11:00 pm
the position she deserves. let's startrtposi secretary of . but in fact, the start on the show, she is invited on this show any time , not just for her performance but for an actual conversation about her performance and more here . mack, hope you're watching.with well, with that in mind, with our prayers heavenward for tiamat to appear o on our show, we turn now to judge jeanine sitting in for sean tonight . judge, i'm speechless. sohl are we. i mean, i'm speechless. i am s, which is the place i very rarely visit. but anyway,nt that judge. s all right.pe welcome to this special edition of "hannity" and judge jeanine yero in for sean. m and tonight, amid crushing inflation, record high gas prices, joe biden is desperately searching for a scapegoat. first, he blamed opec, then vladimir putin. then he faulted greedy oil, companies and now he's threatening individual gas stationses and the people
11:01 pm
who operate them on twitter. biden proclaimed my message toat the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple. this is a time of war and global peril. bring down the price you are a charging at the pump to reflect the cost you're paying for the productng f and do it now. this tweet was so egregious o that even the owner ofwn "the washington post", jeff fasal,po responded quote, inflation is far too important a problem for the white house h to keep making statements like this . it's either a straight aheadgh misdirection or a deept misunderstanding of basic market dynamics. to be honest, it's probably both. but don't take my word for it. just listen to white house press secretary karine jean-pierre from earlier today. >> watch it and go from blamingh high gas prices on putin to big oil to small business owners.
11:02 pm
well, here's the thing about peter is when you look at as ofa this morning, when you look at the crude oil and when you look at wholesale oil prices as well, they declined about 15%. and so retail gas prices, however, have only declined p just about three percent over the same time period as we have seen with crude oil prices and the whole wholesale gas prices. and meanwhile, those same retailers are profiting. their profit have gone up about 40 cents, nearly 40 cents in that same period of time . so what the president is saying is that everyone along that chain wrong, that production chain line needs to needs to make sure that they're doing what what is possible,e, their part in bringing down the cost fore for the american people. this administration is in shambles. it's noo is surprise that bidens approval just dropped to an all
11:03 pm
new low t in a recent monmouth poll. still, despite these historically pol low numbers, biden's vice president is evensi more unpopularde. and over the weekend, she laughed hysterically about the price of gas. >>g watch this . looking at what we need to do domestically, what we need to do to bring down the cost of gas. well, right, right. i mean, the me googling on how to make gas at home. okay, don't do that . please don't do that . >> here now with reaction, the author of the newth book, here's the deal, former senior counselor to president trump , kellyanne conway, along with the author of suppression, deception, snobbery and bias, fox news contributor ari fleischer. all right.. i'll start with you, kellyanne. you know, ity is amazing when
11:04 pm
you look at jefff bezos, the millions that he gave to joe biden, the millions that he's made during the bidenm administration for him to take joe biden on in such a publicc way is really shocking. in fact, i think it speaks to his not just this illusion, but total disappointment in this joe biden, presidentthre. >> it also just speaks to the fact that so many captains of industry like elon musk, jeff bezos and others, some ofe the great innovators of our time do notgr want to be held responsible and accountable for what this president sayss and does so they don't respond. they're somewhat complicit in their silencee , becomes acquiescence and agreement. but it also is quite striking to see a tweet by the oil and gas association in responsed to president biden's tweet. they said, hey, i hope whatever white house intern wrote that tweet will take an economics one to one course
11:05 pm
when he or she gets to college.. that's's just meant to be sarcastic. there's going to be substantive that it was so far off the mark that even jeff bezos, who , by the way, has other things to do, felt the need to clap back at the president. look,ok i think it's a fair figt in anyone's eyes. if joe biden was a thirty6 six percent approval rating, down from 54%,pe down dow 50 toh from a year agoe when he took, office. i don'ti don't think it's a fait for joe biden to go up against an elon musk or jeff bezos. bes these guys are multibillionaires who have created so many jobs, so much wealth and the like. and they're not just not going to win that debate. 10% of the country said we're headed in the right direction. that's because of gas prices and inflation. wil >> all right. all right. i'll ask you this. you know, blaming the mom and pop gas stations that have to make money by sellingt cigarets and candy bars. and i haven't met anyone who's an owner of those companies, you know, who is a really wealthy guy or woman blaming them is really it's so
11:06 pm
disingenuous and so it's so unfair and it's just it's just avoids the reality of what's going on in america today. >> you know, my favorite part, the end whens at he said and just do it now. ng >> who does he think he's talking to and does he think he ishe d? this is a free economy. the economy responds to market impulses.. it should never respond to a president's tweet. just do it now. pyou know, most of those gas stations, you mean that they're immigrants? a lot of our first generation americans who are hustling or busting it, trying to make a living in the united states of america, they don't have massive profit margins. they are trying to just be entrepreneurs on the local level. god bless them. , th that's the part ofat the spirit of america. i agree with biden and liberals and especially progressives have never understood that u individual initiativend, that individual innovator that get up early, go to bed late, work allllovup e day, immt often who makes america work
11:07 pm
here .. right aboutut that , you know, is something new that we're seeing now. kellyanne, is homelessness as a result of inflation? people r who are losing their homes are not able to make rent, are now finding themselves homeless because of this consistent riseau in food gas prices.ey and they're just not being able to meetme their bills. i never thought we'd see homelessness based upons the inability of people who had jobs. now not being able to even keep up with their own standard of living. >> that's the vexing factor joe biden as america judge, you have people who have a job ,twoo or three jobs in the household. they say the job's not even enough. they can't meet basic expenses c . that washington post article that you're referring to is quite compelling today. people should read it for this reason. i talked to a woman who made one hundred thousand dollars lastr. year. this year she fell behindvi in her rent.ngthei her family has been livingr hyui there, hyundai and showering at the gym and living with different either trying to
11:08 pm
get meals from different family members. they actually these are not job holders before ifbe you lost your job, you had a medicaler emergency or something elsege that was really a big bill . you were expecting maybe tot fall behind in your rent. but the homelessness now is up among single moms, 15 states increase and their waitlists are doubling and triplingge. so these decisions by joe biden have consequences. al rating look, his approval rating is the lowest now of obama'srm trump's or she is at this point before the midterm election. why is that relevant? joe biden is probably looking around saying how did this happen? how is my low quick answere wer you earned it. you earned every low approval rating and now he should be made to eat it along with the democrats because people are suffering. butle folks it's people who had homes and rented or owned homes and had jobs not so long ago now homeless. well, in i think kellyanne is right. i mean, he not only ownss ri but i think people realize that , which is why the number 36%, his approval rating and 80 percent of the country thinkson
11:09 pm
we're going in the wrong direction.ey i mean, they are pointing the finger at are point joe , at they ? >> are we as the only republican, of course, orra independents who are doing it? but if you'retch a democrat, you have to scratch your headay and say, what has joe biden done for me since he became president? thereebeca only two things i can think of. one is unemployment remains low.employ i don't know that joement r bidn deserves a credit, but it still is happening on his watch. number twoth is he's been l tweeting and i thinkot that's where a lot of democrats company might be foolish tweeting, but he's not mean tweeting. interesting. i think that's all these things that democrats can point to. they certainly can't pointnt to the economy is in terrible shape. they can't point to inflation. it's going through the roof once again for the first time in 40 years. they can't point to law and order. they can't point to crime. t they can't point too the borde. they can't point to the withdrawal from afghanistan. everything joe biden has done has had a reverse midas touch. everything he has done, he has messed up. so if you're a democrat, you've got to really say to yourself, is he the best we can do? can we do better than an
11:10 pm
80 year old candidate after this midterm to lead our party into the twenty, twenty four election? and they're increasingly leading the way saying, no, we . n'tre that is going to burst into open the day after the election. no doubt about it. kellyanne conway, ari t fleischer, thanks so much for being with us tonight . nowur let's turn to another majr crisis caused by the biden administration in may. border patrol tallied a record number of migrants encounters two than thirty nine thousand in just one month alone. this the situation is so dire that multiple texas counties listen to this have now formally declared this crisis an invasion. joining a us noww with more is x news contributor sara carter, along with the presidentah c of the national border patrol council, brandon judd. okay, so now what we've got brandon, i'll start with you is that by declaring it an invasion, several of thesehe counties in in texas and i
11:11 pm
believe in arizona as well, believe that under their constitution that declaringir an invasion allows for the states to then engager in a situation where without the approval of congress, they can make it take it upon themselves to actually handle those hmigrants and return them to mexico. >> what say you ? >> yeah, this clearly showse how bad the state are feeling right now as farth as the crisis goes, these counties are not republican counties. if you look at two of them, val verde and maverick county democrat counties, and they c clearly know that they are shouldering the burden offr everything that's going on asas far as illegal immigration goes, they have to deal with all the drownings. it's not the federal government steps in and takes care of those bodies. it's the counties that have to do it.t. they have to deal with all ofed the drugs that are coming in . it's noter a c the federal government. it's the counties. they have to deal with the crime.e.ey know that this s can be contro they know that this situation can be controlled, but it's going to taketake the white houh
11:12 pm
support to get it done and the white house just isn't doing anything about it. so the states are now having to'r step in there, having to look at how they can exercisen their authority under the constitution. and i'm hoping that the states are willingho to do everything a that they can and let it go to the courts, let the courts determine whether or not wyo the states can in fact do this as long as theyu do what they can , it will it will shine the spotlight on what needs to be done on . well, you know, you have to give attorney general mark radovich some credit for this . he read this . they consider and he read it as opening up a number of a potentiallys legal avenues that can certainly be ruled on by the courts. but sarah carter, you've been at the border for years. i visited the border many, manyf times. what is different abouterbo the border during joe biden's administration compared to other administrations? >> well, it's run with absolute impunity as far as we're dealing with the drug cartels. i think brandond can attest to
11:13 pm
that or the human trafficking organizations. it o is wide open. our border patrol agents, their hands have been tied behind their backs. they don't have the authority they once had. basically, president biden just overturned every single executive order that was putmp in place by president trump that really was the first time in my time covering the border that i actually saw action being taken on the border that was actually effective where people remained in mexico where people were being able to be returned, back , where the drug cartelsorl and the human traffickers knew this was the endr of the road for them. as soon as president biden came into office, he announced that the border would be open onceheen again. he allowed people to come through just last month in may. fifty five thousand got away. that's what they estimate.wa god waits. noys, god waits came into the country. those are people that were not apprehended and think about this , over 800000 since president biden came into office.
11:14 pm
that's unheard of. and another factor that i an think is really important here , i got to stare at syria.excuse excuse have heard a lot more than 800000. we have three days a thousand left out, really. but that's but that's no god always that's just known. that's just people they know have escaped into the country.. to and you're absolutely right, judge. and overhee five hundred deaths just this year alone off migrant ,not even including the hundred thousand americans that have died ns with drug overdose. well, in fact, as as it relateo that brand, the united nations has issued a declaration that the deadliest area in the world is the area between from the central american countries to the united states. they basically say this u.n. migration study deems the u.s. mexicanee border the deadliest land route in the world based1 on the twenty twenty one numbers. they're not even at the twentynu in thy two numbers.
11:15 pm
we're the greatest country in the world and you would never know it by those figures. right there. and what we're seeing is just complete and total chaosot and it's a disregardal from this administration. let's hope. that congress is willing to step up. let's hope congress is going to pass laws that close all of these loopholes because this administration isn't going to do it. then we need people't g that are in congress. you're going to have somebody like jim lehman who's going to be on who would be willing to closee everything that we needdo to get done if we have the proper legislation, we can do it. if weies had policy, if this we house would actually give us policies like president trump did, as sarah carter alluded to, we could control what's going on . >> we just can't do it under >> andhite house right now. right. and as i said, sarah carter, attorney general mark, which ge the one that was the one who came up with this idea of basically creating a situation where a state can engage in defensive actions within its ownn territory or near the border caused by these transnational cartels and gangs. >> 100 per
11:16 pm
100% attorney general intervention has done an incredible job. you know, he's being sued right now by the bidenio administration, basically saying that , you know, the bush administration'snhe that want people to havev ids to actually vote. he's like, take he me take me toto court. let's go all the way to supremeh the supreme court and i agree with him and i think n that'spl what we need. we need more people likee him , more people like ken paxton, a the attorney general, more people that are challen doing this because we can do it. and it's actually very important for the american people to understand this is not just the border. judge jeanine, we have so much vetting all pouring across that border, but coming across the country. it'sg killing our young peoplee is killing our citizens. we also have people being migrated acrossle this country and that is on the taxpayer dime. that is on taxpayer dollars. and it is a national security issue with over 50 peoplens connected to known terrorist organizations that we have apprehendeddp at that border. s
11:17 pm
this is a serious crisis. it's one that is the responsibility of the presidentt of the united states and the executive branches. that is their main authority, the main authority given to the executive branch and to the president. the commander in chief is to protect u.s. citizens and not doing it. exactly. sarah carter, brandon judd, thank you so much for being with us this evening. and let's not forget biden's border crisis is leading to a catastrophicin loss of life on both sides of the borderer as we just mentioned, one new study found that the us mexicoca border is the deadliest land route for migration in the world. now joiningng us now is arizonae senate candidate jim laman. welcome , jim . what is democrat senator mark kelly done in your state to i resolve biden's border crisis? >> he has been one of the biggest cheerleaders joe ? he's been one of the biggest cheerleaders. even his staff brag aboutil bringing immigrants, illegal
11:18 pm
immigrants from the border in bussesor to the heartland. th and thisis is , of course, blood on his hands. a and biden for what the un has noted. but even more important is , brianna, the judges noted judge ,you know, we're talking about twenty six hundred americans that are dying from drug overdoses every week. twenty six every week. and is brandon would tell me and endorsed our campaign and working very closely with us because h v they want a fighter, as he says, you know ,this is eminently stoppable because 85% of the drug supply in a country of overdoses is coming through the southern border. we've got 600 homicides a week in a country. both of these are through the roof since kelly . you know, biden has decided to have an invasion of our country. >> well,l,to i guess thatue with what's happening now with texas and arizona now claiming that under the same
11:19 pm
constitution, they have the right to declare basically an insurgency and take thesee people back to mexico. of the >> do you think that is one of the ways to resolve the problem ? >> well, certainly it is absolutely an invasion orr t brandon and the team i've been to the border a dozen times ormo probably almost every day because our sovereignty ofrw our country, this invasion that's underway. so anything that weay can do will absolutely be helpful because nothing is being donepfl today. my goal in the u.s. senate s is to make sure that i stop all business. i want to i'll be the the most cantankerous, most hard tord get along with u.s. senator onor that senate floor for anything that the biden administration wantsid until we get this invasion stopped. we have to do example, judge. and we used to see a ticker every night coming across cnn back in our covid the days. ist and where is that statistic going across the ticker everyri
11:20 pm

11:26 pm
he dressed like a woman and wrapped his rifle in a red blanket to avoid detection. judge, back to you. >> amazing. mike tobin, thanks so much. and unfortunately, the violent crime this holiday weekend extended w far beyond highland park nearby in the city of chicago. city over 70 were shot and killed this weekend alone. and here in new york, an aide to mayor eric adams was mugged at gunpoint in brooklyn while scouting the location for an upcoming event. now, according to the nypd, shootings soared over the 2020 two july four weekend compared to 2020 one and over in philadelphia, two officers were shot monday night during a shooting at a fourth of july festival. but thankfully, bothkfully haven released from the hospital. but sadly, the violence plaguing major cities has become all too common as far left leaders refused to take the issue of violent crime seriouslylent and instead contie
11:27 pm
to coddle violent offenders as cities descend into lawlessness. here for reactionde. former dallas police officer trey penney, along with fox news contributor leo terrell.oo all right, gentlemen, good evening. what we are seeing you know, what we are seeing are people out in about and i'll start with you, leo. w people out and about fourth of july holiday just going to barbecues, just getting shot. it almost makes you wonder if w you have to think whether or not you want to go outside >> youyou're absolutely right. glad to be on the air with you.e judge, let me ho tell you let's let's be honest. quite a murder or accepted in democratic city. how many times havee i been on shows with you, judge on "hannity", where every week in chicago, los angeles, new york , philadelphia, people are being murdered. peoplepeo are being victims of w crime. and you know what these are
11:28 pm
cities run by people of color, . norities hurting minorities and yet the democratic party looks the other way. they don't covera it and wen cover it on this network. but ih but it happensappe every they sp crime, they accept murder. and e and i'm sitting here right nowy on a tuesday, you know, judge t and i know there could be more murders in new york this weekend in chicago, in philadelphia. one last point.on you have a mayor in philadelphia where officersbe are being shot at talking aboutn taking away law abiding citizens guns and the only people to have guns are police. i got news for you .ev criminals will never turn in their guns, but we're talking about chicago trade. we're talking about chicago. guns are illegal in chicago. drg and yet what's driving me crazy about this dirt bag? even i don't even want to mention his name. the kid with the gun, he wassd homicide. he was suicidal. they have a red flag law. they took 17 knives out of his home. police were atf h the house all
11:29 pm
the time. according to neighbors. he threatened to kill members of his family. i mean, how much do you need for a red flag law? i mean, 17 knives. please go and take it out of the house. in a few t months later, the kid gets a firearm card and he's got and i haven't even started with the social media w. if you look at the social media, this kid had the stick when they were bleeding. the >> i mean,y it's all there.ng am i wrong? absolutely. >>no, no, you're absolutely right. you're hitting the nail. in fact, you're saying something that a lot of the, the liberal networks are not really talking aboutut. the reality is social media is a big part of this . i mean, think about it. i mean,on these companies are nt even sharing information with law enforcement. we know that these indicators are out here with these mass shooters. i'm sick and tired of these mass shootings happening in the united states. but the reality is theseass s media companies, they see this content on their platform and they're not sharing it with law enforcement. so we can talk all day long about being reactionaryryd and what what side we missedbe
11:30 pm
as a law enforcement and law enforcement agency. but the bottom line is if we don't get the information before the attack occurs, then there's no way that we can weth can intervene to stoperfr the attack from even happeningom with simply thought of and with that in mind, george , i want to make sure i remind people that the president of the national poll foundation i want to remind people that we are coming up on the 6th anniversary of the mass shooting attack in dallas, texas, that claimed the lives policies. >> we want to make sure that we do remind people of that . well, not only reminding people of that , but you know what ?, in this crazy world, littleou you've got police'v officersof and if they didn't see what was happening at that fourth of july parade in highland park, you'd have the cops running t in there. you see the swat team, you seete them on their trucks, you see them all suited up and you say, thank god it's america. the cavalry is coming. and these people on the left, they want to the cops. they want to the police. take ay they want to take awayal their ability to fight criminals. they want to let the criminals out of jail. what is going on , leo?,
11:31 pm
democrats control of the white house, democratic control of congressit just two, three yearp ago, defund the police is stilll alive. well, and the same democratic leaders, they got private security. ed with they're swamped with private security, but they don't want to protect law enforcement. never in my lifetime historically had officers been under attack and less support in this city. one final point. the prosecutors, democratic prosecutor, def metropolitansosos city, they're soft on crime. criminals are happy to live in democratic cities. >> they're notde soft on crime, tradee. the truth is they want the criminals out and about. they want to let them out of prison. and i love you , leo. i mean that . and i mean and i agree with you. the truth is they wantin to let them god bless the criminals, s give them a break. , gi and it's just for someone who was the d.a. it infuriates me. it is what we don't need. we ought to thank every cop we

see train left, left word to you . >> that's right. look, look, there's an 83% increase of the recidivism rate among the violent offendersbl released from prison. we haveoc to do more to lock these people up. if you look at 2012, obama shut down all the private prisons that we have. so they use this argument ofow our prisons are crowded, crowded, crowded. the bottom line is wewhen need o start reopening our prisons. get out, get out, get the o violent offenders off the streets. and lock these people up so we can keep our community safe. >> we have to do something. thanks, guys . we want to say thanks for being with us. anall right. straight ahead, the left tookk advantage of independent day toe bash the united states. we'll show you thehe low life as tulsi gabbard reacts when we return. shopping for car insurance is the worst. >> not anymore. this close, says 150 bruma the same. here's one for you . make sure it's apples to apples at the same time right here . >> great work experience like

they do not celebrate the freedoms that we cherish and judge. that's what yesterday is all about. that's independence day y is all about. it's a reminder of the vision that our founders had fornd this country. it's a reminder to go back and look at the declaration of independence that tells us that we have these inalienable rights that have beenn put upon us by our creator, the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. and that is where our pride in america comes from.aw that's where we draw the inspiration from on days like f independence day to say, you know, we can agree or disagree on policy. we can be happy or unhappyor with whoever is in charge of the country. but we have to stand together as americans to support defendta the constitution to support and defend these freedoms that make this country what it is and that make us who we areda as american. well, there's no question w and you know what's interesting thing? hawhat what what i i readd michael moore and how disgusteds is and one of the things he said was that he cannot in good conscience continue too

accept the privileges that this country has to offer because of his grievances and some of his grievanceses and demands that they be that certain things to be corrected. w he says until women's rights are fully reinstated, and until there are reparations made to the black t community and until there is a removal of every single republican from congress and he goes on from f there, i say to myself, you know, this considers himself a smart man and yet he comes out with these overgeneralized ridiculous concept because he believes the supreme court has taken away women's rights when essentially the supreme court said , hey, this is, a democracy, give it to the peopleto. >> and you know, he's got a right he's got a right to say those things just as every a other american hass the right o free speech. we have a right to get involved in our democracy to take actionr on the issues that we care

about. that is the beauty ofe this country. thatand it's unfortunatete that people like him feelit that they need to resignth their citizenship unless they get everythingei that they want. you know, it just it goes against the very democracy thaty we celebrate here and frankly, w that we need to continue toeon standti up and protect and defed . and what what i find evens more astonishing is that, you know, when it comes to what americans are concerned about today,, and 88 percent of a americans i mean, i don't know if it'ss ever been highca historically are or feel that the country is headed in the wrong direction. and yet you still have these left leaning liberals are like, you know, everything is wrongs w but you wonder ifro it's wrong with the country or do they just hate the country??do do they hate the united states?y or do they hate the way it'sg being runr? think i think it's a very legitimate question. it certainly seems to me
11:42 pm
there's a lot ofyo people who do hate our country and they talkou about it over and over again, whether they're talking aboutre the current decisions or they're talking about where wem have come from as a country rather than looking at getting the vision our founders had for us that we as a nation builtti on this constitution would continue to strive towards that more perfect union. ve we have to love this country in orderorde to be able to doe that . i love this country very much. i'm willing to die for these freedoms and for our country, as are my brothers and sisters. that's uniform. that's how important it is , whether i agree or disagree with someone. what someone is saying i'm willing to die for their right to say it. veryo well said . as always. all right. congresswoman tulsi gabbard, co much for beingco with us this evening.mi and coming up, the white house,t is refusing to comment on stunning new evidence aboutun what joe knew about hunter's business dealings. we'll get reaction from pam bondi and laura trump next.

his son's representative here now with reaction t, former florida attorney general pam bondi and fox news contributor lara trump. >> good evening, ladies.es. it is a very interesting topic to talk aboutic and what better. guests could we have than the two of you ? you know, pam, bondi, i'll start with you first. you know, the idea that someone is running for president of the united states says i've never spoken to my son about overseas business dealings. th and then voila, therere wasys a voicemail that says, i think you're in the clear about those overseas business dealings. if that were donald trump and one of his sons, let's say don jr, would they would they be able to stand at the white house podium and say ,well, that's not something we're going to talk about from this podium. >> are you kidding, janine? that would havee>> never happen. and you know, let's go back to
11:50 pm
impeachment. round one when i was one of the attorneys helping to represent president trump , when they were trying to impeach him for a call questioning all of this alleged illegal activity between hunter biden and his father and a business named verismo, s remember that they spent millions of dollars trying to impeach donald trump and now she won't. and now we know the laptop that they found is real, evenor according to the new yorkdi tim . we know hunter had to pay two million dollars that a hollywood celebrity lawyer paid ce. him in back taxes we know what tony fauci volesky said , that the big guy who was involved with hunter biden was w joe biden. yet she wanted to dress atod the white house podium. i guess i wouldn't if i was her either because what's she b going to say about that ? and now we have joe biden's voice on a voicemail and that's not an alleged voicemail. that's joe biden's voice. well, you know, laura , one of the things that i think is so
11:51 pm
frustrating to so manyny americans is that the reality of the laptop and what's on it is is very frustrating because the americans seeer how differently the biden family is being handled t compared to whethero it's the trump family or any other american family is being is being dealt with . i mean, from big tax silencing the release of that information to the white house saying we're not talking about it either. >> i mean, think about how different things might be right now. we probably wouldn't have sky high gas prices there probablylb wouldn't be a war between russia and ukraine if the election had gone differently. differen assumedple g g because it wasn't allowed to be published anywhere and you got shut downn on social media l as you talked aboutap the laptop judge like you're referencing that it wasn't real . and of course, it was real . joe
11:52 pm
and of course, joe biden has always known about hunter biden's business dealings. you've got photographic evidencelingng. you haveve email evidence, texti evidence. now a voicemail and judge, you just said it. if you replace the name hunter b biden with the name don jr. or say er o trump , you get a much different picture as toen what would be happening right now wall to wall media coverageu moments after that was released. we know itft w would have been the front page of every single newspaper across america. the fbi, the doj would be launching investigations, w the democrats would be holding press conferences for their next impeachmentou hearin. but what the american people here and the very clear picture that is painted, as you just referenced, is that ifr your name is trump, it doesn't matter that you've done nothing wrong. it doesn't matter that you've actually followed the rules. they'll try to throw anything against the wall to see if it sticks. if your last name is biden, jeopardizeerally national security with your reckless behavior. you can break the law numerousn
11:53 pm
times and you can profitum off f your father's position. at least we know for sure as vice president of the united states and nothing will happen to you . it is a double standard. it's frustrating, but it's, also a bad luck for a americafo and really, really dangerous for this country. well, it is a bad look for us in the pam the, the investigation that's been goinge on into a hunteren biden's finances that they keep saying it's a tax investigation. you know, i want to believe in the american justice system . i gave thirty two years to that system. but i'm i'm i've lost faith in the last few years regarding this system. and the truth is that with all that hunter has done and he's paid two million dollars of back taxes, i mean, there arexe people who paid back taxes and i'm still going to jail. i mean,s when do you think the feds are going to be done with this investigation and should there have been
11:54 pm
a special counsel? of course, there should have been a special counsel, his father as president of the united states. beenhi ould have a special counsel. and i can't believe that it's still going on , but it's going to go on until well after the midterms and my guess untily after 2020 four because they don't want to do anything 2 to jeopardize joe biden w and , you know, it's like you said, being career law enforcement, you should caree about the truth and national security. as laura said , and all of our dealings with these other countries and at least air itn out. let's have an investigation. all the allegations about hunter biden and his father and china. and now we're hearing we're about to lift the tariffs perhaps on china. i mean, this is this is our world that can be impacted by these issues. and yeah, they'rere definitely there should be a special prosecutor and there needs to be a full investigation because the prosecutor is a prosecutorwh and they shouldn't careat what political party you are. they only wantar to go afterer
