firearms in public. here is the president yesterday on the world stage at the summit. >> the one thing that has been destabilizing is the outrageous behavior of the supreme court of the united states and overruling not only roe v. wade but essentially challenging the right to privacy. with an a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights. and it is a mistake for the supreme court to do what it did. >> julie: he also left a major controversy, calling for change to senate rules in order to make roe the law of the land. >> julie, good morning to you. the president's decision to call the supreme court's behavior "outrageous" may be one of the first of many rallying cries that we hear. the president is going to be meeting with a handful of democratic governors to talk about what they can do to try to protect access to abortion. among the governors the president expects to meet with,

"dear supreme court, thanks for nothing. planet earth." former white house contributor, columnist for "the washington post." i'm glad that those tweets were able to entertain you. they are a bit alarmist, but i would say entertaining to say the least. this is like when little kids get mad when you tell them they have to put their toys away because it's time to go to bed. literally the left is having a temper tantrum. >> they are having a temper tantrum because they control the house, the senate, and the white house, and conservatives have had a string of major policy victories thanks to the supreme court. it is worth just stepping back and looking at what a momentous term the supreme court is

having. they have allowed states to protect unborn life. they've protected our second amendment rights. our free speech rights. they end with the climate decision, have restore the separation of powers and taken a blow against the administrative state. these are major conservative victories, and every conservative in america should have forwards on their lips right now. "thank you, donald trump you" every republican president going back to the 1970s, half or more of their nominees have either defected to the liberals or become a swing votes that vote with them on key issues. liberal justices never vote with the right, so donald trump is the first president who has appointed three judicial conservatives who rule as judicial conservatives as they promised to you on the court, and not have had massive impact already. this is just the first term of this new majority. it's going to get better and better. >> julie: i think people actually need to go back to third through sixth grade here.

let me revise. there is the legislative branch, the bodies that create laws, the court interprets laws. it is not to have an agenda or omission with the exception of interpreting or determining constitutionality. that is the way this works. the supreme court decisions are not political. >> no, they are not political at all. and you saw this and the fact that they have held president biden's right to get rid of the remain in mexico policy, which is a terrible idea, but he's a president of the united states, and they defended his executive authority to do that. i did not like it one president trump's hands were tied by decisions that obama made by executive decision. so they did the right thing as a matter of law. even if it is not necessarily the right thing as the policy outcome. >> julie: switching gears, lots of americans hitting the road for the holidays. gas prices are having around $5

see biden on foreign soil attacking american institutions. i don't think anyone has ever gone after the supreme court or another branch of government on foreign soil like you did yesterday but also attacking the filibuster, which is something that he has spoken so strongly in favor of. he called it a pillar of american democracy. democrats of course heavy is the filibuster some 300 times during the trump administration, and the whole point as that editorial put it, to make sure that controversial issues are not ran through against over the american people. there is no issue on earth and certainly not in america more contentious than whether or not to protect unborn human life, and the idea that you would do it on this is explosive and irresponsible. >> back in 2017, biden actually said, in these are his words, "it is dangerous to delegitimize the court." "when you delegitimize the court, you delegitimize the legislative body. it is corrosive."

you have any questions about the 2,020th election that you are a seditious trader, even though that was an election unlike any other that we had faced in our history, and at the same time, they are going over time questioning the legitimacy and announcing the legitimacy of the supreme court for the simple reason that they don't agree with the decision. now roe v. wade was a very poorly decided decision. it lasted for nearly 50 years, and yet the way that people thought it was to work through the courts, recognizing their legitimacy. if you want to have a republic, that's the way to go. yet you are seeing this kind of widespread dangerous fashion, how people are talking about packing the court, threatening violence as chuck schumer did against judge kavanaugh and gorsuch. these assassination attempts, really fraught moment. >> julie: by the way, hoping for a possible red wave in november, meddling in a host of g.o.p. primaries. dems are actually pouring money into the campaigns of more

conservative candidates. they think democratic nominees will have a better chance against a further write up phone and in some races. kelly schultz, a republican candidate for governor says that dems have actually spent seven figures to promote her trumpet endorsed rival in next week's primary, and she's not having it. >> to the democratic governors association, they decided to put about a million dollars into the other campaign to be able to run out for him on tv. they are only doing that for one reason. they are doing it because i know that i am the only candidate that can be a liberal in november. >> julie: i mean, this is crazy if you are not only this. there are about 1.7 million americans that have changed parties. over a million of those americans have changed to become a republican in some 700,000 or so. they have gone and leaned to the left. so obviously the red wave is coming, and democrats are scared. but is this the way to go about it?

parents are now being shut out from knowing if their child is expressing a different gender. the plaintiffs that i represent, about ten others that are you saying enough is enough. there are thousands and thousands of parents and teachers, stakeholders here in loudoun county, concerned citizens saying enough. hand me a break. we are going to rebuild the wall. the miseducation of our kids will be torn down. parents have been shot out. >> julie: i have a friend who has a daughter, 11 years old in new york city pick she came home one day and actually told her mother that she thinks she is pansexual. all of these kids at school were discussing whether you like boys or girls, and she was like i don't really like either. i like everybody. you're 11. you should not even be talking about sex when your 11. these are things that are being put into children's minds. so disturbing on so many levels.

>> julie, you're exactly right. very disturbing. the simple fact of the matter is that virginia, as in many cases across the country, there are rights that are an issue. parents have a fundamental liberty to control the upbringing, moral instruction, and education of their children is going to be recognized for well over a century. one of these things that everybody knows and understands. it's been recognized in the constitution. in many states across the country, children have the right to a free public education. schools have a duty, responsibility to provide that education, but what happens when schools, like what we are seeing in loudoun, are violating that fundamental right of the parents while also threatening the rates of -- putting parents in a position where they have to choose, do i want to be able to control the upbringing of my

kids, or do i want to receive this free education? they should not be forced to make that decision. >> julie: clint, the lawsuit is suing for the systemic and egregious moral corruption of children and a deliberate and almost gleeful violation of parental rights. parental rights, that is what this is all about. parents have the right to make decisions for their children, and i don't think a lot of us parents actually knew what teachers were teaching them until the pandemic, which was so unfortunate. my kids are on zoom calls, and i'm actually listening. and i cannot believe what they are being taught and not talk. go back to the classic days of teaching books and studies about history, rather than erasing it, and stick to the facts can't stick to history. forget this modern day woke crap. >> we are very tired of lcps wasting our kids time enforcing nonacademic materials down their throats. we have seen it happen in our

do you think that is a good idea? is that the solution to putting a stop to illegal immigration and death and drugs? fentanyl coming over our border. the list goes on. >> having title 42, having remain in mexico is not going to prevent immigration. immigration is a multifaceted problem and needs a comprehensive approach. here is the approach. problem, here's the solution. antiquated asylum laws have to be changed. they have to apply for asylum in their home country. no president does not. congress does that. they have failed for decades, two docket specifically, to have some kind of a compromise and legislation of what the fourth. six.gov. the majority of illegal immigrants in this country overstaying their visas. where is the punishment for the businesses that are hiring these individuals, but they do not have the jobs, and are going to go home? building the wall does not stop these people from smuggling in
