pushing the baby in a stroller on the upper east side near where i live one oh hooded gunmen came out from behind and put a bullet in her head at point-blank range. the baby is okay, but now without a mother. my wife, she sees the paper today and says, i don't feel safe. she says she wants to move. a couple of weeks ago a guy wearing all black with a knife chased a man down two blocks away from my apartment in broad daylight trying to stab him. we may have to get that concealed carry permit to that is now legal here. over in philly, my hometown, a 21-year-old woman went to a bar and never came home. kayleen holton was murdered by a psycho tuesday night he went on a shooting rampage, all because he was upset about being kicked out of the bar. so we came back and opened fire. >> she was a good kid, she worked. they were going to be here in

these cities is this, gun toting felons keep getting soft sentences and bailed out of jail and just pray on the people in their neighborhoods. d.a.'s and judges are getting americans killed. look at two law county californians where two men from washington state were able to just walk out of jail with no bail after getting arrested with enough fentanyl to kill the insider city of houston. 19-year-old 19-year-old benito a magic all and 25-year-old jose's and dallas were busted at a traffic stop friday with 150,000 fentanyl. nearly $1 million worth of poison, in the pretrial facility, but less than a day later they were walking out of the jail door free as a bird. why? county court commissioner nikki avery simoneau conducted a risk assessment and decided they had

enough fentanyl to kill millions weren't a risk. possessing this much, these guys are not just low-level drug dealers, this is cartel level. they have to be pretty high up on the food chain to be holding that much wait. but they were set free, and laughing all the way to the bank as she picks up nearly $200,000 a year salary. the county sheriff blasted her. >> this assessment was done behind the scenes basically without ever contacting me as the sheriff or asking me what i believe the risk to our public safety would be. i learned of this release and i was infuriated. it's incredibly frustrating when we are responsible for public safety. we want people to be saved, but we have to be able to hold people accountable to our court system in california. we are just not seeing that. >> jesse: that's not all, a congressional source tells "prime time" that they were illegal aliens. but you are not even allowed to

this for a couple of years now, and the videos that we are showing get to more and more dangerous every single week. are you shocked by how bad this is getting? >> jesse, here is what i would say to the mayor's of many of our major cities and to president biden who is advising them. number one, it is hard not to notice mayors that what you are doing is not work. not to be ugly, but if you asked most americans to assess your leadership, they would say something like, don't bother to bring in the clowns, they are already here. number two, in the short term, if you want things to get better, empower your cops. too many of our mayors think that cops are more of a problem

within criminals. they are wrong. empower your cops, pay them. hire more of them. stand behind them when they have to do their jobs. tell them to enforce all of our laws, the big ones and the little ones. and mayors get rid of your see no evil, hear no evil, prosecute no evil district attorneys. .3, and this is longer-term. we have to ask ourselves, why is it that these young offenders, more likely to grow up and go to prison and then get married or own a home? now, there are several reasons, but i will give you one. their schools suck. to the mayors, i would say grow some oranges and fix the schools. we need no excuse schools. every child can learn. find out which of our teachers can teach and pay them. find out which of our teachers

can't teach and teach them how or told him to find a new line of work. and social promotion. i don't care how old you are. you are not getting out of the third grade until you can read. expand school choice. expand vouchers, expand vouchers as i said. the competition will be good for public schools. and the final thing i would say, jesse, this is to the voters. i would tell them be patient, but only up to a point. i'm going to put this down where the goats can get it. to the voters i would say, i would say you deserve better. demand it. eat your vegetables, don't elect to them. >> jesse: you are right, because ultimately it is up to the voters to get these idiots out of office. i am fearful, senator or that it is just business as usual. they don't vote. they don't know who is running.

a plan to bring down gas prices, tell us there is a plan. >> how long is it fair to expect american drivers and drivers around the world to pay that premium for this war? >> as long as it takes, so russia cannot in fact defeat ukraine and move beyond ukraine. >> jesse: gas prices aren't coming down until russia can to defeat ukraine? nato's whole strategy is to prolong the war in ukraine and turn it into a quagmire for russia. it's never going to end. we keep sending them billions of dollars for weapons and ukraine is slowly losing, that is not the plan unless it is to keep gas prices high, and that case it is a perfect plan. people have had it. and it shows, a new ap poll showed that 30% of democrats think that country is headed in the wrong direction. it has gotten so bad the media has stopped propping joe up.
