11:00 pm
tomorrow night relentlessly every night, 8:00 p.m.elentles, the show that is thee sworne enemy of lying, pomposity, smugnesssw and groupthink at the best night with the ones you love. and nowwon, ladies and gentleme, sean hannity takes over.ans he's rightov. and tucker, thank you. and adam is a great guy. i love his book. a great interview.. thank you. hi . welcome to "hannity" tonight. straight ahead tonight, special investigation into nancy pelosi's husband, the guy that got the dui. but this time the possibility of insider trading. we'll tell you all about it. also, anger towards an armed hero who shot a gunman and likely saved dozens of lives. later, we'll also reveal how border states may have finally discovered the perfect solution to joe biden's open borders policies. it might be the perfect solution. but first tonight we are at the end of a typical monday for ailing commander in chief. while most of you are hard at work today, the president of the united states, he took the day off yet again. it was tired.
11:01 pm
he took a whole trip and everything with zero public events. joe needs all the rest he can get after what was pretty much a disastrous trip abroad and per usual, joe . well, he failed to deliver. he never got a commitment from saudi arabia. he's been begging opec, begging the saudis to produce more oil ,which is dumb in and of itself because we have more energy here, gas, oil, coal that could provide for our needs and so many other countries needs for hundreds of years. he did not hold the kingdom accountable for the murder of us based reporter jamaal khashoggi. there are conflicting accounts about whether the subject was even discussed. but joe did get the fist bump with nbc's the guy that he referred to as the murderer, a pariah, the guy that got away with murder. and when the president finally returned home to the white house, he wasn't really interested in answering any of your questions about his embarrassing trip abroad and it was embarrassing. >> take a look at hey, jack.
11:02 pm
all you guys are like and everything anyway. ultimately, this was a trip that joe biden did not need to make. we have more than enough oil, gas, coal right in the ground right here at home and we could dig domestically, not rely on countries that hate our guts, but according to the religious climate alarmists called importing oil from saudi arabia, iran, russia, venezuela, shipping it across the ocean is much better for mother earth than producing our own country domestically. every american. don't we deserve an explanation on this for this insane thinking? why is it okay to import energy, get to extract a barrel of oil abroad, but we can't do it domestically when if we did it domestically, we do it faster, we do it cheaper. and we do it cleaner. why wouldn't we do it here? joe goes begging and pleading to pariah nations and comes home empty handed and the price, by the way, of a barrel
11:03 pm
of oil went higher because joe fails when higher significantly. now even democrats and biden's protectors and the media mob even they can't really excuse all of this away. >> take a look at the fist bump . mohammed bin salman, the man responsible according to biden's own director of national intelligence, for ordering a brutal murder of a washington post journalist, killing him and then dismembering him with a bone saw. i mean, that fist bump photograph, i think a lot of americans saw that and were revolting by it. should biden have gone? no, i don't think so. you have the leader of the country who was involved in the murder of a washington post journalist. i don't think that that type of government should be rewarded with a visit by the president. >> i don't think that biden gets a pass just because he's a democrat, just because that he's a democratic president. you know, i think that this is bad no matter how you look
11:04 pm
at it. >> if fist pumping the murder, you notice one thing i noticed in that tape, you see bernie sanders, i think he's actually older than joe . he's got his act together. he's cognitively alert. he has a lot of energy. i don't think he's changed much in the last 20 years. he still got his fastball. joe doesn't know everything that is now going wrong for biden. look at this. a whopping 75% of american households now saying that their income is falling behind the cost of living two thirds of americans and going higher, living paycheck to paycheck. and as i predicted on this program, what did i say? watch the housing market because that's next. now, homebuilder sentiment is beginning to plunge because of increasing interest rates. it's impacting the market. new home construction will stop sale of pre existing homes that will stop. home values will plummet. and guess what? the market will crash and then things will be exponentially worse. no surprise biden is now
11:05 pm
hemorrhaging support even from his own base. look at the new york times. only twenty six percent of democrats want him to run for reelection and only six percent six percent of americans under twenty nine want biden to serve a second term because they can't understand half of what he says anyway. and per usual, a recent closed door fundraiser. well, there was his wife, the first lady, dr. jill biden, full of kind of pathetic and lame excuses, telling big donors, quote, the president had so many hopes and plans and things that he wanted to do and every time he turned around, he had to address the problems of the moment and he just had so many so many horrible things thrown his way . now, i'm not sure what she expected. joe biden, that's called being president. that's why it's the hardest job on earth. that's why you need faculties about you. what part of that did you not get going into that job? did you not think that biden would face unexpected challenges and problems as the leader of the free world? did you really think it would
11:06 pm
be that easy? he was vice president, at least in name only for eight years. did you think a guy struggling like your husband is with a steep cognitive decline, a precipitous decline could perform the duties of the presidency? i guess apparently so, because now joe biden is so clearly in over his head and every week it gets worse and worse and worse . the rnc put together a compilation. now look at this from two perspectives. one , as an american citizen, this is your president. and to think about america's enemies, hostile regimes that hate this country, think of china, russia, iran, venezuela, north korea and ask yourself what are they thinking when they see this the best way to get something done if you if you hold near and dear to you that you like to be able to anyway from from sha, i should
11:07 pm
be from charlotte one another line going from in florida down to tampa. >> the idea that loss angeles and i want my doing here for two reasons. one , to we haven't been able to communicate in a way that is magnason way. >> how do you feel? forget about democrat or republican . does that guy seem up to the job of being president? he obviously is not. what you saw, sadly, is also just the tip of the iceberg. in fact, to drive home the point, let's play a few more clips just to really, really etched this into your mind. what what do american enemies, hostile regimes think when they see this from a united
11:08 pm
states president? >> you decide to cover for some political players, some women's groups, no. >> anyway, so a guy that's struggling to speak, read and remember simple basic facts and names and follow basic simple instructions, say hello, sit down from a note card is not capable of being president a guy who needs long weekends to recover from one trip, one traveling experience does not have the stamina to be president. a guy who wakes up late, goes to bed early, should not be president, a guy that turns and tries to shake hands with thin air again and again
11:09 pm
and again. shouldn't be president and asked what do i do now? >> i can't take questions or they'll get mad at me. and finally, almost everyone agrees with what we've now been telling you from the beginning. joe biden is not fit to be president. he's not fit to serve. he should be spending his final years enjoying retirement on a beach in delaware, not screwing up the country in the white house and putting the entire world in harm's way. and unfortunately for democrats ,the options to replace joe in 2020 four, they're not looking great either, to say the least. according to "the washington post", you got what they're their number one replacement candidate is mayor pete, the transportation secretary who's now spending a billion taxpayer dollars to make our highways less racist. he's now leading the democratic pack behind him, vice president kamala harris, who is one of the most popular politicians in the entire country. we can call her the giggling.
11:10 pm
vice president biden's border czar is not exactly busy solving the border crisis and she is not exactly inspiring a nation with some of the worst speeches ever given in the history of that office. harris typically sounds like she's giving a book report for a novel that she'd never read . she only read the cliff notes latest example. >> take a look. and because of what he did, that song here to ask you, do you know how to do? because when you do what you do on all of these issues, the american people do what you have to do, what you do do de paralyzer president is even worse behind closed doors to more top aides just announced their departure, including the director of speech writing who's only four months. i can't blame the vice president, so i guess you fire the speechwriter, which brings the total number of resignations in the vice president's office now to
11:11 pm
a whopping 11 hit with reaction florida senator marco rubio. senator , let me ask the hypothetical. i'm trying to be objective here. look at the president. i follow him every day. i see that this this cognitive struggle seems to be getting worse, more progressive is a strong enough. does he have the strength, stamina, mental acumen and awareness to be president? well, i hope he does, even though i'm not a member of his party because our country and our nuclear arsenal, our national security are on his hands. but i don't think any but. but does it look like he does because it doesn't look, i'm not trying to corner you. i'm just asking. no, no, no. i mean, that's the point i was leading to. and that is but i don't think we can ignore reality or what we're seeing with our own eyes. look, i didn't start with joe biden in the senate, so i can't claim to know who was then. but i did interact with him when he was vice president. this is not the same person. i mean, clearly not the same person. and everyone changes over time ,but clearly he's not the same person. so i can't tell you from an intellectual cognitive
11:12 pm
perspective how well he understands he's got to work in the white house. i can tell you what my eyes see and i can tell you what our adversaries see and i can tell you what our allies around the world see and people see why they see a person that's operating in a diminished way. right. i mean, that some of the things are starting to see manifest itself. i'm not a medical expert. i can't tell what they mean. i can tell you what common sense tells you, what they mean. and i think we're really matters as much as anything else is if you're china, if you're iran, if you're vladimir putin, if you're venezuela, whoever it is that wishes for the united states. do you look at the white house? do you look at these videos and do you do you have a sense of fear about what might happen to you if you oversteps across the line? and i think the answer to that question, unfortunately, is no . and i don't think that gets any better if kamala harris becomes president, which puts our nation in a very vulnerable position. so honestly, i wish to do these programs and talk all day about how terrible and incompetent their policies are because they are. but we can't ignore what we are seeing with our own eyes and the impact it's having on our country, on its national security and how vulnerable it
11:13 pm
makes us is just a fact of life. i talked to somebody today that that through their sources believes that saudi arabia's reaction is going to be the opposite of what joe biden was looking for. he had previously requested that opec increase oil production numerous times and they declined numerous times. he goes over to saudi arabia to meet the guy that he said killed jamaal khashoggi and he does his fist pump. but he walks away with no increase in and their production of oil. can you explain to me why it's okay to import oil from russia, iran, saudi arabia, opec and venezuela? but it's not okay for us to do it domestically when we do it cheaper, faster and cleaner? yeah, and i think that goes without saying right. i mean, saudi arabian oil is no cleaner than american oil and venezuelan oil is not an american oil. number two, they said to us that this is not what this trip was about. the biden said very clearly, i'm not going there to ask for
11:14 pm
oil and then he drops in his line at the end. i think it's important to understand if people don't follow this very carefully, the saudi saudi arabia did not announce we're going producing more oil and solving your gasoline problem. what they announced is we're going to look at the market very closely and we're going to provide what the world needs. that is what they always say. number three , saudi arabia does not have unlimited production capacity. i think they're producing about 10 and a half million barrels a day. they could probably, according to most analysts, maybe get to 11 million. that doesn't solve our problem. america alone could produce for itself one to one and a half million barrels a day more . but that's not just the oil part. you don't put oil in your car. you put gasoline. that has to be refined. those refineries have been closed in america because you have an administration that says we don't want any more fossil fuels. who's going to invest more money in an industry that the president and his party is trying to put out of business? you know who has the most unused refining capacity in the world today? the most untapped refining capacity, china. while we were shutting down our refineries, they're expanding theirs. they're sitting in the catbird
11:15 pm
seat, rubbing their hands, waiting for biden to go to them and beg them to process more and refine more oil so we can have more gasoline. >> by the way, senator , you're in your seat in florida. the must hold seat. you're running for reelection, governor . the santos's i don't think you're in any jeopardy, but i do notice that a lot of outside money, meaning outside of florida money is being targeted against you. how bad has it gotten? yeah, it's a big deal . look, my opponent raised twelve million dollars mostly online from liberal donors all over the country, primarily california, new york , new jersey, and then outraised us in this race. so we've seen that in multiple races. i need people's help. if you want to help, i ask for your help. marco rubio, .com we can't afford is trending in a very good direction, but we can't get outspent and raise three to one because we can't get our story out. if you think that other than this network and a few others, we're going to be able to get our story out without having to pay for it. you're wrong. i mean, we need your help. i mean, florida is a state we should not in any way have close races like this, but we're going to because they're
11:16 pm
raising a lot of money. we need to match them at some level for years for people's help if they can help us with marco rubio .com, you can't take it for granted. four years ago, do you recall senator rick scott had a very tight race. governor sanford had a very tight race. thankfully, they both won and you hopefully will win that hold that seat. that's an important hold. if we're going to have any shot of the senate, it's a must win. senator , thank thank you. >> i appreciate you being with us. now we turn to breaking news from our two tiered system of justice. the federal government is now officially droppable charges against the stephen colbert staffers who are arrested for trespassing in the house office building in june. joining us now with a full report, a very own chad program is with us . chad, by the way, my understanding it was it was a democratic congressman or woman that actually turned them in because they thought that something nefarious was going on . >> is that true? well, people are always very concerned about seeing people here in the house office buildings after hours when
11:17 pm
they're not supposed to be there. the cobbora nine cleared by the feds tonight. capitol police arrested nine members of the late show production team last month. they were caught after hours in the longworth house office building on capitol hill recording comedy skits. they aren't allowed to be there unattended at that hour without an escort. still, the u.s. attorney for washington, d.c. says it would be hard to win a conviction. that's because a house aide let them in. earlier in the day, police removed october nine after they tried to cover a hearing by the one 6th committee earlier in the day. they lacked press credentials. the house radio tv gallery denied the crew credentials to cover the hearing, their entertainment, not news until they returned. and that's when police arrested the kolby are not among those busted. roberts michael . he voices triumph the insult comic dog. police say this makes them look bad, especially since they asked the comedy team to
11:18 pm
leave earlier. but capitol police say they respect the move to drop the charges. a police source tells fox they feel under find and this does not help the police secure the capital after the riots. >> all right, chad, thank you as always. joining us now, author of the brand new book suppression, deception, snobbery and bias, fox news contributor ari fleischer, along with outnumbered co-host kelly mccann and kelly wallace, who is the kayleigh mcenany nine , which, by the way, would be pretty fun, or the ari fleischer nine or the hannity nine . >> would we get the same treatment? of course we would end. there's one standard for democrats. there's another for republicans. you look you see it all the time in the press with coverage of president trump, for instance, in the act of violence. i was asked about over and over even if it had no ties whatsoever to our party. you look at the left, they can go out in and say nothing about the cavanaugh assassination. yes, the press secretary did. the president didn't. there's always one standard for
11:19 pm
another, standard for the right. john , that's just common sense. we all know that at this point. >> are you chronical? very specific to the new book all about media bias, especially as it relates to donald trump and the treatment of trump. i mean, you could start with three years of lying about trump russia collusion. that was three years of his presidency, all based on a lie all perpetrated by the democrats working with the media mob. okay, so with that said now we see the media slowly like turning the titanic a little bit. they're leaving joe biden behind. but my take is , even if you replace joe biden, are you going to get anybody that has any different policy? because this is the new greendale's socialist party . no, and that's exactly the problem. joe biden has been trying to govern from the left. he's been marrying up to bernie sanders and running on a progressive and governing on a progressive wealth basis. and it's not good enough that
11:20 pm
because the country is not with him, the country has turned against him. but i think what's going to happen here, sean, is after the election, after the democrats lose the house, probably lose the senate democrats. no way are they going to turn to an 80 year old man and say you're our leader going into the future. he's popular. the democrats don't want him to run. so the democrats are about to go through massive turmoil. they'll have between 20 and 30 candidates and joe biden does the inevitable and announces he's not going to run for president. in 2020 three , "the washington post" had a list of 10 people to judge was one of biden bush adjudge mayor p, then kamala harris. people like klobuchar, elizabeth warren, bernie sanders, d.c., anybody on the horizon that may be able to fill the void, maybe pull the party back to center because i don't see anybody that would be capable of doing that. no, because the energy in the democratic party is not toward the center of the energy
11:21 pm
in the democratic party is entirely toward the left. but this is why joe biden made the ridiculous promises he made in the campaign. the whole just the whole student body moves left inside the democratic primary process . and that's also sean, why hispanics are increasingly becoming republican . all this wolke, all this talk, all this man can have babies alienating people who are traditionally sensible. >> you saying that they can this is . no, they cannot. okay, just checking just to ask it. >> i don't know. i've spent a long time since i've been in school. >> just check and see if the science change since i've been there and i'm happy to answer. >> all right. kelly , from your vantage point, never had a party in my lifetime this left. you know, they used to hide where they really came from. they used to try and at least moderate their rhetoric. you that's why things they'd never get done at the ballot box or through legislation.
11:22 pm
they would put activist jurists on the bench and hope they legislate from the bench. that was their plan. usually now it's open. it's up front. they're out front with it. the left leads and they'd rather import oil from hostile countries than produce it domestically. so i don't see this party changing any time soon. >> i don't either. and look, i was no fan of president obama. obviously. however, on many issues he tracked the moderate side at least during the election and then had a calculated rotation as president. but even as president, he was far less extreme than president biden and president biden. think about it. and he came in saying unity was his platform. he said it about a dozen times in his inaugural threat. if he would have tracked to the center, reached across the aisle, tried to extend his hand across, we'd be in a far different place. but right now the cnn poll, check it out just came out brutal. 21% think the country is going well. 31% think biden is the right
11:23 pm
priority, sean. it is brutal. pretty soon i feel like this guy is going to be in the single digits. all right. thank you, kelly . we appreciate it. good luck with the book as well. was nancy pelosi's husband use insider information in buying stocks? ask that question. we have an investigation. and coming up, we might have found the solution to biden's open border agenda and i think you might like the solution. i like it. stay tuned to talk to two and it's time to start using name. maximum strength on email is so powerful like yours and prevent fungal infection. plus, it has aloe and tea tree oil to restore skin health. say goodbye to toe fungus with fungi. are you taking a statin drug to reduce cholesterol? it can also deplete your koku 10 levels. i recommend considering qnol coqui chan along with your state medication. the brand i trust is qnol
11:24 pm
heartattack giving out life insurance. >> no, but we have insurance, john . i'm trying to find something we can afford. fortunately, only a few minutes select put down john a 500000 dollar policy for only twenty nine dollars a month and his wife and a five hundred thousand dollar policy for only twenty one dollars a month. go to select post.com now and get the insurance your family needs at a price you can afford selective we shop. >> you say inflation is the worst in forty years. american families are struggling to make ends meet. but instead of controlling costs, congress is pushing anti-immigration legislation that will destroy american jobs ,weaken our national security and empower china and our sense . 84% of americans say this is the wrong agenda at the wrong time. tell congress to focus on getting inflation under control. tell them to stop undercutting america's tech innovators.

now includes nine zero one five nine nine seven .♪ alll right. now new and fascinating developments tonight in the biden open borders crisisent as failing d.c. mayor murield. bowser. she's now claiming that illegal immigrant and illegal immigrants are crowding d.c. homeless shelters. she's upset about itt and she
11:28 pm
claims they're being tricked into hopping on busses to al our nation's capital . >> she's upset about it. sta take a look. >>. this is a very significant issue. we we have for sure called on the federal government to work across state lines to prevent people from reallyge being tricked into getting on busses. wett think they're largely asylm seekers who are going to final destinations that are not washington, d.c.. i worked with the white house to make sure that fema provided a grant to a local organizationn that is providing services tot folks. but i fearey a that they're beig tricked into a nationwide bus trips when their final when destinations are places all over the united states of america. >> translation she doesn't want them inna our nation's capital . you might remember texas governor greg abbott, who's been standing up to biden's border disaster , lawlessness and yuppies busting the migrants right top, biden's's
11:29 pm
doorstep in d.c. maybe d the rel bozo now got a glimpse of what border communities in south texas have been a dealing with every single day. and the texas governor and. every other border state governor needs to now do the same thing. bus every single illegal immigrant aided and abetted by joe bidennt is not enforcingo federal law and send the right out to washington, d.c. sendhe them all that washington, d.c.m with reaction. author of battle to the american mind, which is still on the new york times bestseller list. our friend pete hegseth also landed number one on the list and of course, former trumpou treasuryrs official monica crowley. pete, i love it. she's saying we don't want the . it's toooo expensive. and then she added on top of that, she and by the way, no local local taxpayers should not be forced to pay the bill f for this. every otheror border state has been paying the bill and dealing with this problem. well, there's joe bidene is aiding and abetting
11:30 pm
the lawbreaking right afterer that sentence and she said wehe need a coordinated federal response. you think maybe on our border to protect that border? you know, i've been wanting greg abbott to declare an invasion which gives constitutionally the state of texas additional ly powers. and i downplayed what he was doing on busing illegals to d.c. i think i was wrong on that. the cumulative effect ofal the amount of people who fled in d.c. heck, let'ss turn toim delaware as well.ot and they're not being tricked. they're being asked. they're volunteering toed, go to washington, d.c. as a result. w now they're flooded in swamp and she's admitting what we always knew about big city leftist elitists. m oh, you know, we we welcome migrants and illegalsso as long as they're in someone else's backyard, not ours. they're they'reme flooding o our services. what y do you think texas and arizona and new mexiconk and oklahoma. what do you think those states are facing? it's one of the best examples we've seen yet of the complete d double standards they live in.
11:31 pm
she just she said it on tv for us . it's to me it's the perfect strategy because it's the only thing that has finally gotten i a democrat's attention. so i think we institutionalize it and i agree with pete'se' point on the declaration for governor abbottatio, monica. but i think we ought to send everyone as a matter of fact, i think texas, they ought to it up, give every illegal immigrant getting on that bus an incentive, maybe 50 bucksto per person so that when they get to d.c., at least they have maybe they can get a good night's sleep, get some food and enjoyan the beautiful d capital led under d.c. mayor.c bowzer, i would add on to the 50>> bucks i would also give to each of them directions to nancy pelosih home. muriel bowser is home. the white house, capitol hill, so they can go out and buy monica nyahh nyer doxxing likeon the left has got some supreme court justices lik who want to
11:32 pm
give out the addresses of elected officials g. well, you know, apparentlyse the white house and the ioc and other democrats are perfectly fine with that. so this is their rules, right, john ? we're playing by their rules. it out.y laid so we're going to play the same game. looke, the border states likeha texas and arizona have had with the invasion. this is a criminal invasion, not just of a states, but of the entire country. and those governors have decidedd.er that they've had enh their people have had enough. they've borne the brunt of the criminal activity, the invasion, the cartels, l the influx of drugs like fentanyl into those states. and they're saying we're enough .o so we're going to now inflict the consequences of washington actions onto those inwa washington, d.c. by dumping them right on the doorstep. i would actually take it a step further. governor rhonda's sentence is actually talked about if any of those illegals come ron to florida, he's going to move them to delaware and dump them on the street. joe biden's house or ted cruz.er
11:33 pm
the idea which is ship them, hi ship them top martha's vineyard and put them on barack obama'she front lawn, you will see the democrat switch years liket that because you know what, sean? the biggest split in b the country is between the ruling class and everybody lass and every bothe ruling class that makes al of these catastrophic decisions that the restis of us have to live with . and those governors and those border states are saying enougha and i think it's long past time and good for them, right? >> yes or no as both you t the same question becausehe liberals, for example, on moneyn have financial issues. they're always generousth with other people's money, taxpayer money. what abouter's m a liberal adopn asylum seeker program that that we could maybe as conservativeib ? it's funer for liberals and they can adopt an asylum seeker the country illegally and they can live with them, starting with nancy pelosi w and chuck schumer and co. would that be a good idea? yes, tell me where to send the money, sean. okay, what was the all books
