i mentioned, the majority of voting americans are not part of those extremes so when it comes to this single topic, it will be what's best for americans and packing the court is what children who don't get their way with you not what we should do anything like society. >> if i could add, it's also a dangerous tactic of the left and they've done it in multiple countries, it was done over the

artistic, their mothers and people in that society, that community will tell you they considered suicide because that's how difficult it is to get help. i can't i be catholic and sent the wrong decision? >> she's an uninformed american because she's talking about autism and average age of diagnosis is about two to three years of age so that doesn't make any sense, she's suggesting there's a screening test in utero for autism, there's not. what about the fact that children are born with down syndrome every day and life expectancy is up to 60 years old? our friend rachel has a beautiful little girl with down syndrome. had she spoken to many of these mothers? >> apparently is in her family, that's the shocking part. the next family gathering will be uncomfortable if this is how you talk about your family members on national television.

so combine these degrees in the obama biden administration with this funding for red flag laws, what is it going to do? juvenile provisions for due process as a juvenile in the justice system and i do believe we should have a conversation about mental health and systems out there to help people and due process and proper reporting, we don't violate the constitution for something that in scope when they talk about mass shootings is not what they say it is. 1966, there have been 13 qualified mask school shootings, not 27 or so this year. people can look for this information and see the facts and data because they are conflating so many things into one event and a nation of 300 million people with 300 million guns, it doesn't reflect or deal with the actual issues. >> doctor saphier, there's some money in there, a lot of money for mental health and a lot of analysts and people look at this

and say it's a good thing, we can put money into mental health and maybe make baby steps to find out some of the causation. >> the bottom line, there's far too much gun violence in this country, i don't think anybody could say anything other than that, it's a fact and we do need to look at not stepping on people's rights, we don't want to take guns from law-abiding citizens we need to do what we can to make sure guns do not into the hands of people who have intent to harm other people so will the blue bill do that? i'm not sure about people who commit mass shootings, there's usually something, some form of mental illness, they usually go on tirades on social media hopefully this will make sure we have more people evaluating that because as they would have money to mental health, it's a huge win in the healthcare industry but what does it look like? how do we identify individuals? majority of people, those seek help for mental illness, is not

identifying people need mental health help so i look at this a little carefully to make sure it gets to the people who need it. >> how many mistakes do you make before you hit on a kid who might do harm? how many kids are out of have no problems at all and not allowed to have their due process? >> a slippery slope of the entire thing, whatever you put in place red flag laws, that could possibly happen. the entire bill in and of itself and you touched on this, you never get to the root of the problem obviously something has changed in this country, obviously we did not have mass shootings in the same manner we do now 40, 50 years ago. we have the same average number of households of americans that are gun owners, legal gun owners but something has changed societally and that is not
