12 to 3p every single day great guest on the radio we tear it up with three hours and cause trouble and chaos every single day on fox nation. don't forget set your dvr if you can't make it live stay tuned for lawrence jones coming up next. >> thank you dan fox news alert coming from our nation's capitol the supreme court overturning roe v. wade in a land mark decision sending shockwaves across the country. yesterday the court ruled to sending issue of abortion back to the state. but them decide on their own of ending the 50-year old opinion. waste no time, though, fierce democrats live by the president himself president biden already out there with anger and attacking the legitimacy of the supreme court. >> it was three justices named by one president, donald trump.
7:01 pm
where the core of today decision to up end scales of justice this decision is a culmination of a deliberate effort over decades upset balance of our law. joining us now to break down this historic ruling and make sense of the legal ramifications for this decision. texas attorney general kim paxton and pam bondi thank you for joining me topght this is a big deal. pam i want to go to you first let's talk about what's happening to the justices right now the threats continue. the protest continue, they vandalized us right outside our fox studio last night when i was out there with protesters but it doesn't seem like anyone is doing anything about it in the biden administration. >> they're not, lawrence, you know, the funding to present the justices actually went through the senate. and what did pelosi do she called a recess it hasn't gone through the house yet to give
7:02 pm
functioning to protect them. merritt garland should have justice department out there protecting them. biden white house should be calling for these protest to be peaceful if they're going protest you need to be safe when you're out there lawrence you know that. you know, thanks to people like -- maxine waters i've been accosted before because of her words. so these justices are not safe. and they know that and they have to have protection. it is really unbelievable that some of these politicians have their own security detail yet they're not doing anything for our supreme court. it is horrible what's happening. >> ofng the person that let that match was chuck schumer. he was out there and he said cavanaugh the day attorney general -- kim paxton there's been a lot of misinformation out thereto public about what this ruling actually does. if you're somewhere in new york or california, where these
7:03 pm
progressive policies are there you would be able to get a abortion but if you're in state of texas where we have state law there, banning it, those days are over, right? >> yeah this is bigger than abortion this is about constitution and whether we're going follow a constitution that gives the people the ultimate power. i don't know why it is controversial for us to put this back in handle of the elected officials. this is people's representatives so you can vote with your feet if you want to live in a state with unlimbed abortion we'll have that choice. if you want to live in a state where there's e stricted abortion you have that choice. so this is now about instead of being dictated by nine members of a court this is about people of this country having a say in what these policies are i think that's a really good move as opposed to having nine people tell us how this is going to be. >> you know general paxton if i can follow up quickly the planned parenthood facility there is they do more things than abortion but we know that's
7:04 pm
not true are they closing up their doors -- legally as of yesterday? >> look, i think that's going to be the trend in texas certainly because we'll have both criminal statutes and civil statute it is to deal with the issue and this is a choice that the people of texas have made. and what they want to move other states they're going to be open to abortion. certainly planned parenthood can do that. >> pam we know that the democrats are gong to use this in next election. what is the message from conservatives on this issue of life? donald trump campaigned on this he got those three justices there. he was very adamant that he wanted a supreme court that was going to go by the law. and acknowledge they were supposed to be con tech chullist and go dig in and states rights were a big part of that what do republicans do in next election as it relates to this issue? >> lawrence, i think we're going stand our ground and this is following the law what the
7:05 pm
supreme court did. as general paxton said there's no constitutional right to an abortion. this belongs in the state. and i think republicans are going campaign on it in a good way. you know, the blessing right now is that if you live in texas and you can't get an abortion and you want to go to california, to get one -- you know what you have to think about it. it takes a lot of thought there's not going to be abortion clinics on every corner in many states and pregnancy counseling centers, where women can at least think about it and be thoughtful and think it through before they choose to go to another state if they want to get an abortion. so i think it is a huge blessing. and you know, the liberals are -- misstating this abortion is not banned in all states. >> well it is a flat out lice and they know that and using for political purposes. i can't wait until conversation goes to getting services for those women we're going to be having that conversation here on cross country later on in the show. general paxton general, pam
7:06 pm
bondi thank you so much for joining us tonight and protest against the supreme court abortion ruling continues ramping up across the country i went out last night and spoke to some of those americans who took to the streets. watch. >> why are you out here tonight? >> because i -- this is the beginning of all of the ending of all of our rights as we know it. >> why are you out here today? >> fight for women's rights. it is today the despicable -- abortion is health care. every woman should have free access to health care and abortion and we just went way back in time. >> what needs to happen as a result of the decision today? what needs to happen to the supreme court? >> we fooding to change the supreme court and we need to add more justices. this is ridiculous they're disel zealot this is above their political agenda. what needs to happen as a result of this decision today? >> i think we all need to get really angry and need to vote
7:07 pm
like hell because if we have a supermajority in congress that's only way we're going peenged fill buster to get this done. >> i think term limits need to be imposed asap or else you know, i think term limits have to be taken into hands of the people. it is just a pack the court if they're trying to pack our wombs. abortion is a human right. >> what needs to happen to the supreme court as a result of the decision? >> abolish about it. abolish the supreme court. get rid of it. because, obviously, men don't care about our rights so we're here fighting for it. prng you have one message for the supreme court tonight what would you say? >> abortion is a human right. women are human. i just hope they don't forget that. >> so people that told us the respect institutions now want to get rid of it you heard from them last night with the midterm fast approaching. president biden nancy pelosi and democrats are already setting abortion as their number one election issue. >> this fall roe is on the
7:08 pm
ballot. a woman's right to choose reproductive freedom is on the ballot in november. >> the political panel is here joe and kevin here to break down political fallout what we can expect to see. following this bombshell ruling gentlemen thank you so much for being here on this saturday as always, kevin, the democrats were looking for an issue eve this crime, they have the economy, they have immigration. and all of that was going republicans way but this is the issue now for them. how do you guys plan on spinning it in the next election? >> lawrence it is a good question. i have said from the get-go that i still believe that the economy will be the number one issue in the midterms. we're about 135 days away from the election inflation, and the cost of gas. the cost of food, and this country is still going to be the single driving issue with four voters at the polls. now, i think the skiing and dobs
7:09 pm
decision will have an effect on margins we're seeing spontaneous protest and in washington, d.c. where i am here today. they are still marching right now to the supreme court. and i think there will be a key group of people that will volt on this particular issue. on the margin, and might have an if effect in some of these key congressional districts and certainly in u.s. senate districts senate campaigning where you have a lot of open seats in places like georgia, in places like pennsylvania, places like north carolina. >> the question is joe is that going to be enough? is this issue enough when you have parent that are living pay dhoak paycheck with families already -- is this going to be the signature issue? >> well, lawrence, there was a campaign slogan back in 1992 i don't know if you were born in 1992. but -- >> i was born in 1992. >> very good. [laughter] so at that point and kevin knows this basically democrat bill clinton campaign slogan it was
7:10 pm
very simple. it's the economy stupid. you know, outside of 2020 when you have a once in century event likes covid dominating the election will retire back to form and go down to pocketbook issues when it comes to inflation and gas prices. unless you know, if things change between now and election day on those two issues, there's a red tsunami comes for democrats in november now to kevin's point i think democrats already more energized on the abortion issue but they're going come the anyway i think. so in the end what we're looking at the gop going back to, you know, taking control of the house. and probably the senate as well because you need one seat, one seat flipped in order that to go back to the republican side as well. so -- i just don't know when you look at "gallup polling" pro life, pro-choice do you support either side a 50/50 issue at this point i don't know if it turns anything outside of energizing
7:11 pm
democrats a little more but not enough to overcome republicans taking the house? the senate lawrence. >> kevin i want to shift a little bit because look i understand both sometimes they lie, you know they hyperventilate but lying on this issue to say that -- abortion is outlawed in the country. that's just not true but it is seems like that messaging is going out there. is it just a political strategy? >> well lawrence i think, you know with nine states right now with trigger laws where abortion is outlawed. there's going to be more than a dozen states in the next 30 days where you're going to see that happen you see mike pence one of the leaders of the republican party pushing for all out ban on abortion on the national level. so i think that is what's next and you're going see democrats campaigning against those proposals. you're seeing six week bans introduced in places like florida, all around country with regards to the dob's decision i
7:12 pm
don't think that is hyperbole but a reality where abortion is already banned because of those trigger laws and where you're going it see more states move in that direction with these -- conservative republicans. lawrence: even kevin said it is about nine states but not talking about full country if you want to get a abortion somewhere in the country i don't see republicans running california, new york any time soon. >> no. definite not. california, new york, illinois, you name those states. they're going stay blue if you need abortion you can get one at this point. look, this is a monumental decision that we saw come down. but at the same time, we knew it was coming now for about six weeks. and i just don't see this again being the shock value five months from now, but i guess four mongts from now as far as midterm elections lawrence. glans so true we have to see, though, joe, kevin thank you all
7:13 pm
so much. back to louisiana for an update to a story brought to you last week about a woman who allege rapist given full custody of their daughter jeffrey cash now temporarily reversing his own decision that initially graduated the allege rapist full custody of the 16-year-old girl set for july 17th to decide who ultimately gets custody and until then daughter will be put in the care of guardian pep and that is a victory for us and for that family. so do you have a story for us did you see something and you need to say something? be sure toe mail us at cross country at fox.com that should include your name, city and state we'll investigate. all right, sir now to this why most of the country's focus has been on the supreme court's decision for women chose life and have been facing new threats. we have all of the details on that. that's next on cross country.

one crisis pregnancy center was vandalized in the leadup to the court's ruling broke window and left a threat reading if abortion aren't safe neither are you. joining me now is kristy brown executive director of mountain area pregnancy services so ma'am i have to ask you thank you for joining the program. do you feel safe after hearing a message like that? >> well thank you lawrence. the messages definitely chilling to read and to see. but we do feel safe our is coming around and supportings and so we do feel safe at this time. >> is this thing new that you guys are facing because of the leak that came out and, obviously, now we have a decision or is this standard procedure for your services that you're providing just so we're clear you're providing services for women. not just those women that have decided if they didn't want to get an abortion, but helping
7:19 pm
them carry out their life on the day-to-day basis, correct? >> correct. providing pregnancy tests free limited ob ultra sounds parenting questions and grief service for women in a crisis pregnancy simply don't know what they want to do so when they came us to they have to mac a choice at some point and this is new to your specific question. we have previously not experienced vandalism because of the services that we provide. >> it is unbelievable i want to play this clip for you because this is personal for me. my mom got pregnant with me at 16 had me at 17 she joined mess on show previously. here's momma joe. >> i knew that i had a responsibility it was my responsibility, it wasn't my mom, my grandparents, i knew that i had to step up the plate and that caused me to let sports go. and i became a mommy. >> so that was my momma and, obviously, my dad married my mom and helped my mom as well.
7:20 pm
but what are you going to be doing for all of the new mommas ouout there i know you do on day-to-day basis but thank god more mommas what type of services are you going to be providing for those moms? >> well everything we provided is frean your mom is to brave i applaud your mother. our services include the pregnancy test, ultra sounds and then parenting questions where they earn free items they need for their child if they need food, and trying to stop smoking whatever their need it life is to have a healthy pregnancy and love we're providing and been providing that and we will continue to provide that. this ul ruling does not change what we do. >> kristy what you do you need from public from viewers what can we do to show you we care about moms and we want to support cause that you're doing?
7:21 pm
>> great question. you know, keep in mind that every pregnancy is a nonprofit where dependent upon giving people in our community to come around the us to give an pray for us to be physically involved to come on site and do landscaping to be a mentor to our moms. to donate diapers and items that we give our mothers. there are so many ways the public can be involved. so whatever town anyone may be in tonight i encourage them to find their local center just call them up they would love to speak with you about ways to be engaged in life of their ministry. >> kristy is needed you're a village for a lot of moms thank you for joining us on cross country let's bring in utah senator mike lee who sits on judiciary committee thank you so much for joining program you have a big race coming up this upcoming tuesday we'll get into that later but toipght get your reaction to your colleagues, and senator majority leader, schumer
7:22 pm
who lit the match with violence and it doesn't seem like he's condemning this our studio continue protest in front of the justices home they continue to target as you saw kristy these pregnancy centers. what is your reaction to the leader in your coequal branch of government? tragic this is intended result of action like those of senator schumer went to the steps of the supreme court and talked and very brazen tomorrows about fact that court won't know what hit them. and it wasn't just that. it wasn't just threatened them it is that he conditioned the press on the issue as of certain ruling certain decisions that he suspected might be coming at some point. this is part of their ongoing attempt to delegitimatize the court so they can either abolish court or they can pack the court
7:23 pm
or expand is as they describe it. it is what i predicted would happen well over a year ago that's why this wrote a book about court pack yg it is so bad called saving nine i tell a lot of stories including story about last time someone attempted court packing. and still paying for consequences of that today even though it -- it didn't pass in the senate. it did last harm i explain that all. >> senators, former president consider this as promises made and kept this is what he had to say earlier tonight. take a listen. >> thanks to the courage found within the united states supreme court, this long divisive issue will be decided by the states and by -- the american people that's the way it should have been many, many years ago and that's the way it is now. >> going back to your state, sir i know it is a conservative state.
7:24 pm
how's it going to impact you and your race and this primary as well as in the general election? well utah is pro-life state if utah believe that it is important to protect unborn human life, now, one of my primary opponents is pro-choice. is in favor of protecting roe v. wade my general election opponent is also in favor of continuing to protect and sustain roe v. wade. but people in utah don't quite see it that way. the overwhelming majority of them do not. and look, at the end of the day one of the reasons why regard roe v. wade is so bad is that even if you -- once you stook with this from the moral issue, you have a very fundamental constitutional problem with it and you had -- nine lawyers wearing robes who
