people. >> absolutely. let me be clear, not just a good samaritan, he's a hero. the reason why the people on the left are upset because it doesn't fit their narrative. this man legally purchased his gun and had a concealed weapon permit. he's not going to have any charges filed against the sky. the left don't want concealed weapons to be allowed because it doesn't fit their narrative. they want to take guns away from law-abiding citizens. everybody's happy about it except for the progressive left because it destroys their narrative, sean. >> sean: that's the point. and everybody should be happy. this guy took on a guy killing innocent people in a mall and saved unknown numbers of lives. this guy was on a rampage. he does that then comes under fire for being -- he put his life at risk and could have been killed himself.

if you call him a good samaritan, a hero, well deserved and he gets attacked for being hailed as a hero which he is. >> sean, how often do you and leo here when there's a mass shooting? so much for the good guy with a gun theory. here's the good guy with a gun who shows up and stops the shooting. the mayor and the police chief said he's a hero. here's what i would say, if you save a dozen or more lives who seem likely, seem likely to have done here, that feels like a good samaritan to me. you know what? we are dealing with this story on the same day basically that story comes down about how those police in uvalde, 376 of them stood around and waited on that guy inside the classroom.

how about we set the expectations everywhere when there is a bad guy with a gun, we need as many good guys with a gun as possible. you know who's not listening to the gun free mall in the gun free school zone laws? the bad guys with a gun, god bless this guy who was there to save an awful lot of lives. he's a hero and he should be commended. otherwise, 20 people were dead, joe biden would be right there right now having a press conference. >> sean: any risk they would charge the good samaritan? >> absolutely not. you can make up numerous arguments as to running to save people's lives. i don't see charges being filed at all. that's noise from the far left. >> sean: he's a hero, well said. leo, thank you. clay, thank you. when we come back, will have more "hannity" straight ahead. ♪ ♪
