by. that's it for us. we hope you enjoyed our special and the interviews you saw and many more like them are available on fox nation. you can get an account for free at tucker carlson.com. we will be back every night at 8:00 p.m. it's the sworn enemy from lying and smugness and the group thing. have a great night with the ones you love. hello everyone and welcome to the special edition of "hannity". happy fourth of july weekend. it's an honor to be with you. i am in tonight for sean. we begin with the conflict in ukraine. the biden administration is using the war as a scapegoat for all of our economic problems at home. while also pumping money into the region as americans struggle with record high gas prices and spiking inflation. the president is generously sending our tax dollars abroad
6:01 pm
to ukraine. including a fresh new infusion of $820 million just this week, bringing the total commitment, are you guys ready? to $54 billion, which is about a third of ukraine paucity entire. according to one advisor we must sacrifice so the liberal world order is upheld. watch this. >> the military analyst, the director of national intelligence say this could be a long war measured in years. i think everybody understands why this is happening. but is it sustainable? what do you say to the families that say we cannot afford to pay for .85 dollars a month if it's not sustainable. >> the president set a clear articulation of the state's. this is about the future of the liberal world order and we have to stand firm. >> how long will you be expected to suffer in silence for the
6:02 pm
liberal world order? according to joe biden, as long as it takes. >> how long is it fair to expect americans to pay a premium because of the war? >> the second part of the question? >> will it bring down prices? the war has pushed prices up. it go as high as $200 per barrel. how long is it fair to expect american drivers and drivers around the world to pay that premium for this war? >> as long as it takes so russia cannot defeat ukraine and it won't be on ukraine. >> extraordinary. for the record, gas prices and inflation were spiking long before vladimir putin invaded ukraine. there is no mystery as to why. joe biden shut down the xl pipeline. joe biden restricted oil. he restricted fracking. joe biden ended exploration in
6:03 pm
alaska. and breaking tonight with gas prices at record highs, joe biden is blocking new offshore drilling in the atlantic ocean and the pacific ocean. why would the president limit drilling at a time like this? sadly, we won't soon get an answer because joe is headed for another long weekend off away from the white house. here now with the reaction is the author of the upcoming book, come on man, along with former massachusetts senator scott brown and "fox & friends" weekend co-host rachel campos-duffy. scott, let me start with you. when we hear about the importance of keeping gas high and oil high because we are fighting vladimir putin through ukraine, isn't it true that as long as the oil prices are high, putin is getting more money and this is funding his adventurism. the way to stop and would be in fact to bring oil prices down, not to keep them high?
6:04 pm
>> we know when oil was below $50 per barrel and less that russia was hurting. you are absolutely right. this liberal new world order. another biden representative, newsflash. the world does not all liberal. there are certain parts of the world that are. in the united states of america which is where we are, we need to focus on our needs and not other peoples needs right now. we are paying a little less now because it's independence day we can. they are doing the manipulation. i paid $5.15 last week. when i got back last weekend. it's no secret that president biden said he would and fossil fuels in america. i guess that's okay. he is doing a good job. i guess he doesn't really care about the other parts of the world because he is going to venezuela and dealing with iran and thus audis and making their oil industry is booming. he is creating jobs everywhere
6:05 pm
but here. 85% of the people say we are going in the wrong direction. he has got to get his act together. this administration is doomed. they are not doing anything right. >> the title of your book is perfect because it should be explanation. you saw his performance right there, embarrassing at nato. noting the nature that as long as it takes and making a fool of himself and harming the national security in the meantime. what is your take on what biden is up to at this point? >> besides that, everything is going great. i would love to do some keg stands over the weekend with those 15% who thank things are going in the right direction. who or these people? seriously, the press is turning on mr. biden. that should have happened the minute he tried to sell the

country on this notion that if you spend trillions upon trillions of additional dollars on top of the system, somehow he made the argument that that will lower inflation and the deficit. brian dees is the chief economic advisor to the president of the united states said this is all intentional. the energy policy to the new liberal world order. it sounds like something out of star wars. i guess that's the plan. we have elections in this country and come november as many democratic strategists will tell you the voters will reject this liberal world order and restore order to the politicalol universe. we have that going for us. >> we certainly hope so. the system seems to be effectively with what is going on. rachel, this is what i get concerned about. there are people running the administration, clearly not joe biden. they think all of this is fine. they keep putting him in front and keep arranging, whether it's
6:07 pm
this kind of press conference where he refused to take many questions at all. there is people within the establishment that are moving this along. is that something we need to be concerned about post- november and the midterm? >> of course. there's three years left of this administration. we can put the brakes on in the midterm, but there's a lot more damage that can be done. i do like that this guy slipped up. we were called conspiracy theorists when we talked about the liberal world order or had the great reset. we know it's true. they are totally willing to impoverish us. it's not just because they have an obsession with environmentalism and they want to transition to fossil fuels, out of fossil fuels and into energy that will make us more dependent on china. that is part of it. it is bigger. it's a great reset. they are trying to give us what
6:08 pm
schwab wants with the world economic forum, which is a chinese system, a social credit. a chinese type of capitalism where the top has capitalism and wealth. the elite and the state and the rest of us live under socialism. this is a big deal. we are starting to see the curtain open up and starting to see behind and we know what is going on. >> scott, does it matter who gets elected in november? the volume of the statement that is made in the midterm elections. in your time in washington and as an ambassador, have you found the thing that makes a difference when it comes to what politicians are willing to do, like listen to the american people? >> it will be a very serious warning shot especially leading into the presidency. everyone is saying there is a huge red wave. that is true if we don't screw it up and not unite behind the

candidate who may not be your candidate. it's a republican who may be appointed by ronald reagan. not your 100% friend or enemy as he would say. just getting back to something that was said earlier about the press. my wife is a former journalist. i have a lot of respect for the press. but you have to do your job. quoting bill belichick, hold them accountable between the cue cards and the ushering in and out. the amazing handling of the president, it's embarrassing, dangerous and affecting our national security. it has got to stop. when we look at the farm team we will go to harris and pelosi. we have some very serious issues and we need somebody strong to deal with them. we are not. >> this is jordan valley wieck and a sense. doesn't biden having a list of people that he goes to, doesn't that tell us that the media is
6:10 pm
colluding with the biden administration and making sure they know a certain someone is picked on and chosen for questions. it's going to be easy or am not a hard follow-up for that person can be trusted. isn't that part of the problem especially with the white house press corps? they complained about access. haven't they've been facilitating this debacle? >> yeah. it's funny when you mention access. the guy who was president before joe biden was the most accessible president that we have ever had. he took more questions and his three predecessors combined. some press conferences went on for two and a half hours. the press complained he was trying to destroy the free press. compared to what we are seeing now if this president has had that list. he's smart enough to share that they gave me a list of reporters that i have to call on. saying the quiet part out loud. it's not just joe biden.
6:11 pm
as far as the farm team, try getting a flight somewhere this weekend without it being canceled or postponed or costing you a fortune. we have a transportation secretary who is supposed to be having a plan who has no business in this position as transportation secretary. he doesn't know how to fix the problem despite his experience as a small town in indiana. that's the whole team in general it's not just biden. it is amateur hour. >> the two people that represent the democratic party and base, really are kyrsten sinema and joe manchin. that is the answer for them. my goodness, the condition they are in now is quite a disaster. thank you so much for joining me tonight. the 4th of july is three days away. according to a brand-new fox news poll, pride in america is plummeting under joe biden.
6:12 pm
i wonder why? 39% of voters are proud of the country including 46% of democrats. joining us now with the reaction is the first green beret to be elected to congress, representative michael walsh. thank you so much. people can look at a pole like that and think that we don't like the country. it's not that. we love the country. we don't like what is happening to it and how we are being represented. is that your take on this? >> tammy, i think that's part of it. i think there is something more fundamental. if you look at the polling dado you see a steady decline over the last decade plus. i point to our education system and covid exposed to us the garbage being taught in our schools. this is a fundamentally bad country that at its core it is
6:13 pm
misogynist, racist, colonialist. it wasn't founded to establish individual freedom for we the people away from monarchies and emperors. that it was established to protect slavery. when that is being taught in our schools and on top of that you have things in math class which we discovered in florida. word problems that talk about counting the numbers of oppressors and oppressed. now in our military, they are saying on one hand you need to be willing to die for our constitution and flag, but it is fundamentally in its core bad and flawed. i think you take all of that together and when you talk about a military like this president has and the secretary of defense has, it is overrun with white supremacy. it doesn't surprise me you are seeing this type of decline in pride in our institutions and pride in our flag. >> i think there's a combination of things going on.
6:14 pm
we have young people especially being indoctrinated with loathing the country. they don't know because history is not taught anymore. there's not much of a background. we do know a good majority of americans know that what you describe is a result. this is not a natural organic thing going on. this is a group of people running the country that have done this to us. on this fourth of july, there is a sense that the 4th of july might become a partisan holiday. do you envision that happening? >> i pray not. i will do everything i can to fight and remind people that this flag stands for individual liberty, the right to assemble, the right to free speech and the right to criticize your own government. there are literally more people out right now, more military members out now willing to die
6:15 pm
for the flag then the entire canadian australian armies combined. you know who does appreciate this country and is literally dying to get here? those our immigrants like the afghans that were so desperate to come to this great nation they were willing to cling to the side of a jet or people dying coming across the southern border. to your point, it's all self-inflicted wounds. when you look at where we were in the month before the pandemic hit with record unemployment across every sector, black, white and brown, women and men with a roaring economy, tax reform. if you look at where we were under the previous administration and people looked at the results in their lives, they were pretty excited. now they look at everyday problems. >> this is it. we have to remember that the debacle of afghanistan is what
6:16 pm
shook the nation to its core, really. when we understood that there is something wrong that happened and we are seeing that kind of failure move through every single other issue that we face in this country. that was not an accident. that was not a bug. it was a feature of what we were to expect. great job. thank you so much. have a good independence weekend. now let's turn to the u.s. supreme court for a series of important rulings that have democrats upset. joe biden was at a loss for words. watch this. >> can you hear us? >> yes. >> hey, everyone. thanks for joining us. thanks i open it up. i know you all are as busy as i am. thank you for taking the time.
6:17 pm
we are in an important area here. politicians have made the most important decisions for not only women, but they will expand on this decision on men as well. >> i am not totally sure what biden is trying to say. his fellow democrats and the media mob have been hysterical all week long. watch this. >> the court is utterly fraudulent. the only thing that can explain their decision is what is right wing republican. >> the one thing that has been the stabilizer is the outrageous behavior of the supreme court of the united states not only overturning roe v. wade, but establishing the right to privacy. >> never in the history of women's rights have we've seen such a reversal in a developed country. that just hasn't happened. the rest of the world is watching. >> this court has lost
6:18 pm
legitimacy. they have burned whatever legitimacy they may have still had after the gun and voting decision and after the union decision. they just took the last of it and set a torch to it with the roe vs. wade opinion. >> so much for respecting america's institution joining us is the author of the price of principal. harvard law professor alan dershowitz along with fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett. gregus, let me start with you. when we hear about my background which is women's rights and even abortion rights for a of time. the fact that the supreme court effectively returned democracy to the american people so they can vote on these things removing it out of that category of a court of lawyers making decisions about these things. how is it they are arguing that it's a strike against democracy
6:19 pm
when the court was pretty much removing it from their jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of the voters themselves? >> the supreme court represents the sanity and common sense rule order, if you will. joe biden, whenever he weighs in on the constitution, the supreme court, or the rule of law he mangles the subject matter which only underscores that this guy got kicked out of law school. what biden knows about the law can be written on the yellow post-it. i am talking about the little one. his latest thing is let's federalize abortion-rights. that's a fools errand for two reasons from a legal standpoint. remember what the supreme court said. they said we are returning the decision-making to the state. if congress would try to codify it, it would immediately be met with a lawsuit to strike it down usurping the power of the state.
6:20 pm
from a practical standpoint, joe biden wants to create this chronic street of whiplash every time a new party takes over congress and the white house. they would reverse the previous decision on abortion. you would have this persistent ping-pong effect. abortion is important. it shouldn't be treated like a rubber band expanded and contracted. >> thank you, greg. professor dershowitz, regardless of what we think of the decision, the president of the united states on foreign soil is complaining about the supreme court. do you find that troubling? >> i do. i find the whole attack on the supreme court integrity and the supreme court's troubling. i've been studying the supreme court and the constitution for 60 years. i've seen it go through cycles. it swings widely. i remember when the birch society had signs up to impeach earl warren and bill douglas.
6:21 pm
when the right was upset at the left swing of the supreme court. now the left is concerned about the right swing of the supreme court. we have to respect the institution. we have to remember that these justices stand for the rule of law. we may criticize the decisions. that is fine. when my former colleague bruce warren trashes the supreme court as an institution, that will do tremendous damage. this country will come back to hurt her and her liberals. today the attack comes from the left. tomorrow it might come from the right. those of us who love the rule of law, a rule that we celebrate on july 4th, have to stand by our institutions as institutions. yes, criticize a particular decision and try to do better next time. yes, think about whether you can do legislation. but don't trash the court as an institution.
6:22 pm
don't do what my other former colleague said, pack the court. let the democrats in. soon the supreme court will sit in yankee stadium with 30,000 justices deciding these cases. nine is the right number. let's keep the supreme court as it is. don't tinker with justice. >> isn't the answer, i don't know why the left suddenly once these unelected lawyers to be making all of our decisions. isn't the answer to have congress be involved to have the state houses be involved? isn't this the normal order? it's almost like they are making a reversal out of this effort to protect politicians from having to make decisions on these issues. >> that was the point of yesterday's supreme court decision on the epa. the supreme court was saying read the darn law. nowhere in the clean air act,
6:23 pm
section 111, does it give the epa this unbridled power to remake an entire industry with punitive draconian measures against coal-fired plants and natural gas plants. the supreme court is saying read the constitution, read the statutory law, don't read things into them. but limit yourself to what the law says. >> and that they are not going to make legislation. that's the job. >> turned to the public. win elections. i'm a liberal democrat. i want to see us win more elections. i want to see you lose in the state. >> i have to go. thank you. we appreciate it. coming up, biden's crisis is about to get worse. plus the open border left is calling for less border security. tom and andy are up next.

now the biden border crisis is going from bad to worse tonight. as drug cartels, human smugglers and human traffickers continue to exploit the southern border for their own gain at the expense of american sovereignty and at the expense of the lies of migrants this week. four men were charged in a human smuggling operation that left over 50 migrants dead in a tractor-trailer in southwest san antonio. a sickening discovery that puts into perspective the disaster that is the biden border policy. yesterday, the supreme court ruled 5-4 in favor of biden allowing the administration to end the highly successful trump era remain in mexico policy that prompted texas attorney general
